I disagree with the dealership I was not completely satisfied had I been completely satisfied I would not have had to take my vehicle in multiple times to get the issues resolved. This not only cost me time but cost me money. I do believe that the service manager, Dan, was a very nice person to work with but again the issue was not resolved until I did contact the Revdex.com and had to get the service manager involved. When I bring the vehicle in for service I expect the work to be done correctly the first time not to have to bring my vehicle and for other things that they broke during the process of fixing the original issue. Concord Chevrolet has informed me that the leak has been fixed however I have not tested it myself as of yet.

On 11/16, our claims department (Damage Recovery Unit) had an email correspondence with the complainant and informed her that the claim would be closed for customer service reasons.  They will be sending her notification via [redacted] of the claim closure.

Per our Area Manager, [redacted]: 
We left 2 messages for this customer and have received no response.  I researched this rental.  The customer rented a Mercedes Benz and initialed that there...

was no damage on this car, and windshield was clear (no cracks or chips).  The windshield box was also marked as clear.  She returned the car and the windshield was cracked.  The DRU tried to contact this customer multiple times to settle this claim to no avail, so she was put on DNR.  Now we have tried to contact her twice.  She is responsible for the damages and needs to stay on DNR.  Everything on the contract was filled out properly and she damaged the car.  This rental is over a year old.

Vehicle recovery and licensing fee? [redacted] fees hidden fees and straight up scams. Legal scammers. Will never ever go there again. Charged me $742 for a two week rental.

I apologize for the experience you received at our local Enterprise office. We have gotten the customer into a rental car while her vehicle is being fixed.

Customer has been contacted and the disputed amount will be refunded to his credit card by tomorrow, 12/20.  This case may now be closed.

Per our Area Manager, [redacted], the customer is not returning his calls.  We'd be happy to work with [redacted] to resolve the matter if he would like to speak with us.

We have made attempts to reaching Mr. [redacted] but have been thus far unsuccessful.  We will continue to reach out to him in order to resolve this situation and will update this response once contact has been made.
