The Branch manager [redacted]
spoke with the customer yesterday, refund was done and processed.

We are awaiting a response from the customer via email.  Area Manager [redacted] emailed at the address provided last week.  He can be reached at

The
customer and I did agree to a refund.  He had already filed a dispute with
his bank for a portion of the amount I agreed to refund.  Our accounting
department made the mistake of pursuing the chargeback after I had requested
not too, so the customer thought I had lied to him about refunding him when he
found out we won the chargeback case.  I had a second balance that I told
him I would refund on top of the credit card dispute amount and when I went to
apply the refund his credit card attached to the contract had expired.  I
attempted to call him back that day to get a new expiration date or issue the
payment by a different method, but only got his voicemail. I left him a message
and never heard back.  I did just speak with his bank with [redacted] on the
line on Friday and squared away this refund, so we should be all set.
 Ultimately we issued him a check for the refund and mailed it to his PO
Box as requested.  The refund was for the full amount I had offered him

The customer's name has been cleared and he is fully able to rent with no issues.

I have spoken to area manager [redacted], but we are still working on reaching an agreement. [redacted] has erroneously stated that I owe a $1000 deductible to Enterprise. However, I have attached an e-mail from my insurance company stating this is false. I am awaiting [redacted]'s follow-up phone call.

Enterprise will not be pursuing this customer for any damages. Area Manager [redacted] will call customer to explain.

will not be pursuing him.  His mailbox was full so I could not leave a
message so I am emailing him back."

Area Manager [redacted] has spoken to the customer and will be refunding the payments he has already made. We have also spoken to the DRU and they will be closing this claim. Thank you.

Please be advised that I received a telephone call from Enterprise that they are dropping the claim against me for damage to the...

rental car.  I am completely satisfied with this resolution and this satisfactory resolution should be reflected in your public account of the case. (I don't recall receiving an earlier communication from Revdex.com asking for my response to the resolution).  In any event, thank you very very much for your help with this.[redacted]

just spoke to this customer and refunded him the $90.52 and told him we will
work out fighting with [redacted].  He was satisfied with the resolution.

spoke to the customer and issued them a refund and they agreed to this
resolution.  "

I was told on 9/9 that I would see a refund of $13 in my account in 7-10 business days. Today is the 10th day 9/23 and I have seen no refund. Regards,

Area Rental Manager [redacted] has left 2 messages for customer to discuss.  Awaiting response.

I honestly thought I was going to have to fight tooth and nail but I was extremely surprised and pleased that Enterprise admitted that a mistake was made on their end and went above and beyond normal expectations, even through the use of Revdex.com, to retain my business. I am very appreciative of the quick resolution and will most definitely be keeping my business with Enterprise in the future.

[redacted] I accept this resolution and am pleased by the response of both the DRU team and particularly Mr. [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] was very helpful, emphatic and responsive to my situation and would like to thank him.  I am pleased that a large corporate entity such has Enterprise took the time to review an individual consumers case, and make the fair and right decision.
