Just like I was lied to about the packet being mailed out on Friday August *** and me receiving it by August ***, I am lied to again as there is nothing in my mail from Island Recreational today on Wednesday August ***. This company just doesn't know when to stop lying!

The installer took an already broken top plate from the pool, just one. We do not sell that pool, we were trying to match up the plate to see if we had anything of use. The installer took a broken one knowing it would not used. The plate was cracked beyond repair. We are
unable to get the plates needed to fix the pool, but the plates were broken prior to the installer comingThe liner has since been returned and a full refund issues

[Your Answer Here] I sent island recreational a list of parts not only the top ledge but the track underneath as well plus a list of hardware The issue is the installation needs to be covered as well They sold me a pool that cannot handle a salt water system that's why the parts are rusting within years The manufacturer of the pool even said the pool is not made for salt water system but island recreational sold the pool to me anyway They put me and my family in danger having piece of rust falling into the pool I expected installation to be covered as well

I have gone to the store to settle and possibly get a store credit and was rejected and talked like I was ingnorant of how to shock my pool In a retail society that states the customer is always right, the salesman with the manager got rude and loud in stating their point that there is nothing wrong with the shock and that they refuse to do anything for me claiming they couldn't take the shock back Ironically I have been the one maintaining the pool for years now and have shocked the pool about times each year They refused to believe product they sold was deffective I have nothing to gain by writting all this to you my hope was to protect other people who buy the product and find it to be defective that they may be able to get credit of some sort, otherwise like myself I spent $on a case of something with absolutely no potentcy Im not going back to that store ever again If they wanted to I would accept a credit that I could use in another Island recreational store But they would have to foward it to you then you to me because I don't trust them now

I apologize for the issues you had at our retail store. I have contacted the store manager to have him call you directly. I have notated the account and you can purchase the floats at the $price

First and foremost, both the credit card company and myself were unable to get a response from the company, yet they claim both of us failed to contact them? I find this very odd Second, the installer told my wife "I am trying to get it to work", why if the o-ring is missing as they claim was it working properly before they touched it and finally, to this date the company aware of my complaint has never offered to come to my house to inspect the work or identify the problem I paid for "white glove installation" if in fact they are reputable, would a pool installation company not have a supply of o-rings? The installer never spoke to my wife upon "completion" he simply ran as fast as he could The fact that they did not have my wife or me sign the completed work order speaks volumes to the fact they did not do satisfactory work I am not trying to get this equipment for free I am simply trying to get it installed correctly I would think someone from the company would contact me with something other than please take a picture of the alleged damage.

The consumer was told that the pool had to be completely drained for the liner changedThen the crew arrived, there was 5" of water in the pool, they did not say they would come back to install the linerThey were informed to call in to reschedule the installationWe have instructed them to bring
the liner back to the store for a full refund on June ***, we can not refund if the liner is still in their possession

Tell us why here...the customer has been told the three holes found can be patchedThey are NOT a seam which is the only thing covered by a liner warrantyTo resolve this today, Island will swap out the LINER on 9/**/Island will reimburse the customer THREE water fills based on the gallons the
15x52" pool holds versus the SCWA water rate.The customer has to have the pool 100% empty by 9/**/

I hired them to install my Pump and filter, I had to hire an electrician to wire the pump, the gentleman from their company (after the products were delivered by them) installed the Filter and pump. I paid for all this including the installation because I have no idea on how to do any of this. The installer who first came to install the items said this would be no issue at all since I only live blocks from the store. I also said Id be will to pick up the pump from the store the day before the installer comes or even that morning and the installer or myself would bring back the broken oneThe store refused because they didn't want me to have pumps in my possession. I'm at wits end ... As I said an easy solution is let me pick up pump the morning or day before their tech comes. I want everything working including the wiring of the new pump. The present pump is not working correctly as noted on the paperwork from the last tech who installed it .

I have never received an email from Kemp or Island Rec (why did they not provide a copy of that email in the response to the Revdex.com? I would like to see an email from Island Rec articulating the heater I am to receive) Indeed, Kemp did say he would be sending me an email; I never received one But he indicated, verbally, I would be receiving a Raypak heater per the contract amendment. Island Rec is suggesting the heater they delivered is an "upgrade" Whether it is or it isn't, it is not the heater they agreed to provide by written contract amendment as demonstrated in the letter agreement I provided in my last response My voicemail is not full and, even if it where, why wouldn't Kemp demonstrate efforts to reach me by sending an email? A search of the UL certification online database reflects no UL approval on the heatpump Moreover, the heatpump delivered maintains no UL certification markings. Indeed, I was offered a $refund check and I accept Island Rec's offer to provide the same There was no waiver of consideration provided in exchange for Island Rec's offer to mail me a $check I was told that the check would be delivered within days of August *** (the last time Kemp or Island Rec called me) To date, that check has not yet been received Now, Island Rec seems to be suggesting in their Revdex.com reply that the $was "offered" but action wasn't taken on my part to accept the same That is not the case Without hesitation, Island Rec committed to refunding me $given all the troubles I had been put through.Island Rec's response is unsatisfactory towards resolving my dispute Thank you *** ***

We were out on June *** to address the skimmer leak, as far as we know that has been completedPlease verify, if the skimmer is still leaking let us know and we will send the technician out to fixThe ball valves were not present at the time of installation, the $store credit is to cover the
installation costThe store issues the valves at no charge on 6/**

An order for a free ladder has been entered into the system under the customers phone # which is 2-**- The salt system will be installed at no charge on July ***, they are not expected in until 7/**

Tell us why here...Island recreational sells over bags of green out each yearTo settle this issue we will issue IN STORE credit for the amount paid

I entered into a sales agreement with the merchant on 3/*/which included, among other items, a pool heat pump manufactured by Blue Torrent After the merchant was unable to provide this heatpump, the sales agreement was amendment by way of a written agreement dated June **, (copy attached), prepared by Chris F* The sales agreement modification provided for a Raypak heat pump This product has not been delivered Indeed, IR did deliver "a free heat pump" which is not the product they are contracted to provide They day before the scheduled delivery, Kemp or Island Rec. specifically indicated by phone that they would be delivering, on the *** the contracted for Raypak heat pump The product provided is not that contracted for nor an equal substitute In fact, he product provided is not UL listed On the day of delivery, upon returning home and seeing the product delivered, I emailed Island Recwith a formal rejection of delivery To date, now two weeks later, after phone calls no one at Island Rec is responding to me about their obligation to fulfill the terms of a written contract
