I am in agreement with Stained Glass Overlay's response to reimburse me for $200.00.  This check was supposed to be received by me by November 10, 2017.  However, I have not yet received the check from Stained Glass Overlay as promised (as of November 14, 2017) and would like a response from the business on when I can expect to receive this check for $200.00 that is now overdue.

We confirmed that the refund of $100 was processed to the card on file on June 30.  Customer was also removed from the collections list at that time.

Enterprise has decided to refund the renter the $18.86 due
to the miscommunication between the rental branch and Ms. [redacted].   On
May 2, 2016,  Brittney F[redacted] , Branch Manager of the Turtle Creek
Enterprise Rent-A-Car Branch where Ms. [redacted] rented the car from,...

reaching out to Ms. [redacted].  At that time, Brittney left a message
apologizing for the confusion and explained that she had refunded the $18.86
charge back to Ms. [redacted]’s credit card.   After no return call,
Brittney then tried contacting Ms. [redacted] again on 5/9/16.  To date,
Enterprise has not received a response from Ms. [redacted].

spoke to customer an agreed to comp a weekend rental up to an intermediate
size car.  She is satisfied with the resolution and will...

After reviewing the claim that is under the name of [redacted] prior contracts were reviewed to make sure prior damage did not exist.  All three contract were clean and not marked with damage.  I also found that the claim was reported to [redacted] Insurance, the renters carrier,  who paid the claim on January 14th minus the soft costs which were written off and not charged to the customer.  I am assuming [redacted] conducted their own investigation.  If [redacted] felt their insured, Mrs. [redacted] was not responsible for the damage the claim would have been denied.If you have any other questions, please let me know.  Thanks you!

I spoke to [redacted] on Tuesday
and we came up with a resolution.  She originally booked a retail rental
with a monthly rate and at the end of the rental her husband returned the
vehicle and mentioned USAA.  Our representative searched their name and a
direct bill was in the system, so it was matched to the ticket.   I
walked her through the situation and Teresa refunded her car yesterday. 
In actuality the customer ended up paying less overall, but thought she and
USAA should be awarded the 16/day rate because that’s what she booked through
Expedia.

A set of car mats were offered to Ms. [redacted] at the time of
purchase, but Ms. [redacted] wanted a particular kind and they have been on back
order.   The new matts have arrived at the Campbells Run Road Enterprise
Car Sale lot.  Tiffany W[redacted] Area Car Sales Manager, tried...

call as of yet.

I talked to the customer about her complaint. I will be refunding her rental and speaking to [redacted] about it. She is now completely satisfied and will return to Enterprise to rent in the future....

The Area Rental Manager has contacted the customer.  We refunded her initial deposit and will be taken off the collections list.

Dear Revdex.com,This complaint was never handled.  Despite several attempts on my part to get in touch with the regional manager at Enterprise, he never returned my call.He called one time and left me a number to call.  I returned the call daily for well over a week.  No return call.  One of the times, the receptionist confirmed that he was there, yet - he didn't take my call and never returned this.My complaint still stands!Please re-open and this does need to be made known.  Enterprise has a very poor rating on Revdex.com.Thank you!best, [redacted]

Review: I had work done on my car that was vandalize and I turned my rental car back into the collision shop where it was getting repaired and I noticed that Enterprise still continue to take money out of my account after the insurance company paid there part of the bill. Enterprise charged me from the 3rd to the 8th of August saying that it was my fault that I did not turn in the car and that I had the car all those days , when I drop the car off on the 3rd that would be the only day that I owe, because I pick up my car on my way to work. I have tried and tried to resolve this situation to know avail even after I told them that I had a receipt that proved that I turned the rental in on the 3rd of August, then it changed to you have to get your money from the collision shop, so I called the shop and told them that Enterprise said that they would have to pay me the money. Then the Collision shop said know I told them that the car was here and they dropped the ball, so the collision shop was suppose to have called Enterprise and someone was suppose to have been getting back to me and here I sit with everyone turning their backs on me and I am still out of my money, with everyone pointing the finger at each other.Desired Settlement: I would like the money that is owe to me and they do not have to worry because I will never do business with either company again if this is the way that they treat there consumers, and I have a receipt showing the date and left there car and took my own.

rental and it looks like the customer did return the rental to the body shop on

8/3. We will be refunding the customer $276.88 which is $55.37/ day for

August 4-8th. Joe C[redacted], Group Rental Manager called a left a message for the

customer and apologized and told her that he would be refunding her. The refund has now been complete.

Review: I called Enterprise in [redacted] on 4/20/16 to rent a car for 4/21/16 at 4:30pm. I was told that a car would be available. On 4/21/16 at 2:52pm I received a call from Enterprise saying a car was not available and they do not know when one will be available. I had already made all my arrangements for the trip, counting on have the rental car. I now have to change all my plans, which involves other people, who were counting on my arrival at a certain time. I am now running over 15 hours late for the trip, because Enterprise did not follow through on their reservation.

It is now 4/22/16 I called at 8:50am and was told they do not even know if a car will be available today! I am not happy with their business practices.Desired Settlement: This is the second time within a year that this exact location has fallen through on a reservation. I feel that the location should not say there are cars available when there are not. I feel due to the lies and lack of professionalism there should be restitution on their part.

We have been trying to reach Ms. [redacted] now to review her complaint and offer a solution. Three separate messages were left for her from 2 Enterprise employees and also the Area Manager (4/22, 4/23, 4/25) that oversees the branch she had the issue with. To date, no one has heard back from Ms. [redacted] AT this point, Enterprise is unable to offer a solution until we hear back from the customer.
