Review: Electotronics advertized Uniden GC45W weatherpreoof Video Surveillance Cameras on their site. I ordered two and watched for over a week for delivery. When they did not come I contacted the company by email. After several days they said oh sorry this item is back ordered and it was not noted on the site. We will send it to you next week by express mail at no additional cost. I waited another week or more and still not delivery. They asked if I still wanted the product and I said yes. I have read reviews and see that this is a scam that they do.

I noted this month on my credit card statement that the cost of the item $170.02 was taken from my account at the time of the initial order. I have emailed them again, but have not gotten a response.

At this point, I want my money put back in my account since they apparently have no intention of delivering on the product.Desired Settlement: Refund of my money since they are not reliable.

Review: I ordered a karaoke machine on Jan [redacted]. When I emailed them on the [redacted] they said it was out of stock would be in the [redacted]. When that date came around they said it would be two more weeks. So I decided to get a refund. They told me 3-5 business days. After that fifth day I emailed again. They said it wasn't processed it would be 3 more days. Well today is the third day. I don't hav my refund. I have called them several times. No one ever answers or calls me back. I can't chat online w them cuz it's never online. They havnt returned my email either. I am very upset. Worse experience I hav ever had. It was exspensive and a birthday present. I don't know wat to doDesired Settlement: They shouldn't be in business. I want my money back now. So I can order it elsewhere. Also maybe some compensation. I am very upset

Review: I purchased an item on 12/**/2014 and never received the item (Order #[redacted]). I contacted the company via email since they do not have a working phone number to call. I received a confirmation email stating they have received my email. After never receiving a response, I went to their website and clicked "Live Chat". The person on the other end stated they would cancel my order and I would receive a full refund within the next 3 business days. It has been several business days and I still have not received my refund. After reading other Revdex.com complaints on this company, I'm beginning to think they are a scam and definitely should not be in business.Desired Settlement: A full refund immediately.

I ordered an item on July **, 2015. On July ** I still had not received email confirmation that the item had shipped, so I sent an email asking about the order status. I was told the item had been on short back order, was now in stock and I would get shipping confirmation within 24 hours. On August *, 2015 I again inquired via email what the order status was and received the identical response as on July ** inquiry. On August **, 2015 I used the on-line chat to inquire and the Live Chat Operator told me that they had recently moved the warehouse and were behind on getting orders out, but that I should receive shipping confirmation within 24 hours, and he would discount the shipping fee. August **, 2015- I cancelled the order on the chat line and by email, I doubt they ever had the item in stock, I also left a phone message for the Owner and got no reply.

Review: On Dec *, 2014 I ordered an RCA RTS796B 100-Watt Bluetooth(R) Soundbase system from their online store for a total of $113.99. On or about Dec [redacted] I was advised that this product would not be in time for Christmas. I then responded back that I wish to cancel my order and have them credit my [redacted] account which is the credit card I used. On Dec [redacted] I received an email that my order was canceled and my account was credited. I again contacted them on Dec [redacted] and advised them that my account still was not credited. On Dec [redacted], I received an email stating yes, the order was canceled but my account was not credited but they would have it in the account within 3 business days and I would receive an email stating that it was done. Today is Jan [redacted], 2015 and it still has not been credited to my account. I sent another email to them but probably won't hear back until next week. All I want is the credit I am due. I have copies of the emails if you need them.

Review: I ordered a clarion marine audio system for $259.00 on 2-*-2015 and have not gotten it yet, tried to contact the seller and finally got a response the first response three days later after calling and calling, item was on short back order (was in stock when I ordered it ), more calls, we have it in stock now and will send a tracking number in 24 to 48 hours. three days later and no tracking number, more calls and more emails and electotronics says he will send tracking number by end of day and 24 hours later and still no tracking numberDesired Settlement: order or full refund

Review: Bought items on 11/**/2013, and in process I selected USPS Priority Shipping. and paid $24.35 for that shipping option. It was shipped on 11/**/2013, and confirmed in email from Electotronics that is was shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail from the mainland to Hawaii is usually 3 to 4 day delivery. And this delivery method was the deciding point on my order. Instead, it was shipped via FedEx Smart Post, that somehow uses FedEx and the USPS for delivery. The tracking number takes you to the FedEx Web site, not the USPS, where limited information is available. After some researching I find out the package will be delivered on 12/*/2013, 21 days for shipping (not the USPS 3-4 day) and 24 days from placing the order.Desired Settlement: If I could cancel the order, I would. They did not provide the stated Priority Mail shipping, and it is too late to cancel the order, so Electotronics should refund my shipping charge of $24.35. They did not provide the shipping as stated on the order, OR on the confirming email sent to me. The name of FedEx is stated NOWHERE. Basically, they lied about their sale and their service. I do have the confirming email is needed. And you can go to their website and place an order and see what the options they provide for shipping.

Review: On Dec ** order a ION speaker system from Electotronics.com and selected the FedEx Express saver delivery option for $86.16. On Dec [redacted] I emailed the company asking for tracking info, I was provided with a UPS tracking # [redacted] with a scheduled delivery date of Dec [redacted]. On Dec [redacted] I still had not received the package and contacted UPS. UPS informed the package was considered "lost" and that I needed to contact [redacted] for a solution. I contacted Amazon.com and they said since I didn't order it through them there is nothing they could do. I tried contacting Electotroncis and haven't heard back from them since my emailDesired Settlement: Full refund. This item was time sensitive and is no longer needed as I had to procure it through other means

Review: I ordered a product that was to be delivered by June [redacted] and today is July [redacted] and I still have not received the product. I sent an email to the company on July [redacted] and July [redacted] in regards to this and got an automated email that they would resolve the matter in 24 hours but they did not.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the merchandise that I ordered delivered to me and if not I'd like a billing adjustment.

Review: We contacted electotronics.com regarding the return of an item we ordered and received from them (original order #[redacted]) . They issued RMA# [redacted]and told us to return the item for a refund to our credit card. The item was delivered via Federal Express tracking# [redacted] on November **, 2013. Approximately a week later I contacted them to check on the status of the refund. They told me their shipping and receiving department had refused shipment due to the box having been opened and the box would be returning to us. I informed them he had not opened the box when it arrived. We did however add additional tape to the box. We wanted to make sure it would ship safely and the original packing job was falling apart. Anyway, we never received the item back and have not received our credit to the credit card. Every time I contact them they only ask more questions that have aleady been answered and with my last inquiry they have not responded at all. I beleive they have the item in their possession.Desired Settlement: We would like the refund that was agreed to in the amount of $835.12 to our credit card.

We tried our best to get this return taken back for you, but it actually should never have been issued because it was special order direct from the manufacture and such orders are not allowed to be returned. In addition, once the item came back the manufacture refused the package because it did not meet their guidelines therefore they refused it. All we want them to do is what they agreed to do. If they were not sure about their ability to take the item back then they should not have issued the RMA without finding out first. Since they did issue the RMA we incurred further expenses in returning this item. We are not liable for their mistakes and expect them to honor the RMA they issued. We also expect them to honor the agreement they recently made to credit the purchasing credit card. If we do not see the card credited this week, we are considering filing fraud charges on them with our credit card company.

Review: Order was placed on February *. 3 day shipping was selected. As of February **, product has still not been received. I have email ElectOtronics twice and called once without receiving an email or return phone call.Desired Settlement: I would like my Credit Card to be refunded full purchase price.

Review: On 05/**/2015 we purchased a Tripp-Lite SMART5000RT3U 14-Outlet 5000 VA Rack/Tower Line Interactive [redacted] Part No. SMART5000RT3U for a total of 2780.45 with Shipping. The product was never received by us. After several contacts with the company which said the product at first was ordered direct from the company and was shipped to electotronics.com. I was told I would get it in two weeks. Two weeks came and gone and the product still had not arrived. After another contact with the support department on 07/**/2015 they informed me that the product was back-ordered and it would be another two weeks. At this point, I requested a full refund. The order was canceled and I was sent an email confirming cancellation. The money still has not been returned to the card.Desired Settlement: I wish for a full refund to be applied back to the card and a formal apology from the company.
