You can never get through to speak to anyone to even take your payment l! But they don’t have a problem charging you late fees! they need a direct number for live agents

Dear Revdex.com,Please accept this correspondence as a response to the complaint filed by Mr [redacted] dated March 22nd, Equiant Financial Services, Inc(“Equiant”) is a loan servicing plat form used by Shell Vacations Club (“SVC”)/ Wyndham Vacations Club (“Wyndham”) with credit reporting as one of the services offered to our client SVC/WyndhamEquiant did not take over ownershipThe loan account is still with the original creditor.After review of account records, Equiant received notification from SVC/Wyndham to report Mr***’s loan as repossession with zero balance as of August, 31st Equiant received a credit bureau dispute from Mr [redacted] initiated through E-Oscar on February 7th, claiming the account was settled with attorney, not obligated to continue paying monthly fees, should not be categorized repossession, it is closed satisfactorily, and request to remove negative account statusThe information was submitted to SVC/Wyndham March 1st, for reviewSVC/Wyndham confirmed the reporting is accurate (repossession with zero balance),therefore, no changes were made to Mr***’s credit bureau reportAttached is a copy of the responseEquiant has no knowledge of nor able to discuss the negotiated terms of the settlement for Mr***’s account, SVC/Wyndham alone retains this authority and can be reached at [redacted] for further assistance.This should resolve and close the complaint

Dear Revdex.com,Please accept this correspondence as a response to the complaint filed by Mr [redacted] dated6/21/Equiant Financial Services, Inc(“Equiant”) is a loan servicing platform used by Karisma/PrestigeTravelers Membership (“Karisma”) with payment processing as one of the services offered to our clientKarismaEquiant did not take over ownershipThe loan account is still with the original creditor.After reviewing account records, Equiant never received a formal complaint directly or indirectly fromMr [redacted] regarding payment processing.On 12/7/16, Mr [redacted] contacted Equiant’s Call Center for assistance accessing his account via thewebsiteAt that time, Mr [redacted] was advised the auto draft for 12/1/was not honored (declined)Mr.Oihus planned to contact his bank regarding the issue and try to fix the error onlineHowever, we foundon 12/8/Mr [redacted] set up an additional auto pay instead of a one-time payment via the websitewhich caused two payments to draft monthly.Per Mr [redacted] request, payments dated 12/12/16, 1/9/17, 2/8/17, 3/20/17, 4/10/17, 5/8/17, and 6/8/willbe refunded within 2-business daysWe have also cancelled the additional auto payment.The ability to hold auto payments is still available via Equiant’s websiteMr [redacted] took advantage of thisoption 6/21/Should Mr [redacted] like to resume auto pay, he can activate the pending payment fromthe website or contact Equiant directlyThe Call Center can be reached at [redacted] , Mondaythrough Friday- 8:AM till 5:PM MST or via email at [redacted] .This should resolve and close the complaint

We confirmed, through the payment history that the information provided to Ms [redacted] regarding the loan account being delinquent was correct, did not find any payments posted as unapplied, and provided a copy of the loan history as confirmationThe late payments caused the late reporting to the credit bureauOur client has agreed to remove the late reporting once the member pays the account current

Opened an account with my husband as a third party something about a timeshare they started I agree to a contract as a co-applicant I’ve requested paperwork were it saying that I was going to get reported to credit bureau and that I authorized to do so and all they told me is that I’m responsible and they have a contract. In the meantime I disputed this with the credit agency and all they do is taking whatever EQUIANT FINANCIAL SVCS it’s reporing my credit drop 70 point and can’t get nowhere it’s frustrating
