In order to verify his credit, [redacted] signed a credit releaseThe credit department ran his credit in order to get him approved for the package At the time it sounds like [redacted] was interested in moving forward with the projectIn order to proceed, he would have had to sign contracts As [redacted] stated, he decided to cancel the deal days afterThere is a possibility that there was a miscommunication with the credit department, however to our knowledge there isn’t a way that a credit inquiry can be removed from a credit report

[redacted] had someone from its upper management team evaluate your home because it is committed to addressing your concernsWhile the company representative was on site, it was noticed that your HVAC system was, for all practical purposes, antiquatedThereafter, a discussion was had between you and the company representative to have someone re-evaluate your home to assure a quality audit was performed in the first placeAn auditor was assigned to evaluate the home a second time, including a more thorough inspection of the tree coverageFor reasons unbeknownst to the company, your concerns were not cataloged and processed according to the company's [redacted] programThat led to the mishandling of your claim [redacted] wishes to trim the trees hindering production and will schedule the same with you immediatelyAdditionally, we will run an analysis on your system production once the trees are trimmed, and will compensate for any system underproduction experienced prior to the tree trimmingA [redacted] Representative will be in touch with you today

[redacted] s statement is inaccurate We asked [redacted] to sign an agreement so that [redacted] won’t come back, again, for more products or servicesContinually, we have communicated our proposed resolution over the phone with [redacted] , he has been agreeable, and when we reiterate the resolution on the Revdex.com he rejects our responses He keeps coming back for more He refuses to cooperateHe wants the panels, then he will decide if he will sign or not [redacted] is being unreasonable He doesn’t understand his warranties The warranties are standard from the manufacturer and he will not be giving up any warranties We have already agreed to installing more products with an acceptable agreement We consider this matter closed

We have mailed a combined check for the cost of the tree removal and the rebate for the radiant barrier installIt has been sent via overnight mail 8/23/17, so it should be delivered tomorrow, 8/24/As for the system monitoring, we will put our regional project manager in touch with [redacted] tomorrow, 8/24/17, to discuss what needs to be done so that he can start monitoring his system performance easilyWe are sorry that [redacted] has felt mistreated thus far, but we are eager to resolve his complaints and make sure his system is properly monitored as quickly as possible

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Today is September 2017, I [redacted] am responding to the [redacted] on my complaint filed on 7-25-to explain that the claim is not resolved due to an error made by myself agreeing to a true statement made by the company stating that I was very happy with my solar panel installed by [redacted] I am not happy with this new system installed by [redacted] because there has been nothing but problems after problems has happened after their installationI have tried to work with this company to have them correct these issues since this installation was stated completed on April The Issues are still there and I have had nothing but run around from this companyAn electrician did come to my home on September to add A part to my home but determined that it was not going to work and he departed after he talked to the project manager from well ElectricThere has not been any other communication from the Company I am totaling giving you the [redacted] the truth and nothing but the truthMy Complain Number is [redacted] I personally has been blocked from making calls to [redacted] to include [redacted] office early in April Regards, [redacted]

We entered into a contract with [redacted] ***Our solar installation process requires back and forth cooperation with the clientThe city and the utility company requires signatures on documents and also information from the customer in order for the solar panel installation to be approvedAfter we entered in a contract with the customer, we were unable to get a hold of the customer either via phone or emailWe attempted numerous times to reach out to customer to cooperate with the necessary information required by the city and utility companyWe were unsuccessful to the point that we could not proceed with the project and considered it cancelledWe will contact [redacted] and have them release the funds back to [redacted] as we can no longer proceed with the project

[redacted] is now in touch with our Quality Assurance manager, who spoke to him on the phone as recently as todayWe are still negotiating a resolution and will be back in touch with him before the end of the day Wednesday

Unfortunately, the hold up is with [redacted] 's utility companyWhen our project manager requested inspection from the utility company so that they could issue permission to operate and we could power on the system, we discovered that the utility company does not deal with solar and refuses to perform inspection or issue PTOOur regional project manager has been working with the utility company to come up with a resolution as quickly as possible, but we are still working on itOur quality assurance department will reach out to [redacted] today to make sure she is fully aware of the situation and answer all her questions, and we will stay in touch with her as the negotiations with the utility company continueWe hope to have her system up and running as quickly as possible

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I don't know when your message was written because I have spoken to [redacted] earlier today and explained to him that I have no room for additional panelsI would recommend speaking with [redacted] ( [redacted] sent him out) to see if he recalls coming to my home and checking on the systemI mentioned to him that Joe had suggested adding panels as an option and [redacted] stated that "you don't have room" Lack of space withstanding, with the panels I already have only cutting my usage by ~1/3, would you actually give me another ~panels to get my usage down to zero as [redacted] promised? I would highly doubt itI appreciate the thought but, pay off my loan, take your system off my house, and fix my roof Regards, [redacted]

After confirming that there is nothing our installers can do to merge all of [redacted] 's solar panels onto one monitoring system, our executive branch has offered terms and conditions for a resolutionOur project manager called [redacted] today to offer the resolution, and [redacted] accepted the offerWe will be back in touch with [redacted] either today or early next week to confirm a timeline with himWe will stay in touch with [redacted] during the process until the project is completeWe are certain that [redacted] will find the situation has been resolved to his satisfaction after implementation of the solution

[redacted] has no intention to sue [redacted] When customers pass the three-day cancellation period without cancelling, we then begin to move the project forward and start to incur costsIf a customer cancels after that, it is our policy to charge cancellation feesHowever, we have looked into [redacted] 's situation and decided to proceed with a full refund without collecting the standard cancellation fees

[redacted] has been in communication with our Quality Assurance department as recently as last weekWe are in the middle of coordinating a partner to return to his property to fix the issues with his gate and solar systemWe will make sure his Quality Assurance representative reaches out again tomorrow to update him on our progress and make sure we are addressing all of his needs

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I [redacted] am rejecting this response because I have been very honest in this entire transaction and have not ask for anything that does not come with this installation I was promised that I would be able to monitor my home of all panel installed from inside my house and I did not request a second system on my home because I was very pleased with the old system and how it was workingThe second system was installed and the old system was disconeted by the master electrician and I did not learn this until my home was inspected by the city inspector for [redacted] ***The old system was connected to my Power Grid to my home and Breaker BoxThe inverter had shown nothing but fault until the disconet from the power grid was completedI have complained but not for anything that was not promised from the beginning of this transactionI have not added not one thing to cause a problem because I want my home completely safe to live in So the statement that was made is not true that I keep adding things to get doneAgain I am asking for what was promised me during the initial sale and nothing more Regards, [redacted]

We have installed free products on [redacted] 's house for no charge based on previous verbal agreements made with [redacted] and each time it has resulted in dissatisfaction by the customer because of something else that has come up after the original agreement was fulfilledAt this point for the sake of finally closing this complaint and providing a final resolution once and for all we are willing to install the requested panels for free as wellAll we require is that [redacted] sign and return an agreement stating the terms that both parties have agreed to that was there is no grey area or issue after the agreement is fulfilledSo far, [redacted] has refused to even review our agreement, let alone sign itBut once he does, we will commence his panel installationIf [redacted] agrees to sign a mutual agreement on a resolution, we can install the panels in to days
