EnviroSolar Power LLC Reviews (99)

We have installed free products on [redacted]'s house for no charge based on previous verbal agreements made with [redacted] and each time it has resulted in dissatisfaction by the customer because of something else that has come up after the original agreement was fulfilled. At this point for the sake of finally closing this complaint and providing a final resolution once and for all we are willing to install the requested panels for free as well. All we require is that [redacted] sign and return an agreement stating the terms that both parties have agreed to that was there is no grey area or issue after the agreement is fulfilled. So far, [redacted] has refused to even review our agreement, let alone sign it. But once he does, we will commence his panel installation. If [redacted] agrees to sign a mutual agreement on a resolution, we can install the panels in 10 to 14 days.

Our credit department initially pulled [redacted]’s credit score from Equifax only. We initiated  requesting the credit inquiry be removed, but our Equifax account representative is not confident that the request will be approved. He advised that if [redacted]’s credit score was pulled by accident it would be easy to remove, but since we have documentation that shows that [redacted] approved the credit release, it is highly unlikely that Equifax will approve to have the inquiry removed. Additionally, [redacted]’s lender also pulled his credit score, and they most likely pulled it from all three sources (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion), as that is their normal operating procedure. If [redacted] wants to request these inquiries also be removed, he’ll need to request that directly from the credit bureaus and/or lender.

We entered into a contract with [redacted]. Our solar installation process requires back and forth cooperation with the client. The city and the utility company requires signatures on documents and also information from the customer in order for the solar panel installation to be approved. After we...

entered in a contract with the customer, we were unable to get a hold of the customer either via phone or email. We attempted numerous times to reach out to customer to cooperate with the necessary information required by the city and utility company. We were unsuccessful to the point that we could not proceed with the project and considered it cancelled. We will contact [redacted] and have them release the funds back to [redacted] as we can no longer proceed with the project.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this plan for resolution is satisfactory to me. however, I can confirm that no such contact from the business has occurred and I am still pending to receive any further communication from the company.
Regards,
[redacted]

We have already communicated with [redacted] about this refund and it is our queue to be refunded to them in full. The statements [redacted] is receiving in the mail show interest that will be accrued once the loan has passed the 12 month deferred period, which it has not. He doesn't have to worry...

about the interest, as the refund will be issued in full to [redacted] before the end of the deferred period.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
[redacted]  For the record the project manager did call me but no date was given to complete the entire job.  I have been Lied to for to long and nothing has happened, so I will not jump to conclusion that this is a true statement from [redacted]. I [redacted] will cancel all complaint when my home is completely finished, not before.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
 But I would...

warn people against doing business with this company, whose sales people use under handed tactics to pressure people to buy their services.  And one of the stipulations is that you cannot challenge who they use as a sub-contractor, which company has numerous complaints against it.  So steer CLEAR of this company.
Regards,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: On 9 February 2018 at 1130, [redacted] from [redacted] contacted me in reference to my complaint. [redacted] stated that he was now responsible for working my complaint and was looking to resolve the complaint by 16 February although this was not a firm date. [redacted] left me his office call back text number, personal cell phone number, and email address. [redacted] requested the electric usage/bills for the year prior to installation as well as the ones post installation. The pre-installation information was sent 9 February 2018 at 1142 and the post installation 9 February 2018 at 1316. On 13 February 2018 at 1032, I email [redacted] asking for acknowledgement of receipt on the requested information and an update of my case and he has never responded. On 16 February 2018, I messaged the call back number asking that [redacted] to call me with an update and he failed to do so. I also sent a message to his personal cell number, as per his guidance, requesting an update and once again, he failed to do so. This is the same issue that I was having that lead to my contacting the Revdex.com.    Thank you.Regards,[redacted]

[redacted] is no longer with our company and we apologize that your issue was not resolved by him in a timely manner. We want to make sure you feel satisfied with your system and our resolution attempts. Please allow our new quality assurance department to contact you and discuss the issue. They will...

request your electricity bills (12 before your system was installed, and 12 after it was installed), so that they can analyze the data and find the root cause. After that we can make a plan for how to handle the issues to your satisfaction. Our quality assurance department will be in touch today. Thank you.

Revdex.com:

Regards,
[redacted]    I did try to respond to the corporate office with [redacted] On three ocassions on August 10 2017 but no contact was made.  I called again this morning August 11 2017 and made contact with her and it was agreed that we have a conference telephone call at 10:00 am Monday Morning 14 Aug 2017.  I am not asking for a replacement system or more panels I just want one complete system on my home so I can monitor them here at home of production each day. When I Ordered additional Panel for my old system I did not order a new system to be placed on my home.  Having more than one system is the main Problem that I did not create from day one.  I state again I ordered additional panels to be installed on my home because the system was working very good and wanted nothing more , but a new system was installed and nothing but problems has risen. that is what I want done to ensure that my home will be safe and secure.

[redacted]s statement is inaccurate.  We asked [redacted] to sign an agreement so that [redacted] won’t come back, again, for more products or services. Continually, we have communicated our proposed resolution over the phone with [redacted], he has been agreeable, and when we reiterate the resolution on the Revdex.com he rejects our responses.  He keeps coming back for more.  He refuses to cooperate. He wants the panels, then he will decide if he will sign or not.  [redacted] is being unreasonable.  He doesn’t understand his warranties.  The warranties are standard from the manufacturer and he will not be giving up any warranties.  We have already agreed to installing more products with an acceptable agreement.  We consider this matter closed.

[redacted] has no intention to sue [redacted]. When customers pass the three-day cancellation period without cancelling, we then begin to move the project forward and start to incur costs. If a customer cancels after that, it is our policy to charge cancellation fees. However, we have looked into [redacted]'s situation and decided to proceed with a full refund without collecting the standard cancellation fees.

A quality assurance representative will be in touch with [redacted] no later than tomorrow. She will be able to provide him with contact information for a Solar Seal installer, and she will look into his monitoring issues and see if a repair needs to be made on his system in order for his production...

to read correctly. If something needs to be repaired, and if prior to the repair [redacted] was missing out on solar production, we will calculate his production losses and compensate accordingly.

We have been working with [redacted] to perform an analysis on her electric bills and assist with a resolution. We have already discussed compensation for loss of savings on her electric bills, which we will follow through with once we ensure that she has switched to a less expensive utility plan....

We are also reimbursing her switchover fees. [redacted]'s QA representative will be in touch with her again today to update her on her resolution status and listen to any other concerns she may have.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I'd like to close this complaint with the confidence I can reopen it later if the business does not follow through with original promises. I do not want the business, who is making every effort to resolve the situation, to take a negative impact to their Revdex.com rating. We are working to resolve the situation. Can you please close this request for the time? Thank you for your help,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:   I am rejecting this response due to the facts my last conversation with [redacted] was not very kind or pleasant because he wanted me to sign a letter that he wanted to generate stating that I give up my rights to never contact his company again and to throw my 25 years of warranty down the river or tube as one might say. I [redacted] will not be a fool for this action. I am a man of my word and will honor what I stated to [redacted] That when the Zigbee kit and those eight solar panels are installed I will submit to both the Revdex.com and Texas Licensing and Regulating Department that I am hereby withdraw my complaint against his company.
Regards,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The company never got a permit to do the install in the first place.

[redacted]

We are negotiating with [redacted] via email now, and will update the [redacted] with final resolution once it has been decided.

We appreciate [redacted] for sending in their supporting documentation. Technically the homeowner checklist is not a part of the contract, and it also does not state that we will cover the entire cost of the tree trimming. As stated previously, ordinarily when tree trimming is notated on the checklist it means that we will cover a specific amount agreed upon with the homeowner (which we have listed as $1000 for the [redacted]), and it is up to the homeowner to either find a service that will cover the trimming for that cost, or else pay the difference themselves.  However, we can see now how the checklist could have caused some confusion if [redacted]'s auditor was not very clear when explaining the items on the checklist. Because there may have been some ambiguity between what is written and what the auditor verbally explained while in the home, we are going to cover the rest of the cost of the tree trimming in good faith. A check has already been cut and mailed today (10/16/17) to the [redacted] for the remaining $458. We hope this will be considered a full and final resolution for the last remaining issue listed on their original complaint, and we do apologize for the confusion.
