I wish to add that we accept with gratitude the refund for tree trimmingWe still, however, are not releasing our concern over solar production which continues to be a concern that we wish to have addressed

Our install partner looked into whether or not *** ***'s project would need a permit before we began, and found that in her area a permit is only required if the project is going to include an electrical panel upgrade, which hers does notWe were not required to get a permit for this project

We have been working to come up with a plan of action to add extra panels to his home We have spoken with *** *** letting him know that he is on the list for service calls that need to be conductedUnfortunately there is a delay on our subcontractors end but we have been following up
with the customer with status informationWe want nothing more than to resolve customer complaints and respond in a timely manner Please let us know if there is anything that needs to be done to close the complaints *** *** really likes the panels, but wants more to increase production

I am rejecting this response because: I have been in contact with the Quality Assurance office, specifically *** ***, since the beginning of November and got nowhereI have already sent the previous years electric bill/usage info to *** *** on November at 16:I sent at least 3-months of our bill/usage for post system installation to *** ***I could send the remaining months of bills/usage but it's not going to do anything for my problem. I understand that the system is under producing based on estimates and one of your technicians (*** ***) came out and inspected the system and found nothing wrongThe system is flat out never going to produce enough to meet the standards that the salesman represented which ultimately lead to my decision to purchase the systemMaybe you should consider tracking down *** *** and recouping the $67,for my system seeing that he lied straight to my face so that he could make a sale*** *** has been most helpful but he could only do so much and spoke with his manager on numerous occasions and that resulted in absolutely nothing happening. Bottom line is that the system will never do what was promised that it would and I want it paid for and removedI've been dealing with this in some form or fashion since August when I saw my first bill and realized that I was lied toI have zero faith in the company now and certainly won't have any going forward

Executives had a lengthy discussion with *** *** *** *** today to discuss the problems and our intentions to first repair their system and make sure everything is producing correctly before addressing any other issues they may haveOur install partner will be at their house tomorrow to perform
system repairs as the first stepThen we can analyze their system's past production and make sure they are compensated for underproduction prior to the repairDuring the phone conversation, it was explained to *** *** *** *** the steps the company has taken as a whole in the last six months to improve the customer experience, and ensure that there are systems in place now that will prevent customers from slipping through the cracksWe are determined to prove to *** *** *** *** that they will be well cared for now and in the future should they have any further needs regarding their solar systemThey were amenable to giving us a chance to win their loyaltyWe will be in touch with *** *** *** *** again following their system repair, and hope to reach a full resolution during or shortly following that call

Unfortunately this was a mix up between our financing and sales departmentWe were not aware in financing that the project had not been finalizing, so the advance was requested before the finance department was properly updatedLuckily, we were initiating a few other refunds to *** yesterday,

Our corporate project management department has reviewed *** ***’s contract and spoken with our install partners to determine what it will cost to uninstall, transport, and reinstall her solar system on her new homeWe will not charge her for coordinating the project ourselves, but she will
need to cover the labor costs of our install partnersWe called her Monday (8/14) to disclose the price and process to her, and followed with an email stating the same information so she has it in writing for her records*** *** has chosen to accept the proposal, so we have begun the process of acquiring the appropriate permits from her new city so we can make the moveWe will be in touch with *** *** every step of the way
