Had roof work done with this company with a fifteen year warranty - contacted them when we experience a leak in roof they fixed - they stated it was not their workmanship so it did not fall under the warrantyThey agreed to do the job for $When I questioned how I was suppose to know if it was not their workmanship and pursued it being covered under warranty - they no longer returned my callsI sent and e-mail telling them I was going to file this complaint and received two callbacks - thereafter - the same scenario- no longer returning my calls

This company has to be the worst experience I have ever had1st issue I had the company come out to fix my roof after the hail storm in April of last year
Issue the roof was supposed to be like for like except for the upgrades and the results were totally the oppositeI had to pay another company $to replace the tarp they initially put on poorly and blew off so since ATEX was not available to fix the one I paid them to put on and the results were water damageWhen The roof was so called finished they put the year old hail damaged rain diverter back on the roof, did not put the radiant barrier decking back on they just used the cheap decking and the decking has half inch gaps where they just used a saw and cut out the broken decking and replaced it with the cheap material so if anything punctures the roof in those areas I would get major water damageI paid for new gutters and the two upgrades with the first payment to the roof and the gutters still did not get

Yes they send out a sales rep very fast but getting the job done is another storySales rep told me it would be about months which I totally understood considering the hail storms we hadA few months pass and they say they will be there next week and to clear the house so nothing gets damaged, I even left my gate unlocked and left my dogs inside ALL day and they did not show upI got a call in January asking if everything went well and I informed her they hadn't even shown upThey finally replaced the roof SEVEN months later and they installed the WRONG colorI couldn't believe all that time had passed and then discovered they had made a huge mistakeThe manager offered me half but they invoiced WAYYY more than he credited meMy neighbor asked me who repaired my roof and I immediately told her I did not recommend themThey sucker you in because they obviously have more sales reps than roofing repair menHORRIBLE experience

I hired this company to repair my roof damaged by hailThe job began in June Once the work was completed I have been contacting them to complete the work and provide final paperworkThis has been on-going and I have talked to people including one managerThey stated according to their records the job was completed, yet I never received a final bill nor any paperworkI informed them the job is not completed, as my gutters now have damage from their roofers and the gutter netting is not replaced as my insurance company indicated to do soThey indicated they would send someone out to finishWhile this was going on, they submitted paperwork to my insurance twice for additional paymentsThe first instance was without my awareness and I only found out as my insurance company notified me to ensure I was aware When they submitted the 2nd request of funds, my insurance called me once again asking why and they were curious if the work they were supposed to perform was completed

This complaint was also filed using our internal system and was handled when I sent the Revdex.com complaint. The Area Manager spoke with Mrs
***. The branch documented the process very wellHowever we did not get the car immediately repaired which caused some concern on the part of the renterIt has been fixed and the amount owed is $95. The Area Manager apologized for the customer service concerns and sent a 20% off coupon

I called A-Tex because of the bad experience I had using a different company the last time I had to have my roof replacedThe salesman was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, I understood do to the large amount of homes damaged it was going to be hard for companies to keep up with the demandMany companies hired on more crews to assist with the demand to help but unfortunately not all of the new crews put forth the same quality as A-Tex had a reputation forI had A-Tex do several jobs related to the hail storm and there were some logistical issues in coordinating all of the repair people to be here as some jobs run longer than expected and some finish quickerA-Tex was great about working with me on all of the repairs and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction in the endI will call them if I need more repairs in the future and am confident of the work they will do for me

The keys were returned on both occasions and that has nothing to do with my complaintOf course you wouldn't charge a fee for that because they were returned as requestedThe first in person and the second overnight mailed to the office on your email signature as requested on your voicemail to meI have repeatedly tried to reach someone at your corporate headquarters and have only been contacted by you, which is at a local levelI do believe this is a problem to be handled by local management and should be addressed from a corporate levelI was told that someone from your corporate office would reach out to me within hours, that was more one than one month agoMy complaint has to do with a claim of damage, being bullied and harassed at the local Ontario locationFrom other reviews, it appears I am not the only person who has had experienced reports of damage from this same locationThis appears to be a recurring problem that should be addressed from a corporate levelThe employees falsely claimed damages, refused to disclose their identities to me and threatened me and my Autistic sonNo customer should ever be put such a traumatizing experience, much less PAY to have that traumatic experienceI do expect to be reimbursed for the entire amount and I do still expect to speak with your corporate office.Respectfully,*** ***

The reservation for this customer was for 6 days to return to LAX with a total of $476.81 after tax. The customer picked up her car in Las Vegas on the 16th and called...

roadside on the 19th due to losing a key to her first vehicle (which she later found) and was switched out. The Las Vegas branch mistakenly closed her contract on the 19th . She then returned the car to ONT on the 22nd, and kept the keys but the car was not on a contract. The customer was charged for only 3 days for $282.64 and an additional $250 for cut key cost. There was a damage claim processed for the Journey that was returned to ONT but since the damage was minimal and quickly repaired with paintless dent removal, the customer was not charged. After receiving the first Revdex.com complaint I have tried to personally reach out to the customer numerous times, left messages and even sent her a personal email to contact me to resolve the problem. I have refunded the customer the $250 key cut fee and there are no other charges or damage claims that she will be pursued for. Please see the screen shots below: The first one is of the refund of $250 that was processed on 3/8/2017. At this time, if the customer is seeking further compensation, she will need to reach out to the Las Vegas branch. -[redacted]
