I was very wary of ordering from eSaleRugs, because I had seen some definitely mixed reviews, including on this website. But I had seen a runner I just HAD to have so I finally took the plunge. The price was almost too good to be true with free shipping, which also put my guard up, because I did a lot of research before purchasing and no other websites could compete. Well, I placed my order on a Sunday and the rug was DELIVERED on Thursday of the same week!!!! I couldn't believe it! Plus it looked exactly as described and fit in just how it looked on the website's augmented reality simulator. The color, pile and rug thickness were exactly as described. The only thing to note, is I also ordered a pad and it didn't come until a few days later, which it seems is typical and also the website said it was "custom cut" to fit the rug so can't be returned but it was actually larger than the rug. But as far as I'm concerned, I'd rather it be too large and easily cut it down myself than it be too small. Anyway, I was impressed and would tell anyone who has reservations like I did, don't worry, this is a legitimate business. I will definitely use them again the next time I need a rug.

Return website doesn't recognize order number. No one is returning my email requests for information on return, 30 day free return is almost up.
Purchase received: 02/12/20: item, 2' 2" x 6' Light Blue Classic Aubusson Runner Rug; SKU XXXXXXXX; Cost $40.00 plus Michigan sales tax. 02/16/20 I requested information about return the carpet via email. Since then I found eSalerugs return website. The return website doesn't recognize my order number and/or email. I've contacted eSalerugs several times by email and telephone with no response. Free 30 day returns runs out soon.

For item *** there were two units ordered. I understand that just a quantity of 1 is requested to return.

Rather than ask you to repackage the rug for return, we have decided to full refund the single unit today. A full refund for the item will be processed today, 3/11/2020 for the amount paid on the single item after discounts applied.

Submitted a negative review, and it was removed.
I purchased a rug and was not completely satisfied with it. It arrived mildewy, with black splotches. I submitted a review to warn other purchasers of the defect, but it was removed and not available for viewing. This is deceptive. I, like many shoppers, rely on site reviews of products to make informed choices

I returned a rug and have not received my refund.
I purchased a rug at the end of January. I returned it February 14th in it's original package with the label that was sent to me. Tge item was received on February 17th, but I still have not received my refund.

One of the two rugs that I have purchased is deformed at one end.
One of the two rugs that I have purchased is deformed at one end. I had called several times but nobody answered. Also couldn't leave a voice message. The order number is ***. The SKU number for the rug is XXXXXXXX I had placed this order on 2/8/20. Rug size 8'x10'. One end of the rug has large ripples in it. I had laid the rug flat for several days, I've even stretched it out placing weight on both ends, and even turned my large coffee table upside down to try and flatten it out. I know this was a cheap rugs and cheap product.

Desired Outcome

The end that has the ripple in it will be under the coffee table so I'm willing to keep the rug if they will give some type of credit back on the rug along with a properly sized padded mat... either the "Super-Loc Pad" or the "Solid-Plus Pad" to go underneath it. Rug size 8'x10'. If they can do this for me I would be a happy customer, and will continue to purchase rugs from them In the future.

I believe the creases may be more difficult on the final sale item because it has made transport to the original customer then back to us and likely was not rolled as neatly as new stock ships from us due to the initial roll having come from production.

I wanted to inquire if you would accept a brand new stock of the item *** as well as a fitted super-loc pad for the rug.

Company accepted my return but refuses to issue a store credit, refund of $800+ or return the rug back to me.
I returned several rugs to the company with the understanding I would receive store credit for the rugs. They issued the store credit without problem.

I used the store credit to order 2 replacement rugs. One the rugs in that order was not as expected so I returned it. They provided a shipping label and confirmed receipt of the rug (it was also confirmed via *** tracking). However they now are claiming they will not reissue the store credit for the rug returned because I ordered it with a credit. No where in any of the emails or any of the phone calls have they stated this was a policy. So now they have the rug back which is currently listed for sale on their website for $816, they have my money originally paid for products from their site and are refusing to issue a refund. They are double profiting.

I have asked repeatedly for them to issue a store credit (which is what I originally expected), return the rug to me or issue a refund of the amount. I have been no answers except that they need to talk to a senior member (but with no follow up to me).

I see that it was not clearly described to you that our buy-back program is for a full 1:1 store credit for the purchased amount but that the items that are chosen with the store credit are not returnable. This is to avoid an endless back and forth which certainly gets confusing after repeated returns.

Ordered a rug online. I never received a confirmation email. I don't have any shipping information. No one will answer the phone.
I ordered rugs online and received no confirmation email or shipping information. I'm not sure the order even went through. I have tried to call several times and no one has answered the phone. This is no way to run a business. I'm extremely unhappy.

I placed order on 1/21/2020,received it in 2 days.I have questions about the rug. It was cheap in price and quality. Have called repeatedly all hours of the day and evening, and nobody ever answers. They do not have a voicemail to leave a message. Have sent several emails and I have had no response from them.

Discrepancy between Item received and the photo. Description of item quality does not meet expectations. Willing to keep the rug, if they will send me a pad for the rug.

Want a refund on rug. Called 6Xs but no answer and sent email and Esalesrug replied with a case number *** but email wont allow me to respond.
Bought small handknotted rug on ***.1, 2020 delivered on Jan. 8th - Order number***. Decided I did not like the color and tried to call their supposed 24/7 number on the website for returns at least 6 times and waited from 30 to 60 minutes on hold. I got suspicious and finally sent an email on Jan 16 and got a reply with a Case number 01415176. The email says that I cannot reply back to the message. My question is why a case number and how long do I wait for a response.

This is false advertisement on their website to say it is easy to return within 30 days. The longer I wait for any human response, the 30 days free shipping return policy will expire. I have no way to send the rug back with no instructions and mailing label. I have been a return customer for over 10 years and this is the second time in over 5 yrs I ever requested a return refund. The first time I returned a very large rug, there was no problem.

I never expected that it would be so difficult to contact Esalesrug and get a return authorization. I believe there is a huge problem with their return policy is no longer honored. To other consumers, do not purchase from Esalesrug unless you know you are absolutely sure you will never want to return the rug.

I want a refund and return the rug with the proper instructions and mailing label for free return shipment as advertised.

The return was requested yesterday, January 20, 2020 at 15:05 EST, a free FedEx return label (tracking XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) was issued.

This label will cover the return costs back to us and refunded in full upon return.

Purchased a carpet online for a Christmas Gift. What was represented on the website, did not match the product that I received. Contacted the Company to return, they did not respond via email for 2wks. Since their policy is you have to return within 30 days of purchase, I found the fact that I was ignored for so long to be a bit sneaky. I called spoke with a Rep named Amina. The individual was very rude, and confrontational on the phone. Would not allow me to explain reasons for return, seemed to take it personally that I wanted to return the carpet. When I asked if they could please listen for a moment, and allow me to explain, he threatened to hang up the phone on me. I have never been treated so rudely by a Customer Service Rep in my life.
In regards to the return, they only offer a refund, IF you purchase another product FULL price, and I have to trust that they will actually reimburse me. I don't trust this company any longer, and after the way I was spoken to, I don't believe that they will follow through.

We understand that the rug was reported to be incorrect to the purchased item on the receipt, however this has been determined to be incorrect as the item shipped is the same as the item received.

In effort to remedy this case, we have decided to refund the order in full. Additionally, we will not require return of the rug. With winter nearing its peak and many in need of warmth, we hope you would consider donating the rug to a local charity for those less privileged.

I accept the return, no problem. However, the product I received does NOT match what is advertised on their site. I can take pictures as proof if needed. The pics on their sites depicts a beautiful rich color of blue. What was received is a dull blue and the taupe backing of the carpet can be seen through the fibres. It is a cheap rendition of what they are advertising.
I understand how returns work, that there may be return costs, etc. But rugs.ca does not specify what their return policy is. I have a friend who is going through the same return issues as I was dealing with, and they gave her an entirely different option for return. And we bought the exact same carpet. So why was I quoted $75 to return, when she was quoted $36?? It doesn't make sense. TO me that's dishonest, and just plain weird. Just the overall experience with the Customer Service Reps, and the quality of the product has turned me off. I will never recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I will make a point of telling them to avoid this company at all costs. Thank you to the Revdex.com for helping solve this issue, I hope this experience will cause the Rug company to rethink how they conduct their business with future customers.

I want to return 3 rugs I ordered, but the phone number is not answered, and my emails go unanswered. They advertise free refunds so need help.
I have ordered from esale rugs several times in the past without problem. Recently I ordered 3 rugs, but we are not satisfied with them. I want to return them for a refund, and am willing to order replacement rugs if I can find the right ones.

Pertaining to order ***, purchased December 26, XXXX XX:XX EST.

On January 6, 2020 the order was phoned in. Customer service representative Melanie assisted with the offer of $40 in partial refund to keep the order.

We're happy to refund the remaining balance since our return policy does cover the return costs. With the $40 reimbursed already, we can do any of the following:

1) offer an additional $20 to keep the rugs if interested

2) provided return labels for each of the rugs which will require repackaging and to be dropped off at a local *** then refunded in full within 5-7 business days after return.

Please advise which route would be preferred.

Very cheap product. Was advertised as a rug, it is actually a piece of foam with a print on top. So sad I wasted my money on this.

No follow through or customer service!
On 12-8-2019 I purchased a rug though a *** add from *** However when I ordered this I never got a conformation email saying that this is on order. And yet its day 2 and still nothing! THIS IS A BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! I was very concerned that this may have been a scam. I know that my credit card has been charged already. And yes I did provide the correct email address and I have no such email from this company in my spam folder. This is not at all kosher to me. I myself work for an online company that sells through our website. Not only that there is no phone support whats so ever the phone just rings! If this is not resolved I will be disputing the charge from my card company and will not buy from this company ever again and word of mouth will travel. It's simple do your customer service and follow through. The 24-7 customer service that you claim to be IS NOT!

Order was found under ID We noticed a *** was used and we have seen a large increase of receipts going to *** accounts going to the spam folder so please check there as it shows as successfully delivered at the time of purchase, Sun, Dec 8, 9:14 PM EST.

The tracking link was also emailed the same day, a few hours later and should be confirmed under tracking *** This tracking update was also likely sent to spam.

Per***, they are more cautious for their customers and unfortunately, many emails that are not spam end up in that folder. Please advise if those emails are still not recovered.

We do apologize for the wait times as our customer service team is on calls 24/7. There is a call=back option which will keep your spot in line for a return call by us to avoid waiting. The increase in call volume has limited our response time on emails as well so I apologize for that delay as well.

The return was made in 3 packages. The missing refund item was adjusted yesterday, 11/21/19.

The order is, as of then, fully refunded.

They claim to have free returns and exchanges, but no one ever answers the phone to give you return info. I've called 5 times and written 3 times.
I purchased a carpet and runner and would like to return the carpet and exchange it. I've called multiple times only to be placed on hold for an hour or more. No one will return an email to give me adequate instructions to return the item. The items were paid in full.

I want proper instructions and return info because I like the runner, but Id like to exchange the carpet for something else.

The customer was advised to keep the the rug since we were not requiring a return of the item so they were refunded in full for the item on 10/28/19 at 11:06am EST.

Please advise if the 2nd item is requested to return and we can issue a return label for it.

I requested several times by phone or e-mail a return slip but was never e-mailed to me
On September 9 I purchase a rug from
-SaleRugs (order #***) I decided to return it, but the return mailing slip was not in the package. I called Customer Service twice and I sent the company two e-mails to request the slip but I did not get any answer. I got an automated note saying that they were working on my request Case # ***. One week went by but I have not received the slip or instructions on how to get it on line.
I have returned merchandise before and it was very easy to follow the instructions and print the return slip. It did not work with this company.
I payed with *** Pay and I got a note from them saying that I will get a refund and that it will show up on my next statement. I believe I will not get the refund if I don't return the rug. I have a month to return it, but the company's negligence to return my messages is preventing me to return the rug within 30 days.

I have ordered a number of rugs from this company. All (9) rugs have arrived thoroughly wrapped, in perfect condition, as advertised, and on time. I could not be more pleased.

I purchased a beautiful rug from esalesrugs recently. It arrived quickly. It was actually nicer than I was expecting and looks great! The price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them
