[redacted] is now in touch with our Quality Assurance manager, who spoke to him on the phone as recently as today. We are still negotiating a resolution and will be back in touch with him before the end of the day Wednesday.

Our electrician went to [redacted]'s property yesterday (10/11/17) to repair their electrical problems. Everything is working now and their system is producing as it should be. A representative has attempted and will continue to attempt to contact them to discuss appropriate loss...

compensation for the time their system was not producing. As for the tree trimming, it is standard for our company to compensate up to $1000 in tree trimming, and then the home owner is responsible for finding and hiring their own tree trimmers. If the price of the trimming exceeds $1000, it's unlikely we would guarantee to cover the remainder of the cost. If the [redacted]s can submit written confirmation of such a promise, we will of course honor it, but we show no such promise recorded in their contract. We are regretful that it took as much time as it did to repair the [redacted]'s system, but as previously stated, the losses they sustained will be compensated. We hope this will be considered a full resolution to the issue. We want nothing more than for [redacted] to feel good about the system we installed on their home.

We have been working with the customers attorney toward a settlement. The subcontractor assigned to this job should of never proceeded after site survey.  We are no longer using this subcontractor.  We are working toward an amicable settlement with the customer's lawyer.

I am rejecting this response because: I have been in contact with [redacted] they have no record of [redacted] ever contacting them regarding this account, Furthermore this account was opened up 4 days before my right to cancel and when I did cancel it should have been refunded immediately. I am not willing to wait for them if they are saying it will be refunded before the promo period ends, that could be another 8 months. I want a definitive date this will be done by.

I am rejecting this response because:Sorry for the late reply. I was attempting to give the company adequate time to reply and follow up with what they claimed they were going to do which was to contact me and resolve the issue. There was initial contact made in the form of a text message but  they failed to follow up from there. They did not resolve the issue and are once again ignoring contact. Please be advised that [redacted] was originally a customer of a different company. [redacted]t subsequently bought a system from [redacted], which promised the new system would work with the existing system. Even though the systems worked perfectly separately, [redacted]t insisted that the two systems be able to communicate together jointly. Accordingly, [redacted] executives authorized the install of power optimizers, replacing the existing microinverters. That replacement allowed [redacted]t to VIEW production from all panels. The cost for the replacement was $4,900.00, which [redacted] absorbed at no expense to [redacted]t. Now, [redacted]t wants his eight (8)  panels replaced that he bought during his very first purchase.  We have agreed to replace the subject eight so [redacted]t will be happy.  Both sides have agreed to the eight panel replacement.  Thanks, [redacted]

Our corporate customer relations department has reviewed [redacted]'s contracts and complaints and has determined more information is needed to fully understand the situation. It is unclear if he is asking for a replacement system or additional panels, and if he feels he is owed them for free or would just like to add them to his current contract. We are more than happy to work with [redacted] to meet his needs, but we want to make sure we understand each other first. We have attempted to reach [redacted] by phone this morning (Thursday, August 10), and left a voicemail requesting to schedule a call with him to gain clarification. Once we get this, we can proceed in making a plan to resolve [redacted]'s complaint. We are eager to see everyone satisfied regarding this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:Today is 8 September 2017, I [redacted] am responding to the [redacted] on my complaint filed on 7-25-17 to explain that the claim is not resolved due to an error made by myself agreeing to a true statement made by the company stating that I was very happy with my solar panel installed by [redacted].   I am not happy with this new system installed by [redacted] because there has been nothing but problems after problems has happened after their installation. I have tried to work with this company to have them correct these issues since this installation was  stated completed on 26 April 2017. The Issues are still there and I have had nothing but run around from this company. An electrician did come to my home on 1 September to add A part to my home but determined that it was not going to work and he departed after he talked to the project manager from well Electric. There has not been any other communication from the Company.  I am totaling giving you the [redacted] the truth and nothing but the truth. My Complain Number is [redacted]. I personally has been blocked from making calls to [redacted] to include [redacted] office early in April 2017.

After confirming that there is nothing our installers can do to merge all of [redacted]'s solar panels onto one monitoring system, our executive branch has offered terms and conditions for a resolution. Our project manager called [redacted] today to offer the resolution, and [redacted] accepted the offer. We will be back in touch with [redacted] either today or early next week to confirm a timeline with him. We will stay in touch with [redacted] during the process until the project is complete. We are certain that [redacted] will find the situation has been resolved to his satisfaction after implementation of the solution.

I am rejecting this response because:   I [redacted] am rejecting this response because I have been very honest in this entire transaction and have not ask for anything that does not come with this  installation.   I was promised that I would be able to monitor my home of all panel installed from inside my house  and I did not request  a second system on my home  because I was very pleased with the old system and how it was working. The second system was installed and the old system was disconeted by the master electrician and I did not learn this until my home was inspected by the city inspector for [redacted]. The old system was connected to my Power Grid to my home and Breaker Box. The inverter had shown nothing but fault until the disconet from the power grid was completed. I have complained  but not for anything that was not promised from the beginning of this transaction. I have not added not one thing to cause a problem because I want my home completely safe to live in.  So the statement that was made is not true that I keep adding things to get done. Again I am asking for what was promised me during the initial sale and nothing more

I am rejecting this response because: I don't know when your message was written because I have spoken to [redacted] earlier today and explained to him that I have no room for additional panels. I would recommend speaking with [redacted] sent him out) to see if he recalls coming to my home and checking on the system. I mentioned to him that Joe had suggested adding panels as an option and [redacted] stated that "you don't have room".  Lack of space withstanding, with the 47 panels I already have only cutting my usage by ~1/3, would you actually give me another ~100 panels to get my usage down to zero as [redacted] promised? I would highly doubt it. I appreciate the thought but, pay off my loan, take your system off my house, and fix my roof...

I am rejecting this response because:I am writing you to inform the [redacted] that I will never close this complaint until the job is finished or the work is done to include getting [redacted] to change the meter or update it with  the additional [redacted] panels.  I also would like the Public to understand the works Of [redacted] company and how they operates with their potential customers. We have reached out to [redacted] and she is scheduled for Monday 10/23/17. She was scheduled to get her repair done before as mentioned on the complaint. When the repair was originally scheduled she had to leave at noon and she wanted the repair team to come back after 6pm. The crew is available...

only 8am to 5pm. We tried to coordinate with homeowner to set up a new time and have been unsuccessful. We look forward to getting this repair done Monday 10/23/17 as scheduled.

While the company representative was on site, it was noticed that your HVAC system was, for all practical purposes, antiquated. Thereafter, a discussion was had between you...

and the company representative to have someone re-evaluate your home to assure a quality audit was performed in the first place. An auditor was assigned to evaluate the home a second time, including a more thorough inspection of the tree coverage. For reasons unbeknownst to the company, your concerns were not cataloged and processed according to the company's [redacted] program. That led to the mishandling of your claim. [redacted] wishes to trim the trees hindering production and will schedule the same with you immediately. Additionally, we will run an analysis on your system production once the trees are trimmed, and will compensate for any system underproduction experienced prior to the tree trimming. A [redacted] Representative will be in touch with you today.

One of our quality assurance reps has recently been in touch with [redacted], who made a suggestion of adding some additional panels for free to his system as a resolution. Our executives have approved this suggestion and would like to get the work scheduled for March. The quality assurance representative will call [redacted] back before end of day tomorrow to go over the details of the resolution with him. We appreciate his willingness to work with us on this matter, and look forward to a full resolution once the additional panels are installed.

I am rejecting this response because:The situation from Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] has still not been resolved even though the company responded on 29 August to the complaint originally made on 1 June. Since that date, I have been calling and emailing the few numbers/addresses I have for [redacted], and I have gotten absolutely nowhere as nobody will respond to my emails or call me back when I leave a message. I need to reject the response the business provided because the situation has not been resolved, and I am unable to reach anybody from the business who is able to help with the situation.

We are always in communication with [redacted] and know which loans need to be refunded. We process the refunds in order and only do a set amount each week. [redacted] was in the queue, but to ease her concerns, we have moved her up and processed her refund today.
