Everdry Waterproofing

In 2011 we purchased our current home. The previous owner had used Everdry Waterproofing of Wisconsin. Everdry transferred their warranty to us, the new owners of the home. We have not had any reason to use the warranty, but are pleased to know they stand by their work.

I met with representatives of 5 different companies before selecting Everdry as my contractor. They had the most thorough evaluation and explanation of my situation.
I am completely satisfied with the work and appreciate they completed the work in a timely manner.

My wife and I purchased a house in Brookfield and with it came a 100% guaranty warranty that our basement will be forever dry. One spring I noticed a little water coming in the corner of the basement and called and they responded immediately. They brought to my attention that my sump pump hose was disconnected outside and water was coming out near the house. Problem solved and NO charge. They also replaced an updated Low Moisture EZ Breathe unit for me free of charge as well. It is comforting knowing that EVERDRY is there for me and is a responsible, and honorable business. I would recommend EVERDRY to any of my friends with basement issues.

Installation went quite fast (2+ days) which is quite amazing for the amount of trenching that was done in my garage/basement interior and 2 exterior sides of the home.
Very professional work. Everything was clearly explained to me before and during the installation process. All questions and concerns brought up during the install were answered to my complete satisfaction.
With all of the concrete cutting, I expected a lot of dust but, the preparation work (placing tarps over furniture and isolating the basement from the upstairs) was well done with minimal migration of dust to the upstairs.
I didn't fully see the benefits of the trenching system until this past spring. The installation in December with somewhat frozen/wet ground needed a spring-time drying out period to really see it start working. The ground above the trench is now very dry within a few days after a rainfall. During a heavy rain last summer, I saw the sump pump fill with water and do it's job. Everything is working as planned.
The dehumidifier (exhaust system) works great. I saw the benefits of this within days of the installation being complete. The exhaust fan was installed a few weeks prior to the trenching/tiling work and the fan ran 24-hours/day. Within a few days after the trenching the fan starting cycling on-off because the walls in the basement were drying up which was a great improvement. Over a few months, the moldy smell in the basement went away too.
The installed of the exhaust fan told me that he noticed wet insulation when cutting through the top of the basement wall for the exhaust duct to the outside (indicating moisture migration into the house) and recommended that I caulk between the concrete block wall and the insulation between the wall and the exterior wood. I caulked this side of the house (next to the basement) during June-2015. The basement exhaust fan ran constantly since about late-May as humidity levels normally rose. Within about 3 days after caulking, the fan began cycling on-off again. Great suggestion by the installer to make my basement more dry.
Great after-service. Had some issues with the backdraft damper sticking open on the dehumidifier fan. EverDry came out within ~1-1/2 weeks (when they had other work in the Sheboygan area) and replaced it. It has worked properly ever since.
Recommended Everdry to Montessori Children's House pre-school in Sheboygan ~3 months ago and shared a $500 off coupon with the school. In the past 1-2 months, the school went ahead with the work and just 3 weeks ago I received a $500 check (as promised) by EverDry.
All around great experience with EverDry

We had water problems for years. We finally had enough and had Everdry place new drain tile and a 2nd sump pump. That was approximately 6 years ago. To date we have never had any water problems. It is a great peace of mind. The only negative was where the drain hose comes out of the house for the 2nd pump, but overall we are very happy. It was worth the price, especially when we go to sell our house.

My home is almost 50 yrs. old and at the bottom of a hill. Over the years I have experienced damp, moldy bottom cement blocks, but when I noticed a leak on the floor I called Everdry. They came out and diagnosed the problem. They had to move the sump pump because of change in code, replace the drain tiles and dig down outside, fix holes (they did find some in the foundation) and tar over the blocks. Their skilled workers were very hard working - all done by hand - and thoughtful and polite. Its only been a year since work was done but so far it has stayed dry - what a pleasure. I would certainly recommend Everdry!

Everdry repaired our basement almost ten years ago and it's been dry since. We live in a wet area with a high water table so that is a challenge that was met by the company. And, if we ever have an issue, they guaranty their job for life with a nominal yearly service fee.

The Salesman who came to the house explained exactly what they would to do repair our basement. On the day of the repair the crew came in and covered all our personal belongings, cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. They were professional and did a great job with the work they did. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend them anytime!

We needed a repair to our basement wall. Everdry came out and did a good job checking the wall. He checked the interior and exterior of our home. After his inspection we sat at the table and the estimate he provided was $27,300 to do the complete basement. I stated my concern was the one wall and could he provide a quote on that? He was reluctant to provide a quote and finally said $23,000 as long as no dates were set and we could be ready on a moments notice. Needless to say this was not what we were looking for. We had three waterproofing businesses tell us the one wall is what we needed to fix. The cost to have Everdry do the work was 10-15,000 dollars more than all the other quotes. A few days passed and we received a call from another individual at Everdry offering to come out and provide us with another, less expensive quote. I was not pleased the first time they came out, but was willing to have them come again. However, due to personal problems I was unable to meet with them and we never connected again. I was quite upset at the fact you could not fix one wall but had to do all walls. He also told me if we did the whole basement the warranty was $49/yr.

I hired Everydry several years ago and was VERY pleased with their work. The employees came into my home and worked very hard and efficient and LEFT NO MESS.

We were referred to Everdry Waterproofing after finding major water issues in our basement.. Everdry professionals responded to our home, gave a quick, fair assessment of our needs to fix the issues. It required a major repair with installation of a drain tile inside the perimeter of our entire basement as well as excavation of the exterior foundation wall on one side of our home due to the redirection of water that occurred when the prior owners added an attached garage to the house. They also installed an exterior new drain tile to the area excavated and connected it as well as two new egress window wells to the sump system. The water level below our foundation was at the cement floor level that was found when we dug to lay the new drain tile. A new sump pit to replace the old cement sump and we were in business and have been DRY with remodeled basement space for 8 years. They did AWESOME. Cleaned up everything including minimizing the cement dust throughout the entire project.

We had horrible water, mold and mildew problems with our basement. Everdry came in and within minutes explained the problems and what they could do. That was over 14 years ago.In 2010 we experienced the worst flooding imaginable and their work stood up.

Everdry solved our basement moisture issue. We had called a couple of other contractors and were totally confused and were not confident our issue would be taken care of. Then we called Everdry and they spent time diagnosing the issue and explaining what is needed. They gave us names of folks they did work for in the past and 1 of the names were members of our church. We talked with them and they shared the work was done as promised and they were happy with Everdry. We signed the contract, the work was completed as expected, and we are glad we chose Everdry to do the work.

What a great experience. That's right, a major home project that was a great experience. NO problems what-so-ever, none. I had put off water proofing for years as I dreaded the mess and all the extra landscaping work outside and the clean up inside that I thought I'd have to do. Not to worry. When the crew was done I had NO work to do outside. Every thing was put back as it was. Yes, naturally I have to clean up inside and repaint the walls and floors but that's to be expected. They need it any way. There was minimal dust and debris. Since they put up plastic sheets on the area they were working in minimal dust was in the other rooms or upstairs. Andy was the foreman on the crew I had. What a great personality. Most professional also. He explained every thing every step of the way and gave me options. I thought I knew what hard work was until I watched this crew. They dug out the outside of my house by hand shovel. No machinery to ruin the yard, no mess. I had NOTHING to do when they were done outside. This is the best system I have seen. I talked to five other water proofing organizations over the years and none compared to this system. Actually some seemed a little shady. Life time guarantee, come on, how great is that. I, we, are so happy we went with EverDry. I will promote them as much as I can. In my opinion it's the only company to use. I wish I could have used the 20% off coupon but it had expired. They're not offering it any more ~ but ~ for what they did and how they did it I believe it was well worth what we paid. A big thanks to Andy and all the crew that worked on our house. I have had nothing but a good experience with this company. Not only did it make my basement incredibly dry but it also makes my basement a rec room for my family. They bent over backwards to get the job done and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
