ER Plumbing Services provided prompt professional service***, the service tech found the leak, dug it out and performed the repair quickly, effectively and professionallyBoth the dispatcher and the service tech were courteous and easy to work with
My only negative comment is that the 'emergency' service ER Plumbing provides comes at a premium - the bill was higher than I expectedMy inexperience with plumbing costs may be at fault here

What I thought was just a minor clog in the Kitchen sink turned out to be a major problem originating from the Master Bedroom Two other plumbing companies were unable to diagnose the problem - they gave up!! E.R worked tirelessly - *** *** the president of the company was very courteous all through He sent out his professional plumbers with all the machines, including a special Camera to try and identify the location and the object that was causing the backup to the Kitchen sinkBecause I was at work, *** called me periodically to update me of the progress So far they have identified the problem and because it will involve alot of money and the insurance could not cover as it is a "maintanance issue" I am holdling on until I can get some funds to have the work completed I truly have a lot of respect for this company I am sure it will be an expensive project but I have all the confidence that E.R will do a great JOB! A rating for sure

xxxxx was great! Very professional and was able to fix all my plumbing issues quickly My shower pressure feels like a 150% improvement and all drains are now working I also appreciate the feedback he provided about my sink faucet so I didn't waste money fixing a reoccuring problem I will def reach out to xxxxx with future plumbing needs
