eGumball was hired by the customer to increase the exposure of [redacted] and the associated information on line Upon initial review the quality team discovered multiple business names, addresses, and phone numbers connected to the customer Increasing the consistency of business information is a foundational necessity that creates trust not only by the search engines but also by potential customers The customer had contacted the customer service department to discuss the services which had been provided and referencing that they had not seen any changes The service rep had discussed the initial changes and asked that the customer gain access to a computer so that eGumball could prove the services which had been rendered and the increases in exposure which had been attained.The customer at that point did not have access to a computer and during additional attempts informed us that he would call back when he was not working A cancellation was received after hours and we have not had the opportunity to show the customer the increase which has been achieved We have attached screenshots of rankings and traffic reports which outline the advances that have been made We ask that the customer contact their Account Executive to further discuss the screenshots and traffic reports Please contact the customer service department at [redacted] *** and ask to speak with an Account Executive

The customer spoke with our customer service department last week and we believe this issue to be resolvedThough we understand the customer's frustrations, he did check that he read the Terms and Conditions prior to signing the contract itselfThe Terms and Conditions are available on our website for public viewing, and are easily accessibleHe is welcome to view them at any time after signing the contract, as they do not change from customer to customerWe hope that after the conversation last week with the customer, the customer is satisfiedHowever, if he wishes to call and clarify any information, he may do so Monday-Friday 7:30-3:PST at [redacted]

I have been requesting to be removed from their calling list for over a year When I ask to speak with a supervisor, they hang the phone up Incredibly unprofessional business tactics and highly annoying

I have had no response thus far but interestingly did get a phone call today from a customer service representative, [redacted] , at Egumball She wished to review my account This is the first contact I had received since notifying them of my dissatisfaction in March Some customer service! I should also mention that I sent the CEO and customer service a formal complaint shortly before notifying you and never received any reply.While Ms [redacted] was pleasant, she felt compelled to inform me that Egumball did it's job to optimize my search profile Yet facts are a sticky thing The position of my listing on Google remained off of page until I made it known to them in March some months into my contract Hearing about the processes of search optimization is irrelevant This company has refused to acknowledge its poor performance and take any responsibility for its very shabby customer service They have taken my money and arrogantly blame me for "not understanding." The customer hired eGumball to increase their online visibility in September of During the initial stages of the campaign the service department uncovered many inconsistencies with the business information including multiple business names ( [redacted] / [redacted] ***/ [redacted] [redacted] / [redacted] ***), Multiple addresses ( [redacted] / [redacted] ***), and multiple websites ( [redacted] / [redacted] ) The customer was informed on multiple occasions by the service department of the extent of the work that needed to be completed in order to accomplish the desired results The customer was also provided with a control panel to track eGumball progress on the account The customer informed the service department on 1/19/that they were not receiving enough traffic from the service and requested to cancelOn 1/22/the client had a conference call to discuss their specific situation and the traffic that had been generated from the service The client agreed to extend their service agreement with eGumball at that time On 8/15/the customer called to cancel the contract due to financial distress Since the customer had not yet fulfilled their service agreement, the service department attempted to review the service, including the customer traffic reports, which was previously a concern of the customers The customer had extended their service agreement with eGumball due to the results that had been generated Since we were unable to review the service with the customer we ask that they contact their Account Executive for a full review of the services that have been provided Their Account Executive can be reached at [redacted] ext*

eGumball’s customer service team explained the importance of [redacted] Trust Score to this customer many times and that the change in their company name was the reason they were not ranking in the amount of time statedIt’s important for companies to have consistent information about their business across the internet and in all directories Our service specializes in this and helps to make sure all our customer’s information is correctHowever, it takes up to 60-days for [redacted] and other search engines to detect new informationIn this case, the customer did not allow enough time for their business’ information to be detected before claiming that we were not performing our servicesWe did follow up with the customer after allowing enough time for [redacted] to detect their business’ new information, but they instantly wanted to cancel our serviceIt is in our customer contract and our [redacted] that all customers must pay for our service until the end of their contract term
eGumballs goal is to help each and every customer earn their rightful position on any of the search engines which we target In order to do so, eGumball has established a process that has been proven to increase the presence of our customers online In the case of *** Chiropractic, there are different business names associated with the phone number of the business This is important because a business phone number is the unique identifying factor used to separate business data throughout the internet In order for the business to be trusted by the search engines, the business must be seen as able to deliver on the goods and/or services in which it is marketing With multiple business names, address, phone numbers, etcit is difficult for the search engines to ensure that the customer experience will be satisfactory For this reason, the foundation of any online rankings start with improving the accuracy of business information which is found online While the logic behind the search engine practices may not be widely understood, the practice of developing citations has been proven time and time again The work which is required in order to increase the accuracy of citations is an ongoing process which involves finding, fixing, creating, and managing a host of citations for each of the search engines to begin to trust and therefore increase the online presence of any business We ask that the customer contact their Account Executive for a full explanation of the citation development process and to also discuss their individual account Their Account Executive can be contacted at 800-890-ext*, Monday - Friday 7:30am to 3:pm PST
