[redacted] and the ER Plumbing team did a superb job handling the replacement of my water heater and various other routine maintenance items in my home. Whether replacing the water heater or fixing a leaky faucet, no job was too small or unimportant. They were very professional, knowledgeable, competitively priced and provided superior service throughout the entire process. I was extremely satisfied with the results and how I was treated. I discovered a leak in my hot water heater last week. Emergency Response Plumbing (which goes by E.R. Plumbing) was at my house early the next morning. [redacted] the technician, told me what I already figured ... my elderly hot water heater was finished. He gave me a list of options, but I'd already decided to go with a tankless hot water heater. We scheduled the installation for four days later, but [redacted] told me to call him if anything went wrong before that (it didn't). [redacted] and [redacted] arrived on Tuesday morning and completed the job without a problem. They worked around my in-and-out schedule, were courteous, explained everything, and were superb. I've had nothing but good experiences with this company.

We've tried numerous plumbing contractors over the years and had OK to terrible service. Based on a recommendation we tried E.R. Plumbing several years ago. We couldn't have asked for more reliable and excellent customer service. We've used them several times since and each time they earn our future business. The most recent service call included a number of issues, and should have been a simple. But nothing is ever as easy as it should be, and the issues were all related to the manufacturer ([redacted]) and a lack of available parts to complete the repair. Without the two $40 parts I was looking at several thousand dollars in new fixtures, tile repair/replacement, drywall, and services. The lengths this company went to in order to save me a lot of money was greatly appreciated. [redacted], the service technician, went above and beyond, had excellent customer service, was knowledgeable and I couldn't have asked for better. His depth of knowledge around water quality and build up on our fixtures was educational, as well as timely. I'd also like to thank [redacted], the Owner of ER Plumbing, who got involved at the right time, with the right answers.

I needed help at my elderly fathers home to fix a problem that electricians accidentally created. ER was called. Jeff M. was the one sent. Jeff fixed the problem and as we spoke and just carried on conversation we found similarities in our lives. Jeff showed me things that I knew were not looking well with dad's plumbing and explained what was happening. After fixing the initial problem Jeff and I discussed him coming back for the issues. I requested Jeff come back and was completely satisfied with the company understanding my situation and wanting him because he had first hand knowledge of the problems he would be coming to fix. While handling that problem I asked Jeff to look at a drainage issue with dad's dryer. It was not a simple thing. I understood and knew he was telling the truth from my own attempts to fix it. We decided he would need a whole day. I again requested him to be sent to fix it and as of today all the problems and potential future issues that needed immediate attention are handled and after explaining and both of us discussing some things we found I've found out what was done incorrectly at some point in the past and now what I'm looking for as issuesgoing forward but how easy it should be to transition the system to a more upgraded one. The assistance, timely and friendly,not taking into account a friendship formed, was way above any expectations. I had. My father now can now wash clothes if he needed but the feeling of potential problems I knew were there being fixed quickly and very professionally is a rare thing these days.

first time ever having a plumber come out and it was a pleasant experience. service pro mike w[redacted] did a fantastic job and was very polite personable and knowledgeable about what he was doing and had great advice on how to prevent certain issues. all around from start to finish he did an amazing job
