Everdry Waterproofing of S.E. Michigan

My basement was waterproofed by Everdry six years ago. The basement would get we and the carpeting had to be replace. Since Everdry installed their system the basement has been dry. The area is is used as a play area for the grandchildren. The installers did an outstanding job from install to cleanup.

I feel Everdry did a very professional job, in the time frame they stated and was cautious about my fur babies not getting outside and them covering my floors for protection. Highly recommend this company.

Everdry did a great job with my basement. I recommend them to everyone. When my sump pump broke, they came right out and replaced it.

We used Everdry waterproofing in January of 2017 for our St. Clair Shores home. We found Everdry at the Novi Home Expo and scheduled an evaluation. Right from the initial evaluation we felt very comfortable working with Everdry, the estimator explained our options and gave us a breakdown of pricing. We were approved for financing, which was a really nice option to have available! When the team came to start working they went through the plan and got right to work. It took about 5-6 days to complete, they were always polite and tidy. Once complete, the foreman did a walk-through of the inside/outside drainage systems and answered any questions we had. They've been awesome with any questions or follow up we've needed since then. I can happily say that our basement has been totally dry and the easy-breathe really makes a difference in our air quality! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who's serious about getting rid of leaks in their basement! (RY)

Had my initial waterproofing done following wall leaks in 1997, Since than only one minor repair and sub pump repair. Taken care of by the warranty. No further leaks in the basement. Glad I had it done, no worry about water damage.

Had Inherited the warranty from the prior owner and ever since Everydry Waterproofing worked on the basement in Berkley Michigan. They had waterproofed it after the basement flooded, there haven’t been any issues for the prior owner & myself either since they waterproofed a few years ago.
The warranty transfers from owner to owner and they send you a bunch of reminders so you don’t miss out. For only $25 a year lifetime warranty, it doesn’t get any better. Payment was extremely easy and so was transferring from the prior owner to myself. They take credit card and send you a receipt right after via email so you will never loose the copy.
I highly recommend as they perform quality work and their customer service is great. Extremely friendly people answering the phone and I’ve never had to be on hold when I’ve called.

When I purchased my home the EverDry Waterproofing came with the sale. I have had an issue in the past with my sub pump however I called them and they fixed the problem right away I mean the same day. They have been a great company to have as a partner for my home. And all the people are friendly and caring.

After years of a wet basement we researched waterproofing companies and were impressed what EverDry offered. Once we hired them, we were very pleased with their professionalism and timeliness in completing the job. We have not had any reoccurrence of water in the basement since EverDry waterproofed our basement 9 years ago. We recommend them to anyone trying to solve a wet basement.

My parents had their basement waterproofed in 96. I took over the home about 8 years ago. With a simple phone call I was able to transfer the warranty to me. That to me is a plus. I've had a couple of issues come up which were promptly taken care of. My contact with Everdry has always been positive from the workers to customer service. We had EverDry fix a major water leak in our basement over 10 years ago. We have not had any problems since. It was well worth the money to have them fix our water leak.

EverDry Waterproofing was the best decision I could have ever made for my home back in 2003. I have enjoyed worry free, mold free, damp free countless relaxation hours in my basement. The clean air system they also put in, allows me complete control of the humidity levels and it was well worth the investment. The few times I've had to contact them since the work was done over 15 years ago, has always been met with professional and courteous staff.

EverDry did all the work as promised

Everdry waterproofed out basement roughly 25 years ago. Since then, no more wet areas and no more damp smell! When we had an issue with the sump, the office lady talked me through what to look for and how to fix it (simple!). A few years later when the sump finally stopped working (hey! it worked for nearly 25 years! nothing lasts forever), they responded promptly and in short order had someone out to replace the sump. Had my basement waterproofed by Everdry over 25 years ago. Have never had water in my basement since and have enjoyed the peace of mind that comes from having the warranty ( a mere $40 annually). The warranty covers the project work on your home, the replacement and installation of sump pumps and check valves as needed. What a value!

Yeah, it is an expensive project; however, it pays for itself in spades. The Spring season is upon us (thank goodness) and if you find yourself with a leaky basement, do yourself a favor and get Everdry to fix the problem - the peace of mind is priceless!!!

The warranty does pass to a new owner, which I was. There was no problem with the transfer, and my basement stayed dry even when our road flooded. The staff has answered my questions with courtesy and took care of a few small items as requested.
