Added basic car insurance on a rental vehicle when I told them I did Not want it
On monday, August 28, I called enterprise to pick me up to rent a carI explained to the saleswoman (Sady) that I was hit by a driver from behind that fell asleepI could not wait for his insurance to send the reservation over, as I had to work the next dayI said I was not paying anything for this accident, as it was not my faultShe said I needed a credit card to put charges on hold until the insurance sent over the approval that they were paying.(*** She showed me the Dodge Dart and walked around the car pointing out any defects before I took itShe then had me sign an ipad outside to take the carI said that I couldn't read it without my glasses, but it was just to hold money on my card, and verify the defectsShe said, " Yes the basic." I called A-TEX for an estimate on repairing my roof after the April hailstorm, they sent out a very knowledgeable estimator who was able to help me understand the insurance claim process I went with A-TEX Roofing and they did an outstanding job on my roof and other repairs and on time I highly recommend A-TEX Roofing

A-Tex Roofing roofing was very responsive in assisting me in getting my roof replacedThey accepted my deadline as my house was pending saleThey finished ahead of schedule with excellent resultsI highly recommend them

We contacted A-TEX Roofing to help us fix a leak around the fireplace of our houseBut once we discovered that they do more than just fixing leaks, we had them doing work inside and outThey replaced our chimney siding, fixed the gutter, replaced some exterior siding & trim, replaced flashing, and even repaired our drywall in the living roomPhilip Revland was very good at keeping us updated on the progress of the work and we couldn't have been happier with the work they didI would highly recommend A-TEX Roofing to anyone who wants a job done professionally!

The job was done in October without any issues (so we thought)It's now May and we have put our house up to saleExcited that we had a brand new roof as a great selling point we never imagined the inspection of the roof would totally and fail and be our main issueWe were totally shocked to find our there was not enough fasteners attached to each shingle, the drip edges were not right and they never filed a permit with the city
I had been calling them for a week now and I keep getting mixed answers about when it would be looked atToday I called to see if someone could come look at it and she said they came to my house and fixed all my issuesI was not home so I asked my maid and she said they were here but they were only here for a very short time Upon all my phone calls I have explained that I have to have documentation of the repairs and permit for the closing of my houseShe acted surprised that I needed thisI reminded her I sent her my contract stating what I needThey have yet to provide me with the necessary paperwork I need to complete the sale of my homeVery frustrating! I should not be having to call them back at allThere should be someone who inspects it when it is done to ensure it is done correctly

Did a decent job on the roof but the the customer service is terribleAfter you sign the contract, they don't reply or respond for months afterWould not recommend

This company absolutely does not deserve its "A+" ratingTheir customer service was horrendous, they didn't communicate as to when they were coming out to complete repairs, and what was described vs what was actually completed were not on parI had to call them multiple times just to figure out what was going on with my repair, it was a terrible experience

Poor customer service when talking to mgr about them damaging my roof by stepping between rafters ,didnt see till I was on roof and seen dip ,call and complained and got disrespected siad he would send someone to look at it on Monday or Tuesday its wed no call no show ,not a surprise

On September 2nd, 2016, my vehicle was totaled at the fault of another driver, who has since plead guilty
My Insurance company, *** paid & provided me with a rental vehicle through Enterprise Rent a Car on September 3rd, *** also purchased Enterprise's "Comprehensive Collision Waiver" for the rental vehicle
This rental car was parked outside of my residence, and over night, a vehicle hit the rental and fled the sceneI had the police report of the hit and run I filed a claim with ***- who said the Enterprise would be paying for the damage
After recieving a letter dated November 8th, from Enterprise, saying that I, In fact, needed to pay the full amount of $(Enterprise claim number ***) - I called *** *** from Enterprise Damage Recovery Unit, I was told that, yes, I was correct, and that I in fact did not owe the $and that Enterprise was working with *** to resolve this

I was overcharged $on my car rentalI've called four times requesting an adjustment; however, my credit card has not yet been refundedI was promised a call back from the store manager of the times and have yet to receive a callI've spoken with *** on of the occasions and my situation has still not yet been rectified*** acknowledged the error and promised the situation would be resolved and that he would follow up with meYet, I still have not receive a call back and this issue has been ongoing for one month

Very disappointing that I still need a roof!
I asked for an estimate in January and appointments were only available weeks outSo my initial appointment/consultation was in middle FebruaryThrough the design process and multiple appointments later, it was not until March 14th that we had a contract signed and deposit paid to A-TexAppointments to begin the work were weeks out, so my project was scheduled to begin April 21st
By the time April 21st had come around, the city of Helotes was hit by a hail storm and we were no longer a priority customer, said A-Tex (even though I was a customer with a signed contract and paid deposit)The first days of May were dry and very capable days to have my roof project completed, so on May 14th, when I asked the company why they had not started my project yet, the President of the San Antonio Franchise, Nicolas, simply admitted to “dropping the ball” and told me that they had not even pulled the permit for the job yet! I was told my new start date would be May 30th, but when I checked on May 26th, a permit for the job still had not been requested with the city! When we approached the company about their delay we were offered a refund of our deposit and split ways
Meanwhile, I am still in need of a new roof and the rain and hail that we received after my contract was signed and prior to the original start date of April 21st has now caused residual damage to my Sheetrock on the inside of our homeIf this company could have been honest with us from the beginning and admitted that this was just too big of a job for them to handle, I could have found a different construction company earlier in the year and I would not have the interior damage that I have now! So frustrating!

Reserved a car for Thursday 1/through Saturday 1/Was honest with the employee when I went to pick up the car, it would be back on Saturday (1/16), just not by closing; I would be returning from out of state, and could not make it back before the noon closing time Employee (Annie) asked if she wanted me to have her, "close out the account" so she wouldn't have to call me on MondayAgreed, and she quoted me the rental price of $and changeEverything OK

The Area Manager spoke with Ms***. Her concerns were simply that she felt that the return inspection looked very differently than
the pre-rental inspectionShe stated that the gentleman checking her in squatted down and looked at the car in various angles, but when Barbara checked her in that she walked around it without doing any of those things. The Area Manager explained that she was refunding the money because she feels our process broke downThe Area Manager is also going to send her a 20% off rental voucher to come back and see that her feedback mattered

When seeking a quotation for a roof replacement recently, I anticipated an ordeal, from setting up the quotation, to actually having the work doneSo many fly by night outfits claiming to be "local"
I had already contacted one local roofing company of long standing, and been told I'd have to wait months just to get an appointment for a quotation
I was very pleased then when A-Tex said they'd send somebody out that week, and even more pleased with the rep, Philip RAfter he arrivedPersonable, professional, informative, and just a "straight shooter"When selecting a roof color I was unsure about the right choice when looking at the brochures, and Philip took the time to return later with actual samples of the shingles, so my wife (away at the time) could see them via electronic media, and confirm my choice
Despite their heavy workload, and the unpredictable inclement weather, they got the roof replaced in one day, in between rainy days, and pretty close to the estimated schedule
The roofing crew did a great job, and did a better than hoped for cleanup of the job site afterwards
Philip, when estimating the roof, also spotted some other hail related damage that I had not even thought of, and sent my insurance company that information also, which they agreed with
For most of us, getting a new roof is like buying a refrigerator, something you do ever 20-years, and everything's different than the last time you did it

We purchased a Chrysler automobile from Enterprise Car Sales on May 17, The vehicle had 12,miles on the vehicle and we were told there were no mechanical problems with this vehicle After the purchase we found out that this vehicle was in for transmission repairs two times while part of Enterprise Rental's inventoryWe were never informed of this
Soon after the purchase the vehicle began having transmission problems Since it was still under a manufacturer's warranty we took the vehicle to *** *** for repair The *** dealer insited there was nothing wrong with the transmission on several trips to them to repair the vehicle *** finally made a decision to totally replace the transmission and did so in January
We still had problems with the vehicle as the motor was burning oil After several trips to ***, the dealer replaced the engine

October A tex replaced my roofwe have had several issues with the roof and several employees from a tex have come out to repair the installAfter the rain, we have areas that leak water, my living room ceiling became stained during the raini did go to the attic and could actually see the water stain on the wood frame and water coming into the roofI called Atex spoke with ***, and he did send ***, *** did send a crew to repair, However after that last rains weeks ago, I went into the attic and continue to have water coming into the homeI have called them several times and no return calls I have emailed twice and no return messagesAll I am asking for is a roof that does not leak and the ceiling to be repaired

I used a-Tex for my roof replacement following the April stormThey were able to work with my insurance to make sure my costs were minimal
Erin was very responsive every time I reached out with a questionShe even helped me choose new shingles and color combos to give my home a fresh look
I would absolutely recommend this company and will be using them for future remodeling projects
