[redacted] was a life saver!! After ridiculously high water bills due to a leak in my front yard he was quick to locate and repair it and put my yard back together. His sense of urgency and professionalism is rare these days and I am beyond appreciative!!

Drains backed up on me Memorial Day. I called and 2 hours later [redacted] was sorting us out. 4 hours after drains stopped he had us fixed up, all of this on a holiday. These guys continue to impress.

I have used ER Plumbing for almost 20 years. They are always courteous and helpful and get the problem solved. [redacted] came out and tried to fix a problem with my water heater, it appeared to just need a reset but he found the reason that the system was continuing to trip. Al done and all fixed.

The plumber who came to our house was very professional, answered all of our questions, and most importantly, fixed the problem we had with a bathroom faucet.

ER Plumbing recently installed a replacement water heater at our residence. The two man team arrived on time, completed the installation professionally and with a minimum of disruption. We had a leak in the garage near our hot water tank.. The technician arrived in a reasonable time, investigated the problem, explained what had to be done and told us the cost to do the work and how long it would take to complete the job. The leak was found in the pipe between the wall. An appointment was made for the next day .The leak was repaired and a new hot water tank was installed. Other questions were answered. The technician was pleasant and left the area free from any debris.

Service Tuesday afternoon 06/21/2016. [redacted] and [redacted] arrived at the time designated and were professional and competent. They determined and explained the sewer pipe problem and proceeded to repair the pipe promptly. We were very pleased and impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. We would not hesitate to contact E. R. Plumbing Services again for any plumbing problem.
