When Chris arrived (and he arrived exactly when promised) with his helper Chris Q, they quickly diagnosed the issue and offered several possible solutions Chris J called the home base to see if someone could cover their next stop so they stay to work on my problem That did not work out, so we scheduled a return visit, at my convenience Chris J gave me a "worst case scenario" estimate, so I would not be surprised It was right about what I expected, based upon my own DIY experience Chris J also reviewed the Apollo Service Plan with my wife and myself and left the material to review at our leisure NO HARD SELL, just the facts and figuresWhen Chris J returned (again, right on time) for the rescheduled visit (without Chris Q, who was on another call); he double checked everything and as we discussed the options available, he came up a new one that did not require opening walls, or running new wires everywhere He was able to make the repair, to my complete satisfaction, for a sixth of the original estimate Chris was very courteous and friendly at all times I enjoyed and appreciated his banter and his expertise We will be using Apollo for many more home repairs, if everyone there is as top shelf as Chris

We have used Apollo for over twenty years The service they provide is second to none Here is an example why Recently we had to replace our year old central air unit After the new system was installed, we noticed that it was not holding the temperature setting on the hottest part of the day Apollo first had a technician come out to inspect the new unit and make minor adjustments After another hot day, it still could not hold the temperatureI emailed my sales person and the service department to let them know the new system was not performing as expected It was explained that our house was right on the border of needing a larger size, and admitted that they missed the mark We were offered a higher tonnage unit of the same model at no additional chargeApollo has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and backed it up with no hassle at all The replacement unit was expertly installed, with superb metal work, even better than the initial install This is how great companies handle the occasional problem, and keep customers for life
