All sales are final - There is a clear statement before placing an order that says: “By clicking Place Order, you are agreeing to EventTicketsCenter.com's terms & conditions.” In the terms & conditions, our policies state that: All sales are final. As tickets sold through SITE are often obtained through the secondary market and prices are determined by the individual ticket seller, the prices for tickets may be above or below face value.  The policies can be viewed here: [redacted] For all phone call orders, customers are told about the policies before the purchase is finalized. 2. Ticket Delivery – Some venues will not release tickets until shortly before the event. When placing an order with Event Tickets Center, [redacted] could read the notes on her tickets, which state that the tickets will be delivered by December 8, 2017. 3. Price – [redacted] began her search for tickets on EventTicketsCenter.com. She would have seen on our website where it is clearly stated that: “Prices are set by third-party sellers and may be above or below face value.” “ETC is a resale marketplace, not a box office or a venue.” Also, it is stated on our checkout before she placed her order that: “We are a resale marketplace, not the ticket seller. Prices are set by third-party sellers and may be above or below face value. All sales are final.” If the customer was unhappy with the ticket price, the service fee or delivery they could have cancelled the transaction and purchased tickets with another provider. We are not the merchant of record for this order and will not issue a refund. [redacted] placed 2 orders through our website for event tickets. The tickets were clearly marked TAILGATE meaning they are for access to a Tailgate party in the stadium parking lot and did not indicate they include vehicle parking. As a rule we do not provide refunds in these types of situations. We will make an exception in this case.
We will issue [redacted] a refund of $197.04 covering the full amount of both orders.
Please have [redacted] confirm his mailing address and we will issue a check in his name.

If the customer was unhappy with the ticket price, the service fee or anything else with the website they could have cancelled the transaction and purchased tickets on another website. The ticket listing was clearly marked as Section: GA and Row: GA. There was no indication of any seats in a specific section or row.
