The customer signed into an agreement with eGumball on 9/23/(attached) and asked that we increase the online exposure for their businessOn 10/the customer contacted the customer service department regarding an explanation of the service Our customer service representative discussed the importance of NAP inconsistencies and the reasons of which why the business was not more prominent online After discussing the service and the agreement with the customer, the customer asked that we continue with the cancellation request, which we honored The customer did ask that we limit their agreement to months during the conversation We ask that the customer contact their Account Executive at [redacted] ext [redacted] to discuss their agreement and the service

The service understands the customer’s concerns, and had been working with the customer to address each issue addressed in this reviewIt is important to note that no SEO marketing company can guarantee ranking within a certain time frameThat being said, the service did indeed meet obligations, as evidenced by the customer’s proven exposure on [redacted] while using the service The service’s representatives reached out to the customer and left messages on 5/1/and 5/5/to resolve the customer’s issues regarding their complaint, but the service never heard backThe customer’s account has since been placed in collections following the customer’s cancellation of a 12-month agreement on 8/12/ If the customer has any further questions regarding their account, they may contact the customer service line at [redacted] Monday-Friday 7:30-3:PST

The customer hired eGumball in order to improve their online presence and in order to do so eGumball must establish a foundation for the business online and increase the trust which the search engines have established for the business The initial stages of the campaign are designed to decrease the turnaround time and allow for our customers information to be obtained throughout the internet in a host of different ways During the quality control process, separate address were uncovered which were associated with the business online These inconsistencies not only cause a decrease in trust score ratings but also in potential customer feedback for the business Upon hiring eGumball for services, all customers are presented with the terms of the agreement which outlines items such as the service term, business name, pricing, etc(example attached) This is to ensure that there are not any misunderstanding with the service prior to signup We have a proven track record of success which stems from our focus of ensuring a ROI for our customers In order to promote the long term success of our customers we must follow [redacted] requirements and increase the trust in order to do soWe ask that the customer contact their Account Executive to further discuss the course of action to meet the customers business goals and expectations They can be reached at [redacted] ext [redacted] Monday - Friday 7:am - 3:pm PST

eGumball was hired by the customer to increase the exposure of [redacted] and the associated information on line Upon initial review the quality team discovered multiple business names, addresses, and phone numbers connected to the customer Increasing the consistency of business information is a foundational necessity that creates trust not only by the search engines but also by potential customers The customer had contacted the customer service department to discuss the services which had been provided and referencing that they had not seen any changes The service rep had discussed the initial changes and asked that the customer gain access to a computer so that eGumball could prove the services which had been rendered and the increases in exposure which had been attainedThe customer at that point did not have access to a computer and during additional attempts informed us that he would call back when he was not working A cancellation was received after hours and we have not had the opportunity to show the customer the increase which has been achieved We have attached screenshots of rankings and traffic reports which outline the advances that have been made We ask that the customer contact their Account Executive to further discuss the screenshots and traffic reports Please contact the customer service department at [redacted] *** and ask to speak with an Account Executive

This company is a phony! They have misleading information on their website Also they use tricky tactics to convince you to sign on with their company claiming that they can help you expand your business Upon signing up, I changed my mind the next day because I realized I couldnt go through with it because of my financial status at that moment I called them left a msg to cancel and they use their tactics to convince it would be worth my whileWell I looked at my website and I do not like it Also, they claim that they can get me a lot of action with google I just realized by a phone call sent a few days ago, they were asking for my google code that was sent to me Well that was strange I tried cancelling again, cuz also realized that the previous company that had my website had the same support that they offered So they claimed I couldn't cancel because I would owe them $so because I didn't have the funds right there they put me on some payment plan till April until the contract goes south I'm really disappointed in this companyPls everyone beware they have hidden clauses in their contracts on line and if you try to cancel - they have the phony convincing tactics This company is no goodPhony, Phony, Phony I can't wait to be rid of them! I will never recommend them to anyone BEWARE!

We have included a copy of the customer's contract, including the templates available for automotive businessesWe always advise that the customer edit their business information on these templates through our Control Panel, which is easily accessible and thoroughly introduced to the customer within the first week, to ensure that all information is correct

The customer hired eGumball to manage the business information found online for their business, [redacted] *** eGumball was hired due to its proven track record of helping thousands of businesses achieve higher rankings and improving the online presence of these businesses eGumball has a system in place which it uses to achieve these results eGumball focuses on directories which higher domain authorities and therefore a larger role on the businesses online presence There are many hundreds of directories online which include business information In the case of [redacted] ***, the customer was initially informed of the extent of the incorrect information online, by our quality control department In some cases, [redacted] has 10+ incorrect listings within a single directory This increase the time frames and the amount of work required of eGumball to fix this incorrect information The customer was informed of this work on multiple occasions 12/2/2015, 12/8/2015, 12/15/2015, 1/5/2016, 1/22/2016, 2/24/2016, 3/21/2016, 3/28/2016, 4/11/2016, 5/27/2016, 5/31/ During the process, and on 4/11/2016, the customer switched to a new website which caused the need to re- update the business information online Amongst the service that eGumball provides the managing of business information online is a constant, regular process Though we understand the customer's frustrations, no company can ensure front page results If the customer has further questions regarding their account, including the extent of the work that has been completed They may contact customer service Monday- Friday 7:30a to 3:30pWe would be more than happy to assist with any questions
