Sent a letter to Experian on January 30, 2017, and again August 2017, requesting they to remove the inaccurate balance from Account Name: United Auto Credit Corp, Account# ***I also mailed Experian a letter on December 26, asking them to investigate the information reporting on this account and I received a responses from Experian that the account was “VERIFIED”I also sent a certified letter to United Auto Credit on November 28, asking for them to verify the informationI received no response within the days allowedAccount Name: United Auto Credit Corp Account Number: Account# ***Dispute Reason: Balance Amount is Inaccurate: Dispute Reason: Past Due Balance Amount is Inaccurate Dispute Reason: This account was sold to different collection agenciesThe above account was sold to two different collection agencies; therefore, there is no balance amount owed to United Auto Credit Corporation (See Uploaded Attachment) Dispute Reason: Past Due Balance Inaccurate: The account was sold; therefore, there is no Past Due balance or Current Balance owed to United Auto CreditThe FCRA states that 100% accurate information must be reported on my credit file. United Auto Credit has sold this debt twice to collection companiesOnce October to "Professional Bureau of Collections of *** ***." (See uploaded attachment), They sold the debit a second time to "ACT" in March of (See uploaded attachment)Experian CAN NOT possible “Verify” or “Update” a debt that United Auto Credit no longer owns and sold twice to two different collection agenciesI have exhausted all of my options to resolve this matter with the creditor and Experian. United Auto Credit has sold this debt twice to collection companiesOnce October to "Professional Bureau of Collections of *** ***." (See uploaded attachment), They sold the debit a second time to "ACT" in March of (See uploaded attachment). I am now demanding that the FCRA laws be followed; and that since the account has been sold the "Balance = $and the Past Due Balance - $0.00" be updated and corrected on my credit report immediately
