Thankyou for your helpIt was partly successfulI had responses from the two companies...Endure and Revlante on JuneThat day that was the last day I was to hear from them before complaining to you, again
They both said I would receive a full refund $US$ from Revlante and $US$ from Endure
I received $US$ from Revalante credited to my credit card on Jun9?
However I have received nothing from EndureI waited unti Junand then called themI was told that they take 5-business days to get the refund to my credit cardGiving them the benefit of the doubt I waited the full business days, which is today, and I have not received the refund
I had received an email from you telling me that if I didn't hear anything before Junethat I should get in touch with you againThe email you sent me has been deleted in error since I have had trouble with my computer but I am pretty sure that June24th was the date I had to contact you before my complaint would be deleted from your filesI am hoping that this is a good email address

Since Endure Beauty System believes they are authorized to debit my credit card for themselves & on behalf of their sister company, Revlante, I would insist that they in turn be as authorized to refund my card for themselves & their sister companyBoth amounts should have been mentioned in their reply
Their statement above only addresses Endure's portion & leaves me hanging on whether I am to receive a refund from Revlante
There should have been some kind of additional communication to myself or the Revdex.com to inform either of us that I would be receiving a full credit from Revlante as well
I have contacted my credit card company & have confirmed that, yes, I did receive credits from both Endure & Revlante & in that, I am satisfied
As for Endure & Revlante, if "customer satisfaction is your main priority" as you stated, why did it take involving the Revdex.com to get a full credit?
Your practices lead me to wonder how many other poor people have not been as fortunate as I have been?

I was fully refunded and appreciate it very much! It's unfortunate that the company wouldn't do this when I called myself and that the Revdex.com needed to be involved

The ad for this company was on an animal rescue site I was looking at and I saw they were offering a free sample but when clicked on link it took over and then disappearedI went back to it and read the fine print re: mthly shipping of their products for about $and I couldn't get back in to cancel it so I called the website and complained about the link to Endure but they couldn't do anything so I cancelled my subscription to them and called my credit card coWithin this half hror so I was told charge was already on my card so I cancelled my credit cardI was told I was one of many credit card customers complaining so they were kind enough to cancel the chargesThe products still showed up a few wkslater but I was not the least impressedAnd the housing of the container is much larger then necessary so it is deceiving visually as well I stay far away from any ads online now

I do not accept Endure Beauty System's method of refund as I cancelled the credit card they have on record and therefore their refund would not be processedI will not give this company access to any new credit card numbers in the future as I am afraid they will charge product to me and the whole process of receiving unwanted product will start againAfter this negative experience I will never put my credit card number on the Internet and certainly not by email and I will not give them my credit information over the phoneThe only way this complaint can be resolved is to receive a cheque in the mail from the company within the next days( allowing for border crossing time)I accept the amount of $in U.SFundsOnce I have cashed the check successfully and the funds are in my account-( this can take a month from an out of country cheque) I will notify my VISA company and the Revdex.com that the dispute has been resolved to my satisfaction
The warnings on the Internet about Endure product indicate to me that they did not allow for the international border across Canada which has products shipped from the U.Ssubject to customs and or duty chargesAlso US product in Canada is shipped by Canada Post which is not a very efficient postal service in comparison to US mail and they typically take several days longer to deliver a package even within Canada
These two factors delays sending product back and forth across the border and does not allow Canadian customers enough time to cancel their product after the day initial trial or to be able to send product back quickly if unsatisfiedThey should give more time for the trial, at least days so Canadians do not have to be cheated out of hundreds of dollarsIn addition, a receipt indicating the company address and the " free" product along with the cost of subsequent shipments if the product is not returned should be included with each shipmentFrom the Revdex.com website I saw that most complaints are from Canadian customersIt is due to factors- delays in border crossing to be able to cancel within days and that most Canadians are willing to complain if they have to pay Canadian per shipmentWarnings on the Internet I hope will discourage Canadians from participating in free trials that have a short time frame to cancelBetter yet- there should be a specific warning to Canadian customers on the endure product website as to the possibility of delays in shipments
Please inform Endure Beauty Systems to send a cheque for $(U.SFunds) to the address they have on record-and have them email me a copy of the cheque and the expected date of arrival*** ***

I was scammed and lie toI was charged $for a product that I was told only to pay shippingShame on you rip off artist

I can verify that these complaints are validWhen you try to get a free trial they will automatically sign you up for a membership and you will be paying for a *** lotion after weeks

I saw an ad on my phone advertising the Skin/Edure facial cream stating how wonderful this product was and *** *** *** was a user of this product The website also states the number of free trials available with the number changing by getting lower each second The company offers a free trial for the cost of just the shipping I thought why not give it a try After marking and placing it in the cart, another offer appears for the Eye/Endure for simply paying the cost of shipping I chose this for the cart too The next offer appears for the purchase of the Endure Serum for the cost of $ I declined this offer If it is written your account will be charged and additional $for the full purchase of this products if not canceled within a specific time, I did not see it or I would have never placed this order After reviewing my bank statement I found two charges each in the amount of $ This is poor advertising and there are many people including myself retired and on a fixed income that would never dream of spending this amount on skin care I called the number from my bank statement to cancel the next shipment and was supplied with cancel numbers for each This is unfair and untruthful advertising techniques I doubt very seriously if *** *** *** is using this product and is she aware they are using her in their advertising? I hope and pray this company does not keep sending products and charging my card after I have canceledIf this company is legit, then why the tricky wording and advertising and why aren't the stipulations in plain sight for the consumer? A trial size is always small and if the product is good, the consumer will purchase if they can afford to This is clearly and bait and switch!

I certainly am happy to report that as of June 17th, 2015, my credit card has been credited in the amount of $
I contradict, the statement made by Endure Beauty Systems,that my complaint indicates Ms*** states there is no mention of the shipping charge on the "Pop up" advertisement, when in fact I was aware that a shipping charge of $would apply, no mention that this would be in U.SFunds, in fact, the charge turned out to be $Canadian Funds
I also contradict that Endure Systems did not hear from me within the lstdays when in fact I did call them within that period to ask what correlation did Global Youth have with Endure Beauty Systems? at which time I was told, no correlation, and had never heard of Global Youth, (that is the conversation, that said Company has no record of)
I am pleased that Endure Beauty Systems has cancelled my account (Subscription) and that I will not receive any future shipments or billings
I wish to take this opportunity to thank Revdex.com for intervening on my behalf, when in fact my Credit Card Cofailed to do so, I am completely satisfied in the manner in which Revdex.com handled my complaint, I might add in a very prompt and efficient manner
The remaining comment I have, is the wish that Company's of the nature of Endure Beauty Systems, using alias such as Global Youth, be no longer provided the avenues to conduct unfair business practises in Canada

I'm actually not Sure about that yetThey have also charged me the sample size which I'd never getI paid for the sample size and have spent extra shipping money to ship the regular size product back(Even though the shipping address is confusing) so end up having nothing but paying extra for learning a lessonThe refund haven't reflected to my credit card statementSo I'm not sire if I should click Yes bit safe to click "no" as the answer

Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! "Free sample" " Pay only shipping & handling." Terms & conditions not readily found (unless you scroll down to the bottom and then it's still not really accessible)Then you start receiving more "sample size" product and paying hundreds of dollars on the credit card # that you submitted Try and cancel ---- good luck!!! E-mailed themCalled them Finally spoke with someone who was totally defensive and rudeHorrible experience for someone who is living paycheck to paycheckI certainly learned a lesson and will NEVER again purchase anything online
