*** *** *** placed an order through our website for event ticketsThe supplier of the tickets, ***, Inc., said the transaction could not be completed because they could not verify the email address and the billing address and phone number do not match
Attempts were made to reach the customer but there was no responseThe order was not completed
A pre-authorization for the amount of the order was placed on the credit or debit card at the time of purchaseOnce the order was not completed, the authorization would be rescinded
It can take 3-business days for a preauthorization to be removed from a credit / debit account
We successfully process tens of thousands of orders every month through our websiteThere was no attempt to mislead anyone and if *** *** *** had entered the correct information when placing an order, this situation would have been avoided
If this has not been removed from the credit / debit account by now *** *** *** should contact customer service at XXX-XXX-XXXXThey are open from AM to AM every day of the year
