Thank you for bringing to our attention the concerns expressed in the complaint filed on 08/04/We made several unsuccessful attempts to contact the customer in June, and on 07/25/the order was canceled due to an unresolved issue with
the physician's officeOn 07/27/a new order was placed which the customer confirmed on 07/29/On 07/31/we shipped the customer a partial order and left a voice message for the customer requesting additional information needed to process the full orderThe remainder of the original order was shipped on 08/04/15, after the required documentation and authorization was received
Please note that the customer called Edgepark on 07/31/and became verbally abusive and vulgar to the representativesBecause of this, we will not contact the customer to follow up on this complaint; however, we will continue to service the customer as requested as long as the proper documentation is receivedWe have placed the order on our supervisor follcalendar to ensure timely delivery

Edgepark medical never contacted me and cancelled the originally order without notifying meThis order was over months old
On the calls Edgepark is referring to, the Edgepark staff was indeed vulgar and rude to meI never once was rude or vulgarI contacted my insurance company and doctors office and they have no records of Edgepark contacting themAdditionally I requested information from Edgepark through fax or emails or call logs showing they contacted my insurance company and doctors officeThey could not produce these records showing in fact they liedThey should not be allowed to conduct business in this manner and I would like a response to this from the Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because: Edgepark did try to contact me leaving me messages. I also tried calling them back several times at the extension given however have not received a return call. I spoke with a representative to try to get in touch with the person who called via extension since they did not leave their name. The representative transferred me to their voicemail to which I left a message. I did receive an email however that is just not acceptable since I need to speak with someone to clear up these issues. I stated I can be reached after 4:pm M-F and on Saturday and Sunday. Their response at this point is not acceptable to me. The issues have not been rectified nor has contact with an actual person at Edgepark (in authority to fix the problems) been made. Again, I feel as though their customer service and response to issues that have been consistent are just not acceptable. Carolyn Burbank
