The company has been very responsive and stands behind their warranty. No issues with the overall system operation. A sump pump they installed over 16 years ago failed recently. Given the recent thaw there was an obvious worry over water issues. They were able to come out the next day to replace.

I absolutely love doing business with Everdry. The staff is always polite and make me feel like my needs matter. When I discovered a paint bubble in my basement after purchasing my house, I scheduled a repair and they came out right away. Not only did they repair the issue I found, but they found another area that needed a repair I hadn't even noticed. I love that the warranty transferred to me when I bought the house, and that they allowed me to reinstate it when I let it lapse in the chaos of the holiday season. I enjoy this company so much, I look forward to purchasing a second house and having them waterproof that basement for me.

Everdry Waterproofing installed an extensive internal and external waterproof system for my home over 20 years ago. As part of this system, an additional sump pump was installed in my basement alongside the original sump pump from when the home was built. A few years ago, the original sump pump stopped working. Everdry replaced the pump, installed a backflow check valve on that system, and replaced the pump for their secondary waterproof system, all of which was considered covered under their lifetime warranty. For a nominal yearly fee, this service was well worth the peace of mind that it affords.

Everdry did a tremendous amount of work at my home several years ago. The quality of workmanship was excellent! From start to end I had no complaints, I have them out annually to inspect and they are very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend Everdry.
