October A tex replaced my roofwe have had several issues with the roof and several employees from a tex have come out to repair the installAfter the rain, we have areas that leak water, my living room ceiling became stained during the raini did go to the attic and could actually see the water stain on the wood frame and water coming into the roofI called Atex spoke with [redacted] , and he did send ***, [redacted] did send a crew to repair, However after that last rains weeks ago, I went into the attic and continue to have water coming into the homeI have called them several times and no return calls I have emailed twice and no return messagesAll I am asking for is a roof that does not leak and the ceiling to be repaired

The reservation for this customer was for days to return to LAX with a total of $after taxThe customer picked up her car in Las Vegas on the 16th and called roadside on the 19th due to losing a key to her first vehicle (which she later found) and was switched outThe Las Vegas branch mistakenly closed her contract on the 19th She then returned the car to ONT on the 22nd, and kept the keys but the car was not on a contractThe customer was charged for only days for $and an additional $for cut key costThere was a damage claim processed for the Journey that was returned to ONT but since the damage was minimal and quickly repaired with paintless dent removal, the customer was not chargedAfter receiving the first Revdex.com complaint I have tried to personally reach out to the customer numerous times, left messages and even sent her a personal email to contact me to resolve the problemI have refunded the customer the $key cut fee and there are no other charges or damage claims that she will be pursued forPlease see the screen shots below: The first one is of the refund of $that was processed on 3/8/At this time, if the customer is seeking further compensation, she will need to reach out to the Las Vegas branch- [redacted] ***

In 2009, A Tex Roofing replaced my roof and on May my insurance company came out to evaluate my home for a new homeowners policy and they took pictures of my roof and noted the shingles were lifting and the roof was buckling So I called A Tex to come and look at it I was told by the A Tex Inspector that my roof was fine and in good condition The A Tex Inspector took pictures and said that he would write a report so that I can give it to my insurance company A few days went by and I called A Tex Roofing and spoke to [redacted] about this report At this time she asked me to send her the pictures that the Insurance Inspector gave me While I was on the phone with [redacted] I emailed her the pictures and she made the comment that she could see the shingles in the pictures lifting and would show these pictures to her supervisor A few more days went by and I called back and spoke to Mr [redacted] and he said that he looked at the pictures and would stand by his inspectors opin

The job was done in October without any issues (so we thought)It's now May and we have put our house up to saleExcited that we had a brand new roof as a great selling point we never imagined the inspection of the roof would totally and fail and be our main issueWe were totally shocked to find our there was not enough fasteners attached to each shingle, the drip edges were not right and they never filed a permit with the city I had been calling them for a week now and I keep getting mixed answers about when it would be looked atToday I called to see if someone could come look at it and she said they came to my house and fixed all my issuesI was not home so I asked my maid and she said they were here but they were only here for a very short time Upon all my phone calls I have explained that I have to have documentation of the repairs and permit for the closing of my houseShe acted surprised that I needed thisI reminded her I sent her my contract stating what I needThey have yet to provide me with the necessary paperwork I need to complete the sale of my homeVery frustrating! I should not be having to call them back at allThere should be someone who inspects it when it is done to ensure it is done correctly

I contracted with ATex in early March to replace my roof, replace some rotted fascia boards, and chimney trim I chose them because GAF listed them as a Master Elite contractor, which I now realize means nothing I live out of state, and I wanted to go with a good company to minimize the chance of having problems, so even though ATex quote was higher, I made the mistake of contracting with them to do the job The roof work was completed relatively quickly The fascia and chimney trim was not Portions were done, but the majority of the rotted areas pointed out by the ATex salesman and agreed by me for replacement in the contract were not replaced until I complained The initial work was done using the wrong kind of wood (contract specified like kind and quality), and the quality of the work was very poor with large gaps (some filled with caulking) in the fascia and poor fit Most of these defects were also corrected after I inspected and complained The chimney trim was al

they installed a roof four years ago and now I a leak on my roof it damaged the sheet rock inside the house and there is some damage in back of roof due to bad construction when I called them they came one time and made several phone calls I have given up on them I have a ten year contract guarantee

Back in June 5, A-Tex offered a roofing proposal for our business to replace or roof and other damages that happened during the hail storm of April and or disson was made because of the companies Revdex.com ratingAnd this turned out to be the worst disson I've ever made and picking of a company, this company was a nightmare from day oneI have all the paper work and even pictures of work that was done very poorly and at times had to be done two or three times because work was done so poorlyIt took close to months for them to finish the work and most was done so quick so they didn't go past the month insurance time limitAs of today items that were on the repair list that both parties agreed to never got done we were told president of the company that had to come out to the house because of the poor work done said he couldn't do some of the work because he would loose money and he really doesn't do that kind of workThe work was R&R Glazing bead of about windows
