Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The emails didn’t come from their domain because they sold/shared my email with 100s of schools Each email from ebery school points back to the College Board My email was not in their system when they looked because I had already unsubscribed from their list, which I never signed up for to begin with They claim that the issue is with gmail, that google is somehow responsible for me getting emails that belong to another person, which is bogus.Bottom line is this Somehow, they got a version of my email address that they then gave or sold to hundreds of colleges who proceeded to spam me I appreciate their support team reaching out They were responsive and did their best to help My complaint is not related to their customer service It is to their broadcasting my email address without my permission That is the problem with buying and selling email lists You end up facilitating or participating in spamming In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Since the CollegeBoard messed up in the first place, they should make an exception and let me buy the QaS for June I'd be willing to pay for it, of course In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: scores must also be resent to [redacted] , WA as previously paid forSee attached College Board confirmation email. For the record, NONE of the schools ( [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] or Olympic College) purge official SAT scoresRegistrar staff unanimously advised that if scores are received, they are immediately entered into permanent student information, creating a new file if necessaryThe fact that all five institutions did not receive either the or scores illustrates an issue with College Board reporting mechanisms and not the educational institutionsThank you[redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Per Customer Care Specialist, Tia B***:On March **, initial email communication went out informing the student that the June test was cancelled due to non-receipt of a verification form sent to the studentParent called into call center regarding cancellation and on March **, additional email correspondence was forwarded to student and parent regarding the reason registration was cancelled On March **, the mother re-escalated concerns requesting a phone call, also sent an email regarding her complaintOn March **, 2017, we provided student a new verification form link to consider student for testing in June On March **, we received completed form and we sent an email to the student and parent confirming a completed registration for June Parent contacted back on 04/ [redacted] requesting different test center for June and once re-reviewed, we accommodated test center request changeThe student was reassigned to the requested test center and email sent to the parent confirming June SAT exam informationNo other action was neededThe customer was satisfied and this case has been closed

Per customer care specialist [redacted] : I received the Revdex.com submission for [redacted] on November *, I have reviewed the account for [redacted] and found that there is a hold on her scores preventing them from being released [redacted] is requesting that her scores be released and to receive a refund for the fees she paid for the exam as she believes she has not received what she paid for [redacted] registered for the exam using the waitlist option With this option [redacted] was able to report to the test center and if a seat and testing materials were available, she would be allowed to test [redacted] registered to take the SAT without the essayIn reviewing the case, I found that delay in her scores being released was due to her receiving a different form the exam than she had initially registered for [redacted] was registered for the SAT and she received a copy of the SAT with essay resulting in a discrepancy between what she registered for and the test she received Due to the discrepancy, we needed to perform additional research to verify exactly which version of the test she completed We have completed our investigation and have initiated the process to have her scores released, [redacted] s scores should be available to view on November *, Please note, per the College Board Score reporting policy which can be found here [redacted] We do strive to have all scores released within the score reporting timeframe posted on the College Board website, unfortunately issues do arise can result in a delay in the score reporting process In this case, the delay was due to the information about the test that [redacted] was registered to take being different than the version of the test that she took on test dayBecause [redacted] was able to test and will receive scores, The College Board will not offer to refund her registration or waitlist feesUpdate: As of 11/*/17, scores are available

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: College Board is still not addressing the actual complaint that I posedMy son never wanted to write the answers in the test bookHe wanted to work out the problems in the margins according to the proper test parametersHe was forced to do all math problems in his head rather than work them out at allI spoke with representatives from college board who verified that this should have been allowedCollege Board also refused to return my calls or emails within the time parameters that they providedWe are well aware that the test is offered at other times, however, my concern is that it will be administered wrongly again and that College Board will once again do nothing to remedy the situationThe customer service received from College Board was rude and completely unsatisfactory In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Per Customer Care Specialist Mike M [redacted] :The Father of [redacted] contacted the College Board in reference to a letter he received stating that the scores for the June *, Biology Subject Test were canceled due to [redacted] submitting an answer sheet that was completed but had been erased [redacted] requested an explanation as to what the letter meant and why the scores were being canceled [redacted] ***r stated that [redacted] started the test on the wrong answer sheet, transferred the answers to the correct sheet and erased the answers on the original answer sheet He also states that [redacted] did not complete the test on the first answer sheetPer the College Board test security policy, all scores from a test day will be canceled if the student turns in an answer sheet on which all of the answers have been erased All students are notified of this policy prior to the exam as part of the policies and procedures for test day Specifically the proctor reads a script detailing the security policy and specifically addresses this issue with the following statement: “If you start on the wrong page of your answer sheet, let me know, but keep going on that same page Do not try to erase all the answers to a test If you erase all the answers to one of the tests, you take today, ALL of the test you take today will be canceled.” In researching the case I was able to view both answer sheets that were submitted by [redacted] Both answer sheets were completed through question and the answers on the second answer sheet were erased Per the College Board Security policy, the scores for the June exam were correctly canceledI originally emailed [redacted] on July **, and explained that the scores will not be released in accordance to the College Board security policyI spoke to [redacted] on July **, and explained the security policy as well as the reason for the scores being canceled I explained that [redacted] did submit two different answer sheets for the Biology exam and one of the answer sheets had been erased [redacted] then requested a free exam based on not receiving the score for the June exam I explained that [redacted] was able to test and did use testing materials during the June exam, his scores were only canceled because he violated the security policy, as such we would not offer a free testFollowing my Conversation with [redacted] , [redacted] ’s mother, [redacted] called and left a voicemail for me requesting further explanation I spoke to [redacted] on July **, and explained the security policy again and that [redacted] submitted answers sheets with the answers on one of the sheets erased [redacted] explained that [redacted] started answering the questions on the wrong sheet and decided to transfer the answers to the correct sheet and erase the answers on the incorrect sheet She explained that he was not confident that the Proctor understood the testing procedures and he felt that he should take the matter into his own hands in correcting his mistake I again explained that the proctor provided specific instructions prior to the exam that specifically stated not to erase an answer sheet or your scores will be canceled[redacted] then asked that I speak directly to [redacted] as he may be able to explain the situation better In speaking to [redacted] , he confirmed that he did submit two answer sheets and erased all of the answers on one of the sheets He confirmed that the proctor did explain the rules and test polices prior to the exam but he may not have been paying attention as he was not sure the proctor understood the policies He confirmed that he did not follow the procedure to inform the proctor of the discrepancy on the answer sheet I again explained that the scores were canceled as he did violate the College Board Security policyBased on all of this information, the College Board did correctly cancel scores for the June Subject test as [redacted] violated the test security policy by erasing the answers on an answer sheet and did not notify the proctor about the discrepancy The policy and procedure on how to handle this situation was explained prior to the exam and the procedure was not followed as stated by the student

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] This company is full of incapable irresponsible people who are set to mess up your life They promised to correct infoon my admission card for the test for the first test I was sitting, but did not do so on time so I could not take the test They logged it as an issue with a number, and promised a hour response It did not get dealt with for weeks - the test came and went To reach them - long hold times, explaining the subject again and again and of course, dealing with someone on a different continent, who is mostly reading from a script NEXT WHEN THIS ISSUE WAS FINALLY RESOLVED and the date set down, some weeks later - THEY MOVED MY TEST TWO MONTHS, OF THEIR OWN CHOICE, and then WOULD NOT MOVE IT BACK AGAIN So, I lost my chance to get to University this year A year wasted for my education AND THEN they try to shift the blame to me This company is badly run, full of people that have no power to do anything, the rot probably goes all the way to the top They think someone is not going to swear when they do this to someone? And now they do not admit their wrong? In a word [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer service spoke with the customer on February **The representative processed the name change and transferred the registration to the March [redacted] SAT administration

Per customer care specialist [redacted] I reached out several times to the customer and offered to get in contact with the schools to determine what had gone wrong and whether or not they had received the scoresThe customer insisted upon a refund, and I informed the customer that, according to our records, the order had been fulfilled on time and that therefore I was not able to offer a refund, but that I would be happy to further investigate by contacting the schoolsAfter I offered this three times, the customer discontinued communication with me, and despite multiple requests, the customer did not provide me with direct contact information for any of the individuals with whom she had communicated at the schools in question

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolvedA person from the College Board contacted be and the issue was resolvedThanks for your help Sincerely, [redacted]

The update was made A message was left today by James M [redacted] AP to confirm this information

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted]

Due to a new security policy adult test takers were transfered from the March SAT administration to the May administrationThis change was implemented to ensure that everyone taking the test is doing so for its intended purpose: to apply to and attend a college or university undergraduate program, or to apply for scholarships, financial aid, or other programs that require a college admission test.A hotline was provided for registrants who were testing for those purposes to be moved to March, but the only communication received from this customer was a a string of profanityThere is no indication of a college score recipient on the customer's registrationAt the time the Revdex.com complaint was received it was too late to move back to MarchThe May registation can be canceled and refunded per options provided to the customer

We first contacted and spoke with the customer on July **, After a thorough investigation, we have concluded that prior to the June SAT exam, the customer was misinformed by the Test Center Supervisor The customer was advised that the student could appear on the exam date without a registration/admission ticket, take the exam, receive scores, and be billed for the registration fees We will follow up with the test center as this is not our policy Because we were able to determine the error on the part of the test center, we have made the exception to allow the student to register and we will score the exam We advised this information with the customer on July **, On July **, 2017, the registration was completed and we advised the customer to expect scores in 7-business days The customer was also educated on where to find our registration policies and deadlines should they wish to test in the future

At this time, I have been contacted directly by The College Board regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I did not hear back from them so I placed another call on and escalated my ticket and someone did call me backThe person I spoke with said, it will take another - weeks before they can post her score while all the college that my daughter apply to is incomplete due to missing SAT score According to this person, it is company policy and they can not rush this I ask him if I don't get the score and my daughter does not get excepted to any of the school she will not able to attend school in Sept He said if that is the case she will not able to go to school I took it as too bad for my daughter They would not give me a reason why this is taking so long This is not exceptable Some one need to investigate the College Board The kids future is in their hands In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I never received a voice mailHowever, offer for refunds were made, but I still need/wanted the score reportsYes, we finally have both documentsThe point is that a March Score report arriving in August did us no good for a June test review.A June score report arriving the first week of September gives only a month to use to help prepare for October testThere is no accountability with The College BoardThey released the March scores so late tat they were unusable by Service Academy pre-screeningI suppose there is not much more to do nowI would appreciate a one test credit for a future test to compensate me for all of the frustration In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Per Case manager Amy Mann:Per speaking with the parent of [redacted] , she advised that [redacted] printed her May registration ticket (thinking it was her June ticket) and went off to take the examWhen she arrived at the center indicated on the May ticket- the center was not open (due to it being the incorrect administration) [redacted] then called her mother for assistance, the parent then claimed that she was able to assist her daughter in getting to the correct center- however the student did not have the updated ticket and she was also minutes lateThe parent insisted that the June ticket was never available on the account prior to test dayPer review of the account history, it appears that the ticket was generated multiple times prior to the test dayI advised the parent of this information- parent followed up to provide me a copy of the May registration ticket once moreTAS also confirmed that the student arrived minutes late and did not have the accepted ticket I contacted the parent to advise that the previous resolution stood, as all events have been confirmed with our Testing Administrative Services TeamPer review of the account it appears that the student registered for the October SAT® with Essay- as a result I refunded the difference in registration fees (not including the essay, as it has been newly added)I advised of the refund and my contact info and closed the case
