The water /sewer was draining very slowly from my townhome and after several days of trying to correct the problem on my own, I reached out to my HOA Mgmt.Co. & they directed me to contact ER Plumbing Services. My appt. was Sat. 8/13/16 and the plumber was Jeff M. Jeff was very courteous and professional. He listened patiently to my story of the problem. Jeff consulted his office and they decided a camera needed to be put down the pipe outside and when the camera could not go any further, he advised me that he needed to snake the line. This could be very costly but I was able to promptly reach the President of my HOA while Jeff was still on site. The work was immediately authorized to be done. Within 30 mins. or less, the problems were discovered: tree roots invading the terra cotta pipe and the pipe was broken. He documented detailed notes on his report that was submitted to his employer of which our management company ([redacted] Mgmt.) will follow up with my HOA. Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained what he found and even let me see the problem on the screen hooked up to the camera. Even though he cleared the line, he stated the permanent fix was to have the terra cotta pipe replaced. He advised of precautions to take until the fix could be done. I highly endorse ER Plumbing Services and if you ever need them, ask for Jeff M. to come out to evaluate and resolve your problem.

[redacted] with ER Plumbing Services replaced the hot water valve for my washer and replaced the works inside a toilet tank. He had to cut into the drywall to get to the valve to replace it. [redacted] did a great job and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend [redacted] with ER Plumbing Services.

Recently, had my [redacted] tankless hot water heater serviced by ER Plumbing and their service tech, Richard. Richard was prompt and on time, as well as being very professional. He discussed with me the procedures he would be doing, as well as the cost of the procedures. I am very pleased with the work done as well as the cost. My hot water heater is now running better than when it was first installed 2 years ago.

ER Plumbing has always done an excellent job for us. We work in the lower level of a residence and had been dealing with a drain issue. The Tech, xxxxx, had to go up on the roof after trying to dislodge the clog in the house and it was a very tedious job. xxxxx even cleaned up the water mess. He was super! Would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding work. I have had plumbers out to clear our clogged toilets and sinks over the past few years. ER Plumbing came out on a Saturday for an emergency backup plumbing issue. After the clog was cleared by using s snake from the back cleanout, the plumber didn't like the situation. He discovered that the soil pipe in the front of the house had a wide open below ground cleanout. He installed a proper clean out. The past plumbers never went the extra mile to determine that there was a bigger issue than snaking a soil pipe.
