just got off the phone with ***First and foremost I apologized for her
recent less than satisfactory experienceShe explained to me what took place
and how it inconvenienced her tripI explained that is not how we conduct our
business and that I would be
more than happy to refund her for the entire
rentalThe total was $ (Already processed)
She
also explained that she returned the vehicle with a representative at the
airport and all was fineAn hour later they got a call that they could not
find the car and was asked to come back and show them where they had parked the
car After than they were asked about a scratch on the bumper I
shut down the claim on the scratch for her as she was positive they drove
directly to the office from FranklinAlso our check in process was not
satisfactory when she dropped the vehicle(Claim already shut down as well)

she has a rental needI let her know she can reach me directly in order to
assure that the reservation process is smooth for her.
