Max was very helpful and presented me with several options to fix my plumbing problem He got the job done and I am now able to shut off the water to my outside hose spigots for the winter He also answered some questions I had about other plumbing things, like an expansion tank for my water heater The Apollo technicians I have worked with have always been friendly and helpful, and take the time to explain things if you need to know what is going on

My AC unit was not workingI called the number off my AC unit to get to ApolloThe guy that answered the phone went over basic info with meI informed him while on the oh I need that my grandmother had purchased the unit and she is now deceasedHe told me it was no problem to transfer the warranty to my name as the warranty was on the unit and not with the person that purchased itI was told that within an hour someone from dispatch would contact me to set up an appointment timeAbout minutes later the original gut I spoke with called me back and stated that "after talking with my supervisor, I was told that I cannot transfer the warranty, so it will result in additional fees to repair the unit."
