Review: I ordered a BUSHNELL 6X50MM EQUINOX DIGITAL NIGHTVISION on 12/**/15 and payed an extra $33.19 for 2-day shipping because I needed it for a hunting trip. I got one "conformation email" directly afterwards but no update since then. I have called, emailed, let messages SEVERAL TIMES. Zero response. I would like a FULL refund of $374.16 immediately. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE! Their additional phone number is a scam hotline to win some Bahamas cruise! This website needs to be shut down NOW.Desired Settlement: To get a full refund immediately so that I can purchase this product on an actual website!

I ordered a product from their website 3 weeks ago. I have been unable to reach anybody through their online chat, phone numbers found on the internet, and via email.

I would highly recommend that consumers stay away from this business as the customer service is horrible. It appears to be a scam.

They charged my credit card immediately after placing the order, and show no intentions of ever getting me the product they advertised selling.

I ordered 4 units of Brinkmann Smoker Basket with email confirmation. But the item was never shipped. So I contacted Electotronics by their chat support. The chat operator just said that the item is discontinued and my order has been cancelled.
