[redacted] was terrific at his job! He came in with a new toilet to install and found a secondary problem with the height of the flange. He went to his truck for the necessary tools and proceeded to cut back the flange so that the toilet would sit correctly on the top of this and not be unbalanced. He also showed us how the toilet was sitting on make-shift small PVC pipes to hold up the toilet where there wasn't any plywood flooring to support the toilet. He went out again to his truck and came back with some quick setting concrete to fill in the space where there was no flooring. All told, this was a far bigger job than he was called in to do. He did the work with utmost professionalism and showed us along the way what was going on and why he needed to do these extra measures. I don't normally write reviews- this is my first, but I think he did such an excellent job that I wanted you and customers to know this. He is a really nice man and you have a fine employee in him.

My wife and I are new residents of xxxxx. There was a bad order under the kitchen sink for the first few weeks since moving into our home. We suspected the garbage disposal. xxxxx diagnosed the cause immediately as the studor vent. The studor vent was malfunctioning and not installed correctly. We are so happy the awful sewer smell is gone!

The ER plumbing was extremely helpful, knew exactly what was wrong, fixed the problem and called a restoration company for us.

The appointment desk was very efficient and courteous. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what needed to be done thoroughly and how much it would cost before doing any work. He worked quickly and quietly, asked me to inspect the work before he left, and didn't make a mess. I would recommend Terry S. and ER Plumbing Services.

Where do I begin? [redacted] is without a doubt the most affable, knowledgeable, technician that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is totally on his game. His attitude is second to none. His advice is to be heeded. Not only does he solve the problems, BUT advises and helps you maintain future plumbing issues. Plumbers in general get a bad rap about being costly, messy and without personality. Not the with case, ER who in general do their job and without pushing the panic button., and also without looking at a problem as if it is fatal and without a solution. The best way I can describe [redacted] in particular., is that ER should tuck him in bed at night. If he elected to ever leave, I would personally probably go into cardiac arrest. [redacted] from ER Pluming Services came to our condo and we provided him with a list of seven items we needed done. He was on time, extremely efficient, and very inovatived in solving the items on our list. He was polite and really knew what he was doing. In the future I will only use [redacted] for my plumming issues.

ER Plumbing called out to replace two 30 year old toilets and to investigate a problem with hot water heater. Very happy with the two new toilets and the installation. Regarding the water heater. Took the time to analyze and formulate a step by step approach to manage costs. Very happy with xxxxx the serviceman and the company customer service.

I called E.R. Plumbing for service on a malfunctioning water heater. As promised by office personel, xxxxx called me to advise he was on his way. Upon arrival xxxxx quickly identified the problem and began repairs. His repair work was completed in a timely manner. I found xxxxx to be, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.
