Enterprise

After reviewing this incident, the Area Manager will be submitting a refund to the customer of $200.00.  We trust that this will be a satisfactory resolution, but the customer is welcome to reach out to us again if anything further is required.

The Area Manager spoke with the customer and we will be refunding the customer the day.

The Area Manager [redacted], but...

has not received a response.  She looked up additional
 phone numbers from the rental ticket because the contact number in the
Revdex.com email is wrong (too many numbers).  The Area Manager also emailed the customer.

Review: Services were misrepresented by an Enterprise employee. Even though I declined the additional coverage because I have full coverage through an auto insurance company and used a major credit card, the Enterprise employee took advantage of my lack of knowledge as a senior citizen and had me initial on a line that was basically one of the insurance packages Enterprise provides. This cost me $119.94 when the car rental was only $173.94. The Enterprise employee waited until my daughter left the business to get me to sign documents. I think she did it because of my age. It saddens me that Enterprise employs people like this who are willing to take advantage of the elderly.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $119.94 and the fees and taxes that applied to this amount. The rental agreement number is [redacted].

I told the mechanic I need my car for the weekend because I had to work. The mechanic understood, so he can up with a plan for me to get a car at enterprise. The mechanic told me and the enterprise representative that he will pay for a day and I will pay for a day. I agreed.
