Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the $that was removed from my tenant's checking account was never deposited into my account (landlord) The funds remained held by erentpayment.com The desired resolution is for erentpayment.com to deposit the funds in my account The funds have been held for going on two months now Regards, [redacted]

Our company leadership and legal counsel are in direct contact with the Bankruptcy Trustee handling the [redacted] bankruptcy proceedings in order to determine next steps in recovering and distributing the held funds. We have also filed a claim with our insurance company. That claim is currently under review and we continue to provide information to assist them in that process. We will continue to work towards a resolution to recover the funds.

I was able to cancel the offending transaction, so my desired resolution is a refund of the $NSF fee that I was charged by my

We are working with our legal counsel to recover funds held in the eCheckIt bankruptcy and will continue to update our customers as we receive updates from the Court

I am rejecting this response because:Erentpayment.com knew for several days that we would not receive the funds our tenant sent to us, but instead of informing us that we would not be getting our money, they just kept us in the dark saying that they were working with a new bankTheir relationship with that new bank was completely irrelevant to the issue that caused us not to receive our fundsThis issue was handled poorly from start to finish, and now they have put the onus on their customers to try to get their money through other means instead of fulfilling their obligationsThey did business with a third party in order to perform the duties we hired them for, and even if that third party did not perform based on their contract with Erentpayment.com, that does not release Erentpayment.com from their obligations to me.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:Our tenant did send the letter to their bank and the bank has denied their release. Their bank says the payment to eRentPayment was authorized by them and charged correctly to their account.Please advise why eRentPayment has not made a claim against their insurance policy or the other parties insurance policies. One of these parties has breached their contact and the claims should be honored under their contractual liability coverage.Until we are paid by one of the parties, our complaint will remain open.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: Although erentpayment has been average on getting back to the people who
are out their October rent, they have disabled their phone numbers and making it extremely difficult to be reached Often we wait days or a week to get a resemblance of a response All the victims have just been looking for some rock solid information, and this company refuses to give it There are hundreds of victims who have not been made whole I want concrete information as to where exactly my money is, what account is it in, who is a holder on that account and when I can expect to receive my money I have gotten NONE of that information despite asking that specific question several times I want to know EXACTLY where my money is and how I can access it or who I can talk to who can give me some useful information I have received none of that from erentpayment They have been dodging the question and have refused to direct me to someone who can give me the simple information of WHERE MY MONEY IS

I am rejecting this response because: The business, eRentpayment, is still withholding the rent they collected from our tenantsWe do not believe it should be the responsibility of our tenants to do the legwork to recover funds from their bank as they proposeThe company, eRentpayment, charged us the "service fee", which they have not refunded despite not providing any serviceThey are still in possession of the rent they collectedAt a minimum, we believe they should return the service fee they collected and return the funds (more than a thousand dollars) that we are owed
