On our website it is clearly stated that: “Prices are set by third-party sellers and may be above or below face value.” “ETC is a resale marketplace, not a box office or a venue.” Also, it is stated on our checkout before he placed an order that: “We are a resale marketplace, not the ticket seller. Prices are set by third-party sellers and may be above or below face value. All sales are final.” If the customer was unhappy with the ticket price or anything else with the website they could have cancelled the transaction and purchased tickets on another website. We are sorry the customer is unhappy but we are not the merchant of record for this order and will not issue a refund. On August 16, 2017 the seller of the tickets issued a refund of $412.27 to the Paypal account that was used to purchase these tickets. The funds will take a few days to show up in the Paypal account. The order cannot be completed until the customer agrees to the ticket price, service fee and any delivery charges. If the customer was unhappy with the ticket price, the service fee or anything else with the website they could have cancelled the transaction and purchased tickets on another website. 2. As we have said all sales are final.In addition, [redacted] was repeatedly instructed how to download his tickets. The link was tested multiple times and found to be working. Also, the supplier sent the tickets directly to Jared Allen for him to print.It is the customer’s responsibility to download and print the tickets.We are not the merchant of record for this order and will not issue a refund.

He was asked to file a charge back with his credit card company since the seller may not be in business anymore. He was also offered a significant discount to purchase replacement tickets.Apparently Mr. [redacted] decided to embark on his trip even though he was given 1 1/2 month notice that the tickets were invalid. I have not recieved anything by mail or by email. 2nd of all, it is very hard for me to talk to customer service because I can not understand the accents of the last 2 agents. I was told they would be sent to me and now they are just trying to cover them selves.

I am rejecting this response because: we have yet to receive ANY refund whatsoever. Event Tickets Center Representative told me personally over the phone ON THE DAY of the Event - January 16, 2017, that our credit card would be refunded within "5-7 business days." It's now been two months worth of business days.  Not one penny has been refunded.
