[redacted] came out and tried to fix a problem with my water heater, it appeared to just need a reset but he found the reason that the system was continuing to trip. Al done and all fixed.

ER Plumbing recently installed a replacement water heater at our residence. The two man team arrived on time, completed the installation professionally and with a minimum of disruption. The team answered all questions and thoroughly cleaned the work area. Great installation. We had a leak in the garage near our hot water tank.. The technician arrived in a reasonable time, investigated the problem, explained what had to be done and told us the cost to do the work and how long it would take to complete the job. The leak was found in the pipe between the wall. An appointment was made for the next day .The leak was repaired and a new hot water tank was installed. Other questions were answered. The technician was pleasant and left the area free from any debris.

xxxxx was at our home as scheduled first thing this morning. He was extremely polite, well groomed and respectful of our home (wore booties). Very pleasant and completed the job efficiently. Ensured operation was satisfactory before he considered the job complete. We've used ER Plumbing in the past and their service and professionalism continue to be stellar. The cost for the repair was clearly stated before any work was started. I highly recommend ER Plumbing

E.R. Plumbing was called this morning since we had a problem with water draining. xxxxx was sent out to deal with the problem--he was courteous, efficient and knowledgable. Very pleased with his work and will definitely call this company and request xxxxx again.

Service Tuesday afternoon 06/21/2016. [redacted] and [redacted] arrived at the time designated and were professional and competent. They determined and explained the sewer pipe problem and proceeded to repair the pipe promptly. We were very pleased and impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. We would not hesitate to contact E. R. Plumbing Services again for any plumbing problem.

The water /sewer was draining very slowly from my townhome and after several days of trying to correct the problem on my own, I reached out to my HOA Mgmt.Co. & they directed me to contact ER Plumbing Services. My appt. was Sat. 8/13/16 and the plumber was Jeff M. Jeff was very courteous and professional. He listened patiently to my story of the problem. Jeff consulted his office and they decided a camera needed to be put down the pipe outside and when the camera could not go any further, he advised me that he needed to snake the line. This could be very costly but I was able to promptly reach the President of my HOA while Jeff was still on site. The work was immediately authorized to be done. Within 30 mins. or less, the problems were discovered: tree roots invading the terra cotta pipe and the pipe was broken. He documented detailed notes on his report that was submitted to his employer of which our management company ([redacted] Mgmt.) will follow up with my HOA. Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained what he found and even let me see the problem on the screen hooked up to the camera. Even though he cleared the line, he stated the permanent fix was to have the terra cotta pipe replaced. He advised of precautions to take until the fix could be done. I highly endorse ER Plumbing Services and if you ever need them, ask for Jeff M. to come out to evaluate and resolve your problem.
