Everdry Waterproofing of S.E. Michigan

I had water backing up into my basement. A neighbor recommended Everdry. They waterproofed the basement from the inside. Installing a system for drainage and a sump pump. They also did waterproof some walls on the outside. No problems for about 7 years now. I am very pleased. Bought the warranty and haven't needed it. I am going to have them come and check the black tar around the house perimeter and maybe get the backup for the pump I couldn't get at first. Hope they are still performing good work..I'll let you know how that goes.

We bought our Sterling Heights house 4 years ago the basement was waterproofed by everdry. We have no water issues till this day and they did a fantastic job. Everdry is the place to go if you want a dry basement.

Our basement leaked each time it rained for many years of owning our home and after services were rendered by EverDry Waterproofing of Southeastern Michigan our basement has been “forEverDry!” Not once have we had even a trickle of water in some very severe rainstorms. The sump pump EverDry installed with the backup battery system in case of power failure has never malfunctioned. The work was started and was completed as scheduled. The foreman over the crew was informative and was quick to keep us informed of what was being done the entire time. EverDry is a highly recommended company.

They did great work. We are on the lowest part of our street. Once we had the waterproofing done, we have not had one single drop of water in our basement.

EverDry initially did my waterproofing in 2009. Whenever I have had an issue or question over the past 10 years, they have responded promptly. They have done repairs if needed. The warranty they provide is outstanding. I make sure I renew at a nominal fee yearly.

We bought our dream home in Allen Park in 1987. Shortly after we discovered moisture in our basement. We researched many waterproofing firms and decided on Everdry. We could not be more pleased with Their work and service. The few times we had a small issue they came right out and made the repairs. I’m happy to report our home has not had any water or flooding issues in over 25 years thanks to Everdry! And the warranty is fantastic! No need to look at any other waterproof company in our opinion.

I bought a house built in 1901 and it didn't take too long to figure out that the foundation had not been water proofed. Everdry came out and water proofed the foundation and installed a proper sub pump. That was back in 1990. I'm happy to say I have not had a problem since. Thank-you Everdry.

EverDry did a great job on my crawl space. Has been dry ever since the work was performed. The foreman and crew were very friendly, and finished the job on-time. I would not hesitate to use them again.
