The pump was sold through Blue Torrent to an outside dealer in our mutual clients home area. I am not sure if said business has since ceased operation. The pump was purchased through them. The manufacture, Blue Torrent, contacted us to help the consumerThe pump in question we
were not in stock of at the time they called. We advised when we received a new shipment we would send the pump outRemember, this is not our customer, we have not received monies of any kind from the consumer. We will be sending a pump out to them when we receive in this week, I apologize for the inconvenience

At the time of the installation, the skimmer and the return could not be put on the pool. Yes, this means the installation was not completed. The skimmer brings the water from the pool into the filter, the return sends it back to the pool. However, the pool would be slowly filled
as the liner stretches. the installer came back the following day to install the skimmer and the return. The installation of the filter and pump is not included, nor was it paid to the installer upon installation. The filter/pump are to be installed by the customer

The company stated ? they were not informed of the leakthey were at the time I closed my pool last year and I was in contact with *** ***, who works in the installation department ? he told me to get in touch with me prior to my pool opening the following year and he would send someone out..? Someone was here on July ** and he told me he needed to come back because the piece was cracked I am still waiting for the repair to be completedat this time I do not wish to close this complaint

I never notified them of a skimmer leak until weeks ago, from day one ? the install of this pool has been sub par, its collapsed xs and had to be re installed xsIsland rec will not take responsibility for any of their work & its passing it off to the manufacture I am a person with a disability to which I bought this pool for those reasons It has been one issue after anotherThey need to repair this as its due to their poor instal I have maintained this pool & treated it like a baby for fear of issues do to the install & poor materialsTherefore this issue is small in comparison to all the issues I have hadThey need to come & fix this as the integrity of the pool is at risk & I fear collapsing I do not have the funds to pay the labor to the manufacture to which I'm being told I need to do also when I purchased the pool they said its warranted, never mentioned not thru them , PLEASE I AM BEGGING THE Revdex.com TO HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE AS I AM NOT JUST A ISOLATED INCIDENT THEY HAVE ISSUES ALL OVER THE INTENT WITH CONSUMERS & THEY DONT FIX ANYTHNG , WHEN DO THEY TAKE RESPONSIBLTY FOR THIE PRODUCT PLEASE HELP ME ?

Tell us why here...the customers paperwork was completed on 8/**/it was mailed out on 8/**/the customer should receive their packet on 8/***15.once the customer receives their packet they sign and mail it out

There is an appointment to change the pool liner this Saturday 6/**, the customer is aware of this appointmentThe water bill can be submitted for reimbursement along with the store giving the salt at no charge

Although this fixes the immediate issuesMore issues have since come upOur filter is not workingIt does not push water through the system like it is supposed to and smells like something is burning when it is runningWhen I contacted the company I am expected to disconnect a broken filter and pump system then drive it an hour away to a different store then we bought the products at or we can go to the store we bought the products at and hope that the manager is willing to help usWe paid for our pool in full April **, we expected a pool to be put together and running by this pointI am concerned that my pool will never be a functioning usable poolI should not have to drive an hour with a water logged system to fix something that was broken right out of the box

On Tuesday 8/**, an installer will be out to the home with a new pumpThe pump will be swapped and the old pump brought back to the store

Free installation is describing the free labor to set the pool up, the bottom tracks, the wall, the liner, top ledges and skimmer/returnThe standard charge for an 18' round pool is $on top of leveling, sand handling and filter hookupThe $to set the pool up was not charged.? We
performed a site survey prior to the delivery of the pool to go over the additional charges such as the 8" of leveling that needed to be done, the sand handling charge of $per yard for yards of sand and any other fees that may be associated with the pool installationWe do this prior to the delivery so that the customer has time to weigh the cost of the installation and cancel the purchase if they would likeThe pool delivery and installation was pushed back to the *** and *** respectively because the manufacturer did not produce the pool, prior to the the customer called in to move the installation to 7/**.? The pool was installed on 7/**, at which time the generator was on backorder from the manufacturer.? The store upgraded the customer at no charge to a larger salt generator and? the installation was completed on 8/*.? The pool was installed and usable between 7/** and 8/*.?

We were notified of a skimmer leak in 2014, and we fixed it.? Since there has been no phone call or any correspondence in reference to a skimmer leak.? The only notice we have received was the email from this week showing a rusted wallIf the skimmer was leaking we were not made
aware after the initial fix from It is the consumers responsibility to inspect the pool yearly to make sure there is no issues or leaksOver the winter the skimmer can leak from the winter plate that is put onThe manufacturer would handle any warranty claimsThe installation of the pool was warrantied for year

We have spoken to and informed *** *** last week that we would provide the top ledges, he just needs to let us know the part #'s of the ledges he needsThere are straight ledges and ledges on the radiusEach are differentAs soon as we have this information we will provide the ledges

The rails were ordered.? I have contacted Swim N Play to advise us on why the rails were not sent when they were first orderedHowever, the rails will be sent to the consumers home directly.? There is no filter system on the pool order from 2013.? There is a pump purchased in March
of which has been warrantied due to a manufacturers defectThere is no money to give back on a filter that was not purchased from us

The union was not cracked when the installer left the home.? The O Ring was missingHowever, bring the pump back to the store for a refund.?
