Unfortunately, when *** *** originally accepted our offer and we handed her project over to our regional project manager at the time, we did not know that this employee was not staying on top of their assignments and was allowing a number of jobs to slip through the cracksThe employee was let go recently, and we have been working hard to get caught up on all the projects that were assigned to herAs of now, our team in *** ***'s region is working on all the preparations to get her project underwayOnce we have the appropriate permits, our install partner will schedule her job and we will make sure it is done as quickly as possibleHer project is certainly a priority for usIt is unacceptable that it has taken us so long to even get it started. The employee who is now taking the lead on this project has reached out to *** *** and left her a detailed voicemail message explaining what we are working on and the steps we need to accomplish in order to move her panelsHopefully *** *** can return the call soon so we can speak to her directly and assure her that the ball will not be dropped again on her projectOnce everything is handled and her panels are up and running on her new roof, our executives will contact *** *** and discuss appropriate compensation for the inconveniences she has had to deal with up until now

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I am wondering about the threat to sue me over me canceling this contractThis issue has not been addressed in the response.
Regards,
*** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Regards,
*** *** I will accept the installation of the eight solar panel and I will order the zigby kit on my own so I can read my system each day. I am tired of arguing or calling them Liars but that will never changetherefore if not installed within the time period I will contact the Revdex.com again and others of this last transmission on this subject because I have never asked for anything that was not promised to me . God Is My Wittness

According to the documents we have on file, *** *** signed his contract on 8/9/17, signed a document agreeing to a 9/1/initial transaction date (meaning the date we were to pull his advanced funding) and then signed his cancellation document on 9/7/However, we are able to add him to the list of *** refunds being transacted next Monday, 1/15/18, in order to fully resolve this as quickly as possible for his peace of mind

We have requested a date from our service technician to complete a service call and diagnose the problem with *** ***’s panelsWe will then know what needs to be done to fix the problem and resolve the matterOur customer service department will call her today to let her know we will perform a
service call and to confirm the contact info she hasHer attempts to contact us may have gone unanswered but we do not have any unanswered emails or voicemails from *** ***, so we worry that she may have the wrong numberOnce the service call is scheduled, she will be informed by our customer service department, and she will be contacted again with a plan immediately once we know the problemWe are eager to resolve this to everyone’s satisfaction

We have already scheduled the refund for *** *** for Monday, February 19thThe full amount of the advance will be refunded to *** by Monday

We are reaching out to *** *** today to help answer her tax questionsWe will make sure *** *** has the correct contact information so she can reach usWe have a group of people answering our inbound lines every week day from 10am to 4pm, so if she has the correct phone number she should
have no problem reaching usAdditionally, we will make sure she has an email address for one of our quality assurance representatives so she can reach a singular person and they will work with her individually any time she has any questions

We understand [redacted]'s frustration with the timeline. Unfortunately, we had an install partner at the time her system was supposed to be installed that was unreliable and did not make our projects a priority. When we were able to finally get another install partner lined up to complete the...

projects in her area, they installed her system within a week of being assigned the job. Since then, we have not been waiting on the permit (that is applied for and approved prior to installation), we are waiting on the utility to inspect and approve the system and send us permission to operate so we can power it on. We cannot turn on the system without it passing inspection. In order to compensate [redacted] for the inconveniences our old install partner caused, we are more than happy to reimburse her for all her loan payments through the month of February. We will have her quality assurance representative reach out to obtain a loan statement, and we will process this reimbursement as quickly as possible. We expect her utility to have inspected her system and given us permission to operate within the month, so hopefully she will be up and running by the end of February.

[redacted] If we leave this complaint open, it will appear as though we are not trying to find a resolution for your concerns and it will drop our rating. If you allow us the time to reimburse for the early termination fee and get the panels installed and we miss the deadline, you should then be able to reopen the complaint. But we are determined to resolve this to your satisfaction before the end of March. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:It is possible to remove credit inquiries.  I spoke with [redacted] about this in length. He said he knew how to remove inquiries and promised to do so. I also spoke with the three credit bureaus to verify it can be done. Equifax and Experian can be done electronically. TransUnion requires a letter of deletion from [redacted] and [redacted]. This letter will need to be sent to me so I can send to TransUnion with a letter of authorization. Please send letter of deletion and electronic confirmation to my email [redacted]. I will attach the numbers of the credit bureaus. They will be able to answer any other questions regarding how to remove credit inquiries. TransUnion [redacted]Equifax [redacted]Experian [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Assuming the company follows through with what [redacted] spoke to me on the phone about, I'm happy with the resolution. The following is what [redacted] said would be done in resolution:1. Install 11 panels as a compromise to get production up closer to the 1275 promised rate. I'm happy with with meeting in the middle on this.2. $150 reimbursement for electric company early termination 3. The above will be completed by end of MarchCan we please keep this request open until the above has been met?

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Good Evening [redacted]Thank you [redacted] and both state’s [redacted] offices for responding to my complaint within 24 -48 hours. That is prompt and appreciated support on your part.[redacted], from here on out these agencies we’ve filed a claim with will be included on all email communication from my end. I want this handled **re professionally than it has been, hence the need to keep everyone in the loop. I also need to advise you that our attorney will be forwarded any communication, at least for the time being, at his request. I’ve also included [redacted] net met[redacted]g dept email as well as [redacted] and ** since they are frequently mentioned and I think they have a right to know. I want to first start by saying my complaints lies solely on [redacted], with the exception of the only person who has consistently tried to help me, [redacted] in quality assurance. [redacted], ** and even [redacted] (the former installers) have not wronged me in ter** of their roles in this process. All have communicated in a manner I deem acceptable and professional. In fact, We were thrilled with the courteous and professional manner in which ** quickly got the panels up during very cold weather. [redacted], the voicemail I received from you last night (2/5/18) at 5:15pm, Central time, was the first communication I’ve received from you, ever. I didn’t even know you as a part of this company. I returned your call last night at 10:00pm and left you a voicemail. I did not hear from you today (2/6/18) which is not the desirable response time of a company that is trying to resolve issues, supposedly. You did however, email my neighbor on Feb 2, interestingly enough the day after I filed complaints with 5 government agencies as well as a grievance against [redacted] by way of [redacted], financing. In this email to my neighbor  (that we have a copy of) you write:Subject: [redacted] Residence IssuesGood Afternoon, I called you and left a voicemail in regards to speaking to you about your issues. I wanted to email you as well to ensure that I am able to reach you as well to ensure that I am able to reach you in some format. When are you available to discuss the issues at your property so we can come to a resolution? This is arguably a violation of our privacy. What right do you have to tell our neighbors about our issues (that are really **re your issues than ours) and involve them as if they need or have a right to be involved without our permission. You made your company look incompetent to the president of our HOA and made us look ignorant for choosing such an unreliable and unprofessional business.I find this very concerning and confusing since you’ve never called me as your email to my neighbor states. [redacted], customer representative at Quality assurance with [redacted], has called me and returned my calls al**st everyday since my major frustrations began as we neared the new year with no solar panels installed yet. But never have I heard from you. Even **re concerning is that my neighbor was emailed regarding OUR issues. His email address was included in one email about HOA for** back in September, that’s it, yet somehow you felt he was important enough in this process to include him as if it was HIS property. He’s never heard from you until Feb 2nd or received calls from you, neither have I (on this email or the one that [redacted] assured me was on file for our project which I also check daily) nor has my husband. Also concerning is we are not the only ones NOT hearing from you. [redacted]) has always returned my calls. You state in your response to [redacted] that [redacted] is what the hold up is. Again, interesting. I requested on February 2nd to speak with someone in net met[redacted]g, the ones who emailed out all the permit approvals for solar power at [redacted] called me back within hours of me requesting to hear from someone.  She said that our project was approved on Oct 23rd, an approval I received as well and forward to the email: [redacted] (again I have proof of  all of this communication by [redacted] and my email to you all). [redacted] said that through this whole process of 5+ **nths they have record of calls and communication from [redacted], the initial installers you deem unreliable, and ** the current installers, but NO communication from [redacted]. I asked her to repeat that. [redacted] has received no communication from [redacted] at all? Correct. [redacted] said they reached out to [redacted] several time via email (which I was CC’d on all of them) and never received a word back from [redacted].[redacted], I agree, was unreliable, however I’m beginning to wonder if they were the scapegoat for your shortcomings. What would you call a company who remains contracted to an “unreliable” business that leaves customers waiting 17 weeks for installation?! I’d call that unreliable as well. [redacted] often blamed (because they did call us, unlike you) [redacted] for the hold up saying you hadn’t communicated with [redacted]. As it turns out, they were telling the truth, you indeed had not communicated with [redacted] as you/[redacted] had claimed. [redacted], this “unreliable company”, you left on my project for 17 weeks before getting a new installer. Im arguing, with strong evidence, that a company looking out for their customers and the integrity of their business doesn’t continue to do business with an unreliable company for 17 weeks. And a company that wants to be seen as reliable the**elves certainly doesn’t leave their customers who’ve invested $40,000 and left 2 large pallets of solar panels in their now unusable garage for 17 weeks, (during an ice storm and my sons ear and skull surgery making cold trips in and out of the car **re painful for him)before they finally contract with a reliable company. I’ve sought out others in the ** area who had solar purchased from [redacted] as well, I was able to locate them as the other 1 out of 5 star reviews given by ** Customers on Google. While they had long waits for installation, none quite as long as ours. Their complaints: lack of communication, changes to the project without notice(contractual violation) and didn’t receive the lightbulbs they were promised. We have all of these complaints too, but I’m focusing on larger issues. We received the bulbs but they aren’t the type or hue we requested and were promised. We had the project changed in that we were told it’d be the back of the house only and ** never received that me**. And we were told a timeline that has not be on point at all and no one has told us until we started to complain after **nths of being overly patient. Front of house panels could affect re-sale potential in the future. We’ve also experienced horrible communication from [redacted].  In addition to the above complaints we also discovered through legal counsel that [redacted] has acted illegally based on the contract ter**. I have requested my contract twice via voicemail at the “Quality Assurance” dept. I haven’t been called back nor have I received a copy of it. I wish to see if the copy I have and the one you are using are still the same or if things have changed without us being notified. In the copy I have, it states that reliable Solar Seal installers in our area would be given to us and we could call and set up an appt as soon as we received the check. Here’s the issue with this: The check, that’s been “expedited” for over a week, which is the opposite of what expedited means, is what we use to pay the installers. However I’m told we won’t receive it until the system passes inspection. How can the system pass inspection until the work is completed and how do I pay the installers to complete the work if you haven’t sent the check? See the breakdown in your logic. I will not schedule solar seal installers until I have that check in my hand. I do not trust your company to ever reimburse me if I  pay out of pocket. The solar seal companies (two) I did call said they are scheduling out 4-6 weeks and that our solar power company should’ve notified them weeks ago when the solar seal was delivered to our home. The solar seal was delivered to our home Jan 23rd, 1 day before ** finished installing the panels. Two very large and heavy rolls still sitting on our dining room floor. We didn’t even know that was a part of the process.** installer, [redacted], told us that someone would be in contact with us from [redacted] with a day or two to get solar seal installers out here…not only has that not happened, you/[redacted] are blaming [redacted] and saying they need to give their PTO (permission to operate). When I asked [redacted] about this they said -  they are waiting on you. [redacted] also said projects of this nature should and have only taken 3-8 weeks in ** area under their permit approval system. In fact we have family in **, just 5 miles in [redacted] neighborhood who purchased their system on Jan 3rd and they were approved, installed and functioning by Jan 29th. That is how every other project with [redacted] I’ve heard of in ** is going, except the ones with [redacted]. In summary: 9/4/17- We signed a contract and were approved for a $40,000 loan through [redacted].10/10/17 - Panels delivered and stored in our garage on 2 large pallets.10/23/17 - [redacted] notified me, [redacted] and [redacted] that Permit was approved. 10/10/17-1/11/18 – Panels sat in garage all 3 **nths1/9/18. -Notified [redacted] had been taken off the project. ** Solar called us and set up a time. Very professional company1/23/18 – Solar Seal delivered1/24/18 – ** completed installation but left a few devices and 2x4s nailed to our roof because they said theyd be back in a day or two when solar seal and fans were installed and then they could make us operational. However, due to [redacted] blaming everyone else for the hold ups nothing is **ving forward.2/1/18 – Continued communication with [redacted] who has tried to get me answers but she is only telling me what project managers are telling her and my many requests to speak with them were denied, saying I’m not allowed to speak with them, only to “Quality Assurance” representatives. At one point she said they thought she wasn’t doing her job because I was so angry. 2/1/18 – Also on this day after spending 4 hours on the phone and taking a day off work to try to resolve the issues. I filed complaints with [redacted], ** and [redacted], Federal Trade Commission, Consumer.org, [redacted]. Also this day, sought legal counsel for possible privacy violation, contractual violation(s) from company and fraud, all committed by [redacted].2/2/18 – [redacted] said they have no record of communication with [redacted] other then their attempts. They had only heard from [redacted] and **. This day I also filed grievance against [redacted] as a merchant of [redacted] as we requested to be released from our contract with them2/5/18 [redacted] called at 1:01pm to tell me “they” were meeting about my complaints and I’d hear something by the end of the day. Heard from [redacted] at 5:15pm, central time. Returned his call at 10pm, left voicemail.2/6/18 – no call or email today from anyone at [redacted]. We are requesting to be released from our contract with [redacted] and [redacted] and reimbursed of all transactions during the 5 **nths on their billing cycle. We want the panels re**ved from our home, our roof patched off all damage, inspected by our insurance and [redacted] to be sure all has been returned to previous in both our lives and in our home, prior to having it all turned upside down by [redacted]. We do not want to do business with a company that we would not refer to others. We have several who have asked us about this process and we can only say, don’t do business with [redacted]. As long as the panels remains, that is what we will be forced to say. We have integrity.Thank you.If you’d like copies of any phone records or email communication please contact me for review of your request.[redacted],

In order to verify his credit, [redacted] signed a credit release. The credit department ran his credit in order to get him approved for the package.  At the time it sounds like [redacted] was interested in moving forward with the project. In order to proceed, he would have had to sign contracts....

As [redacted] stated, he decided to cancel the deal days after. There is a possibility that there was a miscommunication with the credit department, however to our knowledge there isn’t a way that a credit inquiry can be removed from a credit report.

We have mailed a combined check for the cost of the tree removal and the rebate for the radiant barrier install. It has been sent via overnight mail 8/23/17, so it should be delivered tomorrow, 8/24/17. As for the system monitoring, we will put our regional project manager in touch with [redacted]...

tomorrow, 8/24/17, to discuss what needs to be done so that he can start monitoring his system performance easily. We are sorry that [redacted] has felt mistreated thus far, but we are eager to resolve his complaints and make sure his system is properly monitored as quickly as possible.

[redacted] has been in communication with our Quality Assurance department as recently as last week. We are in the middle of coordinating a partner to return to his property to fix the issues with his gate and solar system. We will make sure his Quality Assurance representative reaches out again...

tomorrow to update him on our progress and make sure we are addressing all of his needs.

Unfortunately, the hold up is with [redacted]'s utility company. When our project manager requested inspection from the utility company so that they could issue permission to operate and we could power on the system, we discovered that the utility company does not deal with solar and refuses to...

perform inspection or issue PTO. Our regional project manager has been working with the utility company to come up with a resolution as quickly as possible, but we are still working on it. Our quality assurance department will reach out to [redacted] today to make sure she is fully aware of the situation and answer all her questions, and we will stay in touch with her as the negotiations with the utility company continue. We hope to have her system up and running as quickly as possible.
