I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I advised the representative that I never opened the packaging and would be returning the products exactly how they were shipped to me. I could not advise of any damage if I did not open the package to observed any damage. I stated that upon further review of my sink I realized that this was not the proper faucet. Also, the company is stating that the package was received back in different box, I sent the package back in the same Moen box that it was received in. Therefore I am now led to believe that my order or package was switched out with something else. If I would have known that there were scratches or damage I would have notified, but as a customer that did not use or open any of the material and as a customer who has brought multiple products I feel like the company is trying to say that I am lying about my claiming. I had no problem doing business with the company which is why I was willing to purchase other items instead of just getting a new sink to fit the faucet. I feel that it would be good customer service to provide me with the refund and to keep doing business in the future.

This does not resolve the issue:
This "alert/warning" was posted too far below on the items description to make it noticeable (i had to scroll down 1+ pages to find
this after the fact).
It does not show up NEXT to the item as originally listed in the basic product description (ie: custom order)
or on as an advance warning prior to payment OR on final invoice at time of order.
Additionally: the staff that answered questions regarding this particular product (via web based chat) made no mention of the fact that parts from this
manufacturer are custom order NOR did they guide me in the right direction when I asked about specific features and benefits of the item I was looking for.
The disclosure on the website is poorly placed, hard to find and financially damaging to consumers because of these inadequate and incomplete
clarifications of this completely customizable product.
Lastly, I personally spoke with a representative of the manufacturer  to resolve the issue and they noted the fact that Efaucets did nothing but
generate poor customer service and bad disclosure. The representative noted to me that eFaucets has a horrible reputation for reselling California
Faucets products to consumers. For all of these reasons I will continue to expect a full refund of $508.
