At the time of the installation, the skimmer and the return could not be put on the pool.? Yes, this means the installation was not completed.? The skimmer brings the water from the pool into the filter, the return sends it back to the pool.? However, the pool would be slowly filled as the liner stretches.? the installer came back the following day to install the skimmer and the return.? The installation of the filter and pump is not included, nor was it paid to the installer upon installation.? The filter/pump are to be installed by the customer

The pump can be brought to the [redacted] store and they will swap it out

The salt generator was installed last year, at no time were we informed of a leak on the salt systemThe liner was changed due to a defect, the installers do not put the salt system back on the returnHowever, we will have a tech out to the home on 7/ [redacted] to look at the leak and fix it

After the merchant was unable to provide this heatpump, the sales agreement was amendment by way of a written agreement dated June **, (copy attached), prepared by Chris F [redacted] ? The sales agreement modification provided for a Raypak heat pump? This product has not been delivered? Indeed, IR did deliver "a free heat pump" which is not the product they are contracted to provide? They day before the scheduled delivery, Kemp or Island Rec.? specifically? indicated by phone that they would be delivering, on the [redacted] the contracted for Raypak heat pump? The product provided is not that contracted for nor an equal? substitute? In fact, he product provided is not UL listed? On the day of delivery, upon returning home and seeing the product delivered, I emailed Island Recwith a formal rejection of delivery? To date, now two weeks later, after phone calls no one at Island Rec is responding to me about their obligation to? fulfill? the terms of a written contract? ? ? ? Sir, The parts were ordered and have been shipped to our warehouse qty - LXDS Ledge box qty - SP top rails we will warranty the liner at N/C to you Please advise when you want to pick them up so we can have them ready Tell us why here

We have spoken to and informed [redacted] last week that we would provide the top ledges, he just needs to let us know the part #'s of the ledges he needsThere are straight ledges and ledges on the radiusEach are differentAs soon as we have this information we will provide the ledges

I never notified them of a skimmer leak until weeks ago, from day one ? the install of this pool has been sub par, its collapsed xs and had to be re installed xsIsland rec will not take responsibility for any of their work & its passing it off to the manufacture I am a person with a disability to which I bought this pool for those reasons It has been one issue after anotherThey need to repair this as its due to their poor instal I have maintained this pool & treated it like a baby for fear of issues do to the install & poor materialsTherefore this issue is small in comparison to all the issues I have hadThey need to come & fix this as the integrity of the pool is at risk & I fear collapsing I do not have the funds to pay the labor to the manufacture to which I'm being told I need to do also when I purchased the pool they said its warranted, never mentioned not thru them , PLEASE I AM BEGGING THE Revdex.com TO HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE AS I AM NOT JUST A ISOLATED INCIDENT THEY HAVE ISSUES ALL OVER THE INTENT WITH CONSUMERS & THEY DONT FIX ANYTHNG , WHEN DO THEY TAKE RESPONSIBLTY FOR THIE PRODUCT PLEASE HELP ME ? ? I made my purchase at island recreationalI did not go through any other partiesPurchased a pool package with deck and installAll deliveries or correspondence regarding products delivery and install where handled by island recWhen it came down to it? is when the runaround started and I was told and made to call all interested parties and sort it out my self with zero help or assistance from island recMy contract states that my install was do be done no later than april [redacted] yet they made the? arraingements for delivery of pool on may [redacted] which I was able to change to the [redacted] because the install date the gave me was may [redacted] and I did not want parts sitting for so long.? Again no choice on my part just rude and zero service from island recIt? was like their motto was to bad deal with itThe parts finally came on ? june [redacted] and install completed on june ***!!!I myself work in the customer service field and would of least made my customer feel/be resolved in any way other than the treatment I receivedBeen shopping with them for the better part of years for supplies and chemicals but never againThe lost a good customer ? ? ? Someone was here on July [redacted] and he told me he needed to come back because the piece was cracked I am still waiting for the repair to be completedat this time I do not wish to close this complaint ? ? ? The union was not cracked when the installer left the home. The O Ring was missingHowever, bring the pump back to the store for a refund.

Champion, the installation company, has completed the poolWe spoke to them directlyThe parts were ordered when we were notified and were being sent to the consumer directly
