I am rejecting this response because:
I have a hard time believing anything that Enent Tickets Centers says due to their customer rating on the Revdex.com website and the way their customer service repeatedly responded to my requests for a refund. With that said, I would be willing to wait another week so they can conclude their investigation. After that period of time, if they have not given me a refund I will continue with the complaint and seek out any other legal options I have up to and including contacting the states attorney general.

[redacted] viewed tickets on EventTicketsCenter.com. They could not have been redirected from Ticketmaster. Our website is clearly listed with text and logo that says Event Tickets Center. When ordering over the phone, the customer service department clearly states “Event Tickets Center”. There is no mention made of Ticketmaster. Before an order is completed, each customer service representative tells each phone customer that Event Tickets Center is a secondary market for tickets. The customer must also agree to the terms and conditions. The pricing of the tickets and any services fees and shipping are also reviewed with the customer. Our policies state that: All sales are final.
