I am rejecting this response because:Months later I have still received no compensation for my stolen money from eRentpayment.comI would advise anyone looking for a company to manage their rentals to go to anywhere elseThey say they are insured but they are notYour money may be stolen and they will blame it on someone elseI have requested to know who their insurance is several times as have others and eRentpayment.com will not respond to these inquiresI am still out 1000s of Dollars with this companyDo not believe they are safe and insuredIts unbelievable they are not in jail

I am rejecting this response because:eRentPayments should have insured the security of the funds they collect from renters for landlordsWhatever occurred at any point in the processing mechanism with eRentPayments may be unfortunate for the company, but it is their responsibility to fund the accounts of the individuals who trusted in their serviceeRentPayments should be securing a loan at this point to reimburse all stolen funds, and they have been stolen, to the landlords who have not been paidThe burden of eRentPayments irresponsibility should not fall on the landlords who used their service, or the renters who deposited their money into eRents accounts.I want to know how soon eRentPayments will be reimbursing the money they have illegally taken from usThe next step is to begin to file criminal charges with authorities

I am rejecting this response because it does not resolve the complaint and is nothing but an attempt to delay potential litigation. Erentpayment must pay me a minimum of $2,to resolve this complaint. After paying this claim, Erentpayment remains free to pursue *** and/or their own insurance company for reimbursement of the funds paid to me. Erentpayment's lack of reserve funds and inability to pay the funds owed to me shows that Erentpayment likely does not actually have the funds to cover even a $payment. Erentpayment.com may in fact be a Ponzi Scheme. Erent payment appears to be collecting funds from tenants and then using the funds for their own purposes before paying the funds to the landlord and collecting a transaction fee. Revdex.com should formally investigate

I am rejecting this response because:My renter has contacted his bank and tried the methods recommended by eRent payment The bank clerk was skeptical this would work It has been over weeks and still no sign of the money On the site it now says the payment was returned but nothing has posted to my renter's account We are still out these funds Is there not an insurance policy in place for situations like this?

I am rejecting this response because the $have not been returned to my tenant or I. eRentPayment is responsible for the transaction whether it was their fault or not since it is their service that we were using. As a business, eRentPayment is probably insured for these types of issues and should be held accountable to resolve this issue. They should file an insurance claim and rectify this issue.This complaint will only be resolved as soon as eRentPayment completes the $rent transaction that was submitted through their system and I receive the money. Erentpayment.com and their thrid party associates have NOT delivered funds for OCTOBER rent which was collected by erentpayment and their associates. It is easy to say that erentpayment is NOT responsible for their third parties activities. Insurance information will be required to all landlords that DONOT receive a refund via our tenants banks. yesterday 11/7/erentpayment.com with my tenant have made a conference call to my tenant bank *** *** requesting Rreturn of funds which is appreciated the extra effort to facilitate the return of funds (my tenant first request with ** was denied on 10/23/17). I have referred erentpayment MANY landlords and one particular landlord has NOT received rent for october either and I am also helping my friend and referred client to them with as much info as I become aware, the intention is to HELP recover funds. I have NOT received rent refund yet from *** *** with the help of Rick owner erentpayment. this is my updated statement as of 11/8/God bless !

This response has been given for almost the last days since the incident occurredMy tenant paid erentpayment and NOT ***Therefore it is NOT my fault that another company did not release fundsBecause my tenant paid erentpayment and erentpayment was to pay me this contract has nothing to do with ***Erentpayment should be fully responsible for releasing funds to me in the amount of $1300! I cannot tell my electric company that I cannot pay them because my job is going through bankruptcyMy electric company would not care and cut my light offWhat they care about is their money! Thus this is the same situationI do not care who is going through whatever, what I care about is I used this company to collect something very important to me and they did not complete the transactionAND as a result of this I have to now get rid of my house as I cannot afford it anymore! I am rejecting this response because: regardless of why....bankruptcy of another company, you should stand behind your transactions. There should be a method of remedy, such as sell some of your assets and pay the landlords what you owe.A remedy of having me ask my customers (tenants) to go to there bank and put in many hours to try to get the money back is unacceptable. They tried and were denied. I will not ask them to continue to argue with there bank. I have to swallow my loss as a business owner, but erent should be the one swallowing the loss as a business owner. I have used this service since and never had a problem.No resolution until my tenants dollars they sent me is actually deposited into my account

I am rejecting this response because: the company, eRentpayment, has withheld the funds owed that they collected for rent and charged a service fee which they have not refundedWe cannot accept that they would without $of our funds and charge us a $fee in order to do soThe only acceptable resolution will be that eRentpayment fulfills their part of the transaction and pays the money that they owe(A refund of the service fee would be expected as a start)
