I am rejecting this response because:
Right after they had an "advocate" call me the behavior continued This business doesn't walk the talk I have the forms from Claire M***'s office to have my records opened up to a government agency to review but I haven't sent them in because I wanted to let the Revdex.com process to complete I feel that Edgepark needs to give me the supplies I have had to buy because of their delays to bring me to my original ordering timeline I heard many apologies month after month, call after call 30+ years a customer with the last two very poor service My second choice would be to get their company off the Medicare preferred provider of Durable Goods list

Regardless of the fact that they processed the bill due to what insurance states, that was not my issueMy issue was that they presented themselves as a competent go between the customer and the insurer, and in this case they sent me an email about how that process would work, which I can forward to youThe steps included1)we verify your insurance coverage2) we obtain your perscription3) your pump shipsTo me as a customer that ensures me that the pump would not ship until coverage was before insurance was verifiedSo when I received my pimp I opened it assuming all steps had taken place. then I finds out
