Recently, my air conditioner was not circulating cool air throughout my house Daniel did an excellent job explaining the cause of my air conditioning problem Daniel also did an excellent job explaining different options to fix my air conditioning problem Daniel's attention to detail and professionalism is the reason why I choose Apollo for all of my home maintenance needs

Our boiler furnace went out Tuesday evening (a month after it was given an "ok" winter checkup); although Apollo responded to the phone call quickly and courteously, there was no boiler technician available that evening; we finally got service the next afternoon (degrees inside the house); hrs later, the furnace went out again, and we were once again told that no boiler technician was available
that evening The service man came out the next day, but the unavailability of a technician to promptly service products installed by Apollo in relatively extreme weather conditions, leaves the customer somewhat concerned The people at Apollo very nice, and once they get to your house, they are very nice - but the lack of sufficient service technicians is not good; not that they don't know it's cold out there and that a lot of people have boilers for heat and they were the ones who
installed the boiler in the first placepoor planning on their part

Service today 5/19/Josh Darrived on time went straight to workcompleted the inspection and service in a timely fashionFound a problem and took care of itI have been a customer of Apollo for approxyears

My electrician Chris J*** was very professional and personable He took care of my electrical issues and was a pleasure to work with He explained things as he went along and made me feel comfortable with performance He even wheeled my trash can back up to the house from the curb I wouldn't hesitate to request him again for any electrical work I need done

I contacted Apollo Home two weeks ago for an estimate on air conditioning repair for a leaking ac unitSomeone came to my house, said I need a new evaporator coil and quoted me a price, including laborThey sent another person out to give me a quote for replacing the whole unitThe called me every day for a few days to schedule an appointment, even though I had asked for a few days to figure out how I could pay for itI finally scheduled an appointment for Saturday August between 10-amI scheduled this a week and a half in advance as I am only available on Saturdays as I am a single mom and I work during the weekThe day of the supposed install I received a call ten minutes before their expected arrival time where they said they were trying to pick up the part but the warehouse was closed on Saturdays They told me they would just come on Monday instead I asked how we can resolve this as I will not be home on Monday and I had scheduled this appointment well enough in ad

Chris Jdid an amazing job of walking me through all the details and explaining all of the options It's so great to work with someone who really knows their stuff

Max was very helpful and presented me with several options to fix my plumbing problem He got the job done and I am now able to shut off the water to my outside hose spigots for the winter He also answered some questions I had about other plumbing things, like an expansion tank for my water heater The Apollo technicians I have worked with have always been friendly and helpful, and take the time to explain things if you need to know what is going on

Had a minor drainage leakage out of my new furnace, called Apollo and they were at my house and had the issue fixed with in two hours! Great Service response

My electrical box next to my pond had no power I called an electrician (from another well-known company) and he charged me $150+ to diagnose the problem which he claimed was a short in the underground wire running from my house to the pond and the estimate to dig a new trench to place a new wire would be $1,I called Apollo for a second opinion Ash and his assistant came out right away and within a short time determined that it was just a bad ground fault in a box on the outside wall They replace the ground fault switch on the side of the house (no need to dig any trench) and power was restored to the pondand it only cost about $I was very impressed with Apollo's professional knowledge and serviceAsh was very smart to find the real problem I use Apollo for Heating and A/C and did not know, until now, that they also did Electric I am so glad I got a second opinion and very lucky to have chosen Apollo
