Everdry Waterproofing Reviews (101)

I have had a very positive experience working with this company. The foundation work they did at my home was very satisfactory, and completed on time at a reasonable price I could afford.

For many years, we had problems with water in our basement. A few years ago we finally decided it was time to do something about it. After having a couple companies come out and give us estimates, we chose Everdry Waterproofing. We needed some extensive work to correct the problems. Everdry did a nice job. When we realized that the ventilation system stopped working properly, we contacted them. They got a new one out to us right away without any issues. We do not have any complaints about this company to this day, but we do have a DRY basement.

We had Everdry Waterproofing do some major repair in our basement a couple years ago. We had a wall that was falling in and they did an excellent job with fixing it. They were very professional throughout the whole process. Everything was kept as clean and orderly as possible seeing that they were doing work in the basement and outside along the house, moving a large amount of dirt and debris. We have since had a couple of incidents in the basement, none from they're doing but they came out as soon as possible and took care of any issues we've had.

Everdry Waterproofing did a fantastic job on our basement. We had a crack in our basement wall, and upon further investigation, our whole drain tile system was plugged up with sediment. They put a J channel around our house and redug the whole perimeter and fixed the problem. They were courteous, and covered all of our belongings and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them for damp basements, or cracked walls like we had. It has been 2 years and we've had no problems with dampness or flooding. Great job!

Everdry Waterproofing is a wonderful company to work with. They came in and reviewed our basement issues. After deciding to pick them as the company to fix our basement we could not have been more pleased. They kept us well informed on the status of the project. They kept it very clean (for such a dirty job inside and out). They quickly got the job done (4 days) and have been great to work with ever since. They honor their warranties, I had a sump pump break when I forgot to remove the extended hose off the house in the fall and the pipe ended up freezing. They came out right away and replaced the pump.
We recently have sold our house and the lifetime transferable warranty was definitely a positive with potential owners looking at our house. We will be transferring the warranty to the new owner shortly and I don't expect any issues at all.
I would highly recommend Everdry waterproofing. They did what they said they were going to do and 3 years later we are still dry. We also recently had radon testing done with our home inspection and it passed with flying colors.
To Everdry I say a job well done. Hopefully we never experience any basement issues with the move to our new house, but if we do I won't have to shop around I know exactly who I would call to fix our issue.

I finally got my basement back!!! No bad smells or that terrible moist air down there no more. Everydry did an amazing job and they courteous, answered all my questions. This was well worth the money.

Everdry waterproofing did a excellent job repairing a bowed wall in our basement. they also back filled the outside of the wall so that everything drains properly. They replaced the drain tiles & installed support beams. It has been 9 years & everything is still wonderful in our basement.

Everdry performed foundation repairs and waterproofing for me in 2012. Everything has been great since then. No water intrusion at all and the basement is much dryer than it had ever been prior to their work. This was a basement that had water issues for many, many years. Everdry performed the work very fast and did a nice job. A little pricey but worth it.

The home owners that owned my home prior to me had everdry waterproofing waterproof the basement. The service comes with a lifetime warranty that stays with the house. When I was looking at houses this was a huge positive when deciding which house to purchase. All I have to do is pay a yearly upkeep fee and the warranty stays. Recently my sump pump stopped working. I called everdry to see if they had installed it and if it was covered under the warranty. They where quickly able to tell me that they did install it and that it was covered. They where able to get someone to my house the next day. The sump pump was changed out quickly and with no charge to me. I would highly recommend everdry to anyone looking to have their basement done. Not only does it give you peace of mind, I believe, that it will also help you tell sell your house if that time should come.

We bought a house that used to have a serious water problem. Ever dry however had done a bunch of work prior to our purchase. We have yet to have any water in our basement. I recently finished a portion of my basement but prior to starting the work I called ever dry to come take a look and make sure everything was ok before I covered it up. They came out and did about $5,000 worth of work for me, which included but was not limited to a new sub pump and new steel support beams to meet current code. Everything was covered under my warranty which transfers to a new owner.
The ever dry teams have been very knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone who has a water issue in their basement.

We had Everdry Waterproofing service in October of 2011. We have been completely satisfied with the results of the repairs ever since. The basement has remained dry; it smells clean. I would highly recommend Everdry to anyone.

My experience with Everdry was very positive. The crew did great work and I was very happy with the results.
Thank you, [redacted]

We first had work done by Everdry when we lived in West Allis in 1993 to fix a poor system installed by another company. After Everdry did their system we had no more problems. When we moved to Wauwatosa the problems weren't apparent at first but when we decided to address the problem, we called Everdry. They installed their drainage system and reinforced a cracked wall. We have had no problems since they did their work in 2001.

Everdry Waterproofing is a great value. No more issues in our basement. The employees of the company were gentlemen, serious about their work. and very hard workers. We had no problems with dust or smell in our upper living quarters. They cleaned up nicely before they left. The man in charge was keeping us posted on what they were doing and offered us to come and look as they progressed with the work.
We received very good customer care.

our experience with Everdry was very positive!! Our crew that worked here was pleasant, timely, professional, pet friendly. We are glad that we went with this company. Very satisfied with results, no longer have issues with water in our basement.

A few years ago we had a horrible water problem. When it rained water would be pouring down my basement walls, like a waterfall. I called Everdry and they came in and dug all around the outside of our home and installed a water pump. All of the work was done quickly and professionally. We have not had a drop of water in our basement ever since..

Everdry completed repairs on both the exterior and interior of our home in Gemantown in November, 2011. They finished the project in a mere 3 days, the guys were neat, courteous & extremely hardworking. The amount of dirt, concrete, rock & other materials that they ‘moved’ was nothing short of amazing. Andy kept me well informed every step of the way and was more than patient with ALL my questions. It was very interesting to see the entire process and I greatly appreciated the opportunity to gain an understanding of the multi-step system. Although our preparations getting the basement ‘ready’ were a bit stressful, we couldn’t be happier with the decision to have Everdry complete the repairs. We are Raving Fans and would recommend them highly in the future.

We have a basement that had some moisture issues and had Everdry inspect and make recommendations. The price was a bit of a shock, but the job was done well. The exterior was completed with very, very minimal damage to the landscaping and no visual evidence of all the work done. The interior recovered satisfactory considering the amount of work - 2 sump pumps and all the excavating for the tile work - a major task. It has been 2 years and the basement has been dry with no functional problems. We had two minor things ( battery charger issue and an outside vent ) occur and they were our promptly to correct - terrific service.

Review: This letter is to file a compl[redacted]t regarding Everdry Waterproofing, at [redacted].On Thursday, July 2nd,2015 my husband([redacted]) and I paid a deposit over the phone with Everdry company rep "Debbie" in the amount of $208.00 via visa card. On Sunday, July 5th, 2015 my husband and I mailed our cancellation letter and 3 day right to cancel contract to Everdry at the address listed above(the same address as listed on the right to cancel contract). On Wednesday, July 8th, 2015 at I called Everdry to confirm the cancellation had been received. I was placed on hold for 35 minutes, and then was given to a company rep named "Debbie". Debbie had asked why I did not call regarding the cancellation sooner (which I am not required to do by law or by cancellation contract terms), and stated that they had supposedly not received our cancellation letter and contract. Despite being the same rep who was able to take our deposit payment over the phone, stated in order to receive a refund of my deposit I would have to meet with the foreman, in person, in order to continue processing my cancellation. I then scheduled with her to meet the foreman to discuss the how to receive my deposit. Debbie also stated it typically takes up to 7 business days for a refund deposit to post.On Thursday, July 9th, 2015 I met with Bill Martin, the foreman. After asking our reason for cancellation (which I am not required to disclose by contract or law). A photocopy of the original signed and dated cancellation letter and copy of the signed and dated 3 day right to cancel was given to him at our meeting. Bill attempted several sales pressure tactics to try to persuade us to continue the contract terms, despite having already sent the cancellation letter and contract to the business. It is not Friday, July 17th, 2015 an no refund of the $208.00 deposit has been credited back to the visa card, and would like a complaint to be filed.Sincerely,[redacted] & [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund of deposit $208.00 to visa card.Wisconsin 3 day right to cancel states:Within ten (10) days the seller must refund ALL payments made by the customer and cancel any contract signed by the customer.
