Hi [redacted],This order has definitely been refunded already on the [redacted]. It was refunded to a card ending in [redacted]. It does not seem like it was a [redacted] account that you used. Please check your card ending in [redacted] it should already posted at least 7 days ago. You can contact your financial institution as well for the card ending in [redacted] to verify this with them. If you need we can also fax them any necessary documents to prove that it was already refunded to that card. I ordered a bunch of remote controls 3 months ago. No notification was sent that the item was back ordered. I have called, emailed, messaged customer service multiple times. I kept being told they would be in stock the next week. No followup. Waste of time. They withdrew the money from my account right away and have bene holding it for 3 months. I have just requested a refund after being strung along for months. I will never order from them again. Don't waste your time. If I don't receive my full refund I will be updating this post.

i filed a chargeback with my credit card and as of today they have not heard from them either

I ordered a simple latch 6 weeks ago. They said they expected some more 2 weeks ago and would ship one out priority on Aug [redacted]. I have inquired with 3 emails and 2 phone calls with no response. Here it is Sept [redacted] and not a word.

No phone confirmation of delivery status. No phone number available. No Product status of my order. No reply of actual delivery of the product I ordered. Product not Received. My transaction has posted on My Credit Card. No Product.

At this time, I have been contacted...
directly by Electotronics, LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here] They contacted me and said they issued me a refund check and put it in the mail that day. That was on November *, 2016, it is now November **, 2016 and we still have not received a check from them. They said they had to issue a check because they switched over to a new system so they were unable to just credit back our credit card.
