This client has worked with eGumball since November 2, The customer has been shown on multiple occasions throughout the years their front page results which has included all of their chosen keywords and additional target areas This has been part of the reason that the customer had chosen to extend their service agreement with eGumball on multiple occasions The customer contacted the service department and informed us that they had moved their location on 2/18/ This caused eGumball to initiate changes to the years of work that had been completed The customer was informed of the extent of the work that had to be completed in order to make updates and we asked for patience during this period Part of the process does include a re-verification of their [redacted] My Business account so that [redacted] can verify their new location as an accurate business location This is a [redacted] requirement for any major change, such as an address change Furthermore, eGumball is a [redacted] Partner: [redacted] The [redacted] Partner status applies to the [redacted] program which is a separate service, but eGumball does hold this status We are providing current screenshots of the customer’s rankings These screenshots are due in part to the trust that eGumball has established for the business We would like to further discuss the results and service with the client and ask that the customer contact their Account Executive at [redacted]

The service highlighted by the customer is one of many monthly service inclusion included in the customers package. The citation development service is part of our ongoing services which are designed to manage business information online. It is not uncommon for business information online to require regular maintenance, as can be seen in the link provided initially by the client. I guess that I am not surprised by the response of this business. I have responded but clearly I do not live by the phone. I see patients daily and therefore my time is limited. I have responded to every email as well. All conversations have been to tell me I don't understand and the company accepts no responsibility. There has been absolutely no attempt to resolve this other than to expect me to regard their actions as beneficial. What exactly did they offer? They refused to offer a partial refund. They refused to terminate my contract early on and have continued it despite my enormous dissatisfaction. Moreover, it's astonishing to me that they had no awareness of the problem until I brought it to their attention. This is not a distortion or misrepresentation. Their actions have been consistently anti-consumer and poor customer service. Their arrogance is astonishing but no longer unexpected. Potential consumers should be advised! As we continue to say, services are not as per contract. We are still not being listed with the correct address of [redacted] - in fact many listings are reflecting [redacted] (on first page listing which is from 7 years ago) or 11-14 12th street (which is from 1 year ago). We have spent countless hours upon hours to work with them. They are not honest, they are harassing, transferring us to over a dozen employees at eGumball and having to explain or issues over and over again. We asked them to terminate contract amicability and they are requiring us to sign a legal document, attached, that they will do that as long as we remove all our negative listings. We refuse to do that, our reviews are honest and reflective of their services. We have continued to pay them even though we've been trying to resolve our issues to no avail and will continue to pay until our contract terminates in November. I ask the BBB to honor our request in our favor to terminate contract, with the right to post our legitimate reviews which is freedom of speech and cancel contract without penalty. If you read their reviews we are not the only customer with the SAME CONCERN AND ISSUE. This is a terrible way to run a business - chasing after your money. We've had issues with them from the start which increased when we made our first move to the 11-14 12th street address. Each time we wanted to cancel the contract they enticed us with a free service and promised to fix the listings which hasn't happened. My second screen shot shows the wrong address again along with an error of all the listings which they are to manage. The contract reads: Monthly Service Includes - local category research and analysis - never receive, Optimized listings in [redacted] places and [redacted] - address is not correct, 24/7 [redacted] places algorithm monitoring - no proof this is being done. They are absolutley not in line with their contract. We signed in February because they offered free Apple maps add-on, that's not working either. Their performance guarantee is not withheld - contact also attached. I've been working with them aggressively since February on the latest contract because we had a business address change. They didn't have our address right on their own myserviceprofile site for 3 months. This and all my phone calls have been documented. Please, after all this evidence submitted, allow us to terminate contract immediately with no penalty.

The service has been used by the customer since and as of February the customer agreed to renew the agreement A full review of the service which included first page rankings was completed prior to the extension We reiterate that a major change to a businesses information, such as an address change, requires extensive cleanup to update, and re-update the information that can be found online The customer was informed as to the extent of the work that was required in order to do so and the customer agreed to extend their agreement with eGumball We have tried on multiple occasions to again explain the processes and remedy the concerns that the customer has, including the [redacted] requirement for a re-verification of the [redacted] My Business listing This re-verification is independent of any secure login for the customer information which eGumball is not asking for There are access points independent of a customers email addresses/ passwords that keep any customers information secure We have proven that the service works through the years that the customer has worked with us We again ask that the customer give us the opportunity to again prove that the service works Please contact our customer service department at [redacted] to further discuss the progress that has been made on the account, including the first page rankings
