Since the money was paid on a credit card it will have to be refunded back onto the card that was originally usedThe woman who processes all refunds will contact the customer at the phone number provided and get all information necessary to process the refund

The customer's plates are ready and she can come pick them up at her convenience; the customer has to come to the dealership to pick up the plates so that they can be signed out by herThe customer also signed a contract stating that she would provide us with $5,as a down paymentShe has

promising to resolve the issue by sending me a check and never happened ..thats why i'm filed this complaint ..they are simply liars.

I wish to update the complaint to a resolved status.

On behalf of the dealership I would like to apologize for the any inconvenience that may have been caused. I will make sure that the checks have been cut and sent out to the customer financial institution. I will also send copies of the checks to the customer so that they may save them for...

their records.

complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, if in fact they stop contacting me. My issue with this business is that I have called and asked to be removed and unsubscribed from their lists numerous times over the past six months and still continue to receive emails and calls from them. If I receive additional calls and/or emails I will reopen this complaint.
